I bought a TV on 26th March with 734 pounds, order 1020. No TV arrived and no money either. No reply to many emails, and the phone does not work. Finally got one single reply on 13th April telling me that I need to wait 5-7 working days to get a refund. This was just another lie. The website reported. This is a genuine scam. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a TV from Best Price in Derby over 2 weeks ago and called them to make sure it could be delivered. They said yes, great so far! But the delivery date came and went, no TV, I called again and they said 3 more days. After 3 days I get an email saying the order has been cancelled because of a problem with Barclays bank, and that they will refund the money in 3-4 days. No refund now for 2 weeks, and it doesn't look likely either. My Bank and trading standards investigating.

Do not buy from Best Price (Prossimosolutions Ltd.)!

I orderd a supposed x display TV in the black Friday salesand expected delivery within 5-7 days as the website says. 4 Days in I sent them a mail and they replied promptly telling me my tv would be with me by Monday the 7th day. Monday came and passed and I had no tv so I sent them a mail that evening asking for the tracking ref number and company used. By 1pm the next day I had no response so I called to be told they had no systems but would check and call me back once resolved. 4 hours later still nothing so I sent another mail again asking for the tracking details. The next day I got a mail saying that the order had been passed to the procurement department and that the TV would be with me by the end of the week. I was not pleased so again I mailed them and told them if they could not provide me with a tracking number to cancel the order. To this I had no reply so I called my credit card company and asked them to get me a refund however they could not do this until after 15 days had passed. So on there advice I sent them another email asking them to confirm the cancellation and to confirm the refund onto my credit card and again I had no reply. On the 15th day I called the bank and they have now credited me the money. Then out of the blue 17 days after my order I get a mail of them saying the TV will be delivered to me on Wednesday by there in-house delivery team. I quickly advised them to check there emails as the order had been requested to be cancelled and I have not heard back since. In summary what a shambles of a company I have never had an online shopping experience like it all I can suggest is that if you do use them that you use a credit card so you have some protection as there is no guarantee you will get the goods you pay for. A SHOCKING EXPERIANCE BE WARNED.

Appalling and possibly criminal. Purchased a Samsung TV. Did not turn up within the 7 day delivery period. Phone calls went to voicemail emails not answered for days. TV did finally turned up, but not before I had begun refund procedures. TV turns out to be Norweigan, making a lot of the services useless. TV not advertised as Norweigan. On December 10th 2015 I contacted them about this. They subsequently say they cannot replace it with a UK version as they do not have the stock. I have asked for a return and refund, but seeing the reviews on Google and elsewhere, do not trust them to return my money. On 18th December 2015 they agreed to, with 24 hours notice, pickup the TV and transfer money to my account when their driver arrives on site and inspects the TV. As of today Jan 8th 2016 I have had no confirmation of the pickup. I have emailed them every day, but have been told that "Gerald" is too busy to deal with this. I have already begun discussions with the Police fraud squad in anticipation of a scam. I am prepared to modify this review if they are prepared to honour their agreements. At best, I would describe this organisation as totally disorganised, at worst I would describe them as bordering on criminal.
