I bought an item off of Mercari. They do not stand behind their buyers at all. Cally112 sold me a used, defective Ring doorbell that was listed as new. When the installer hooked up the device it didn't work. I contacted the seller and Mercari. Mercari said I had 3 days from when it was delivered to file something, Really? The seller accused me of lying even though I offered to send the purchase receipt of the Ring I had to buy at Home depot. Never again with this awful company.
I had a show booked for Matt Franco in Las Vegas. Due to covid the show was cancelled. I am still waiting after 6 weeks to get my refund that they promised. I had to contact the attorney generals office to assist. AVOID THEM
