I have used this company for almost 15 years to book every cruise I have ever taken. Now, they have decided that they do not want to take care of their customers anymore and have become rude and dismissive when asked simple questions about refunds. It is amazing how fast they move when booking and paying for over 10 different cruises with them. Then, one cancellation, that was out of my control, and all of a sudden I am being ignored, dismissed and treated poorly. I will never use this travel agency again. There are too many other good companies out there to waste my time here anymore. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else!

I am SO sorry that I didn't think to check on Best Prices Cruises before I booked a cruise through them. They sent me my travel itineray via email which the wrong date on it. As a result, it will cost me $500 to change my family's non-refundable airline ticket home. They claim that I should have checked the accuracy of the dates that they sent against the cruise line's confirmation so they refuse to do anything about it. Since when is it the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the dates they receive from their travel agent? Apparently, I am not the only one having issues with them if you check them out on the BBB. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Great Prices and Service

I have booked with BEST PRICE many times and found they will go out of their way to help you. Leave a phone message and they will call back. Send an e-mail and they will respond. After booking a cruise I have requested they change my cabin number which they immediately did. I have never had a problem with them and can not understand how they could receive a neative rating from anyone.

I booked 2 Royal Caribbean cruises with this company. As soon as I read their" terms and conditions" that involved a large cancellation fee, despite being in the free cancellation window with the cruise line, I immediately declined the terms and conditions. When you decline their terms & conditions they are supposed to cancel your cruise. If you accept them you are bound to the large cancellation fee. Good thing I didn't accept the terms and conditions right? WRONG, they are extorting the same fee from me regardless. We have requested cancellation but they will not cancel it without a copy of all of your credit card info so that they can steal $200 from you. Run run run away and tell everyone you care about to book through another agency. Royal Caribbean has done nothing to assist so far because apparently they ok with their affiliates mistreating their customers and engaging in illegal behaviour and storing your personal information. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and probably have to take legal action as they will not cancel it and final payment due soon. I will be out a lot of money that I will seek to recover from them. Good thing that I'm not just bound to mediation as laid out in the terms and conditions because I declined them. If anyone has had a similar experience please contact me. Let's stop companies like this! Horrible scammers.

Too good to be true

This was my second time using this company and the LAST! Not only did I use them I recommended my family and friends to book through them and we all had the same annoying issues. If you want to go on vacation and enjoy yourself without having to deal with customer serviced DO NOT use this site. To top matters off, I had to spend additional time on the phone with them after my trip and they raised their tone of their voice and told me oh well basically. If you provide a customer with specific inclusions and amenities they should automatically be available when you arrive on your cruise. We had to spend an hour on line to find out our specialty dining offer was NOT on our account. We were so disappointed since we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to use that dining for the occasion. The cruise line wouldn't honor the fine print i presented to them from BPC. They called BPC instead and told us they couldn't guarantee that we would be reimbursed. Upon returning home and being on hold with BPC, they said they told the rep from Royal Caribbean that we would be reimbursed and since we didn't use it we can't be. RIDICULOUS that they wouldn't even provide a small credit to the account for their mess up. The amount of time an energy and lack of accurate communication is so frustrating. Best part is the customer service man made it seem like it was my fault?! How about your company gets it together so this could have all been avoided...
