How I wish I could post 0 stars for this company. They also own simcardspain dot com too. I travelled to Africa and unfortunately my sim cards stopped working. On contacting these clowns on Whatsapp asking if they can ship to my location, they read my messages but never reply. I have sent over 7 messages to them via whatsapp, they read all but did not reply to a single message. Seemingly the company is being run by kids. The Yotpo reviews they have on their site are probably fakes posted from their Yotpo backend. Stay away from this company being run by children.

Customer service - horrible, pretending they don't understand your e-mail, copy-paste answers They don't want to refund you even if they advertise online their return policy as being customer focused and if you are not %100 satisfied they will do. Changed their online policy immediately after I have raised my complained and mentioned what they are saying on the web. I have photos and e-mail chain comprising 28 e-mails I have exchange with this absolutely ridiculous company! I have wasted time, money and experienced a high level of frustration and stress! It is frustrating they exist, but will make my experience known on all the channels available so they fine them and close them. Their business is about fooling and cheating on people with deceiving pictures and online written policies.
I purchased a $160 Spa Circulation pump last May. Exactly 1 year and 1 month later, it no longer works. After contacting their "customer service", they first tried to blame it on my repair technician! After numerous emails, they said, too bad, so sad... your warranty was only for 1 year! Really!?! One year and one MONTH! I requested a discount on a new pump... nope, sorry, prices are already wholesale. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They surely don't care about retaining a customer!
After 8 years hosting my site (and faithfully charging my credit card every month), 150.com deleted my entire website on 6-1-16 without a word of explanation, and failed to respond to multiple queries as to why. They also ignored the Better Business Bureau. I still have no clue what their problem is, but will never recommend them to anyone ever again.
Account since 2008. No tech support, no returned calls on urgent issues. Completely unavailable to urgent requests. Weeks go by, multiple calls and trouble tickets. Same thing all the time. You are put on hold, then told no one is available right now and they will call you back. Over 6 weeks of calls and trouble tickets. Why pay for this utter lack of service and issues never addressed, site problems not fixed. Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received.
Lamp looks nothing like the photo. I expected to see some real texture in the exhaust. The shuttle isn't built straight. The whole thing looks like a broken goose neck or an adult toy. The LED is weak. The shuttle looks and feels like about $. 03 of raw materials.

These people are thieves. Firstly, they sent a $75 product, instead of the $55 product which I originally ordered. In order to return it, they forced me to pay for the return shipping. Further, upon its return, they shipped yet another product to me which I did not order. They required an explanation for the return: I wrote, "I NEVER WISH TO PURCHASE anything from TimeToSpa again for 2 reasons: (A). It was $30 cheaper on Amazon with free shipping and (B). You forced me to pay shipping costs to return a product I never ordered, which is bad business. I do not buy things from companies with poor policies." I made it clear that I never wanted to buy from them again. In response to that, they sent me yet another product: They charged my credit card for the $55 product, which I had already acquired from Amazon for less than half the price (two bottles, actually). So, not only did I not need that product as I had just acquired quite a bit of it, but I was also quite clear that I did not want to do business with them particularly. They stole $55 + shipping fees 3 WAYS. BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this company at all costs, or they will fleece you.
I second this as a scam. They will contact you via WhattsApp, they will even join you into a chat group of other users which is all part of the scam. Basically they will build trust to try to get you to deposit money with the promise of big returns but then they will hit you with a very large "advance" amount, could be $50-60K or more, that you will likely not be able to pay and they say that you cannot get your previously invested money until you make the advance, but the catch is that there is no limit to the value which the advance can be so it could be $100K or more. Anyway, its a pretty elaborate and well resourced scam, presumably because they are making lots of money and can afford to invest lots of people hours, so it comes across as promising and I can see how people could easily lose big. They have adorable clothing yes. But it was not listed anywhere where the items were being shipped from, had I known it was from japan I would not have purchased, they have a general contact us as contact info. Good quality but the sizing is Japanese and hard to find correct size. I spent $95 on two dresses and the cost for return was $32 and clearly not worth it. I will try to sell on ebay.
Where have these been all my life?! Bought my first pair, flare jeans. Well made, fit beautifully. My only complaint is that they are very long if you want to wear flat shoes (I ordered regular) but thats an easy fix. Absolutely love them!

I have spent over 2 month trying to get my hoover parts. They say they have sent them TWICE. I have had to go to the sorting office myself to enquire if their was some ficticious postal error. No postal errors. Finally asked for a refund thats when the replies to my emails stopped. Next step is trading standards and small claims. It may only be a small amount of money, but consider if they do this to hundreds of people per year. An amazing money earning CON!.
I have used this site for 2 years and found it very well organized, the search is easy and fast and it has a lot of people from all over the world, so your choice is great. It is a little bit expensive but considering I was able to find good roommates within a week, I really can't complain. As i have stayed without because of Covid 19, I'm not sure what I'll find this year (2021) in terms of choices. But yes, you can trust this service.

I placed an order on 12/12/15 and still haven't received the order. I was charged for the order, but the order status says "Payment received, pending shipping." It's been almost three months and still the order hasn't been shipped; however, I was charged for the order almost immediately after I placed it. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, I did end up receiving the order about two months after it was placed. Both times, I emailed customer service and have never had any response from them. This company is dishonest and has zero customer service. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not be ordering from them again.
I too have had problems getting my order from last summer fulfilled. There is now a "Premier Spa Boutique" out of Canada and have to wonder if the same person is behind it. The model on the website resembles the former owner of Spa Boutique so I wonder. Please take a look and let me know.
AVOID AVOID AVOID Use Sixt or Europcar instead! Horrendous experience with Goldcar Barcelona. The car was dinted and scratched on every panel so I took a video before taking it. The Windscreen was filthy on the inside - So bad Infact I asked the Goldcar rep for for cleaner and paper towel and I cleaned it myself. After that everything is fine until we were late getting to drop the car off due to some incident on the AP-7 We decided to drop the car with only 1/4 tank fuel rather than miss the flight. Normally other companies just over charge the fuel but not Goldcar … Oh no they over charge the fuel then add a €50- penalty then add €36- to remove a bottle of water we left in the car. I ordered a week and a half ago, I sent Spadger an email on where my package was because the UPS site says they haven't picked the item up yet. Spadger's website says 2-4 days delivery. I sent customer service an email and I have yet to hear back from them.
