No you will not get your money back. They charge you a cancellation fee even if the cruise company you are booked with does not charge a fee. I had a terrible experience. Priceline and other companies match their prices s definitely avoid this scamming company, go to a more reputable one. Our vacation dollars are important, don't let this company ruin your vacation before you even leave. They were terrible to me, I escalated and every management level going up the chain had the same terrible customer service and scamming attitude. AVOID jus get price matches...
