I orderd a pair of sneakers from this site. I kept checking for a order update and it kept saying processing. It's been a month still no sneakers. I have opened a case in pay pal. Find it disgusting that company is still aloud to trade with all the complaints! SCAM BEWARE
Is this site for real? It tells you NOTHING about where items will ship from, where the company is located, and you can only email them? They "appear" have these boots that I would love to have, as they were made two seasons back by Muk Luks, but... I decided after 1 hour and 45 minutes of really looking at the site, NOT to purchase, then googled this site. Its got to be a scam. Glad I saw these reviews. Anyone who lost money here should contact Paypal and get them to look into who owns it. It is called The Best Shoe, however, it diverts to this: http://www.besttmail.com/ if you read the shipping info, it is clearly written by a person who doesn't speak english as a first language., super Sketchy! Stay away..
This is the same site that ripped me off last year. No domain, sketchy appearance on site and no contact info. Will you find the product you like, say shoes, the site will read best shoes or best shorts or best tops. When you place your item in the card and begin to checkout, the info diverts to BestMail. I was reimbursed for my mistake, but beware of this fraudulent site!
IT IS A SCAM!
4 days into my transaction, it still showed "processing" and "unclaimed"under paypal.
CANCEL TRANSACTION ASAP! I PAID WITH PAYPAL, FORTUNATELY I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL TRANSACTION BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNCLAIMED. DO NOT WAIT FOR EMAIL RESPONDS. I DIDN'T, AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS! DON'T WAIT TAKE ACTION OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR $$$
The actual spelling is besttmail.com - there are other reviews on this site under the correct spelling which say exactly the same thing.
This seems to be exactly the same as a website called 'star clothing' or 'ellesoppings'. The layout is identical. There are numerous reviews saying this website is a scam and there are many people who have paid their money but have received nothing as well as emails bouncing back. I bought boots off this website then googled it. Fortunately I paid by paypal and was able to cancel my payment after reading the numerous reviews saying it was a scam.
Having the same feeling as previous reviewers. Placed order and paid through PayPal but have not received any shipping confirmation or information. Pretty sure I just lost $56.
I am having the same experience as the previous reviewer- paid for shoes with PayPal, found out that payment went to an individual, not an organization (thru PayPal), have not received the shoes, the website indicates that my transaction is "processing" and no one is responding to emails I have sent to find out what is going on.
Horrible feeling this place is a scam. No response to emails, personal names came up for paypal. Anybody had any luck with them or did I just get screwed out of $90? The website says The Best Shoe but the emails come from Best Buy? Please help!
