I ordered a part on Thursday, April 21,2016 2:21 PM, no part received! Asked for refund in July but have heard nothing since! (yes i have been very patient) Court action next. It isn't the money so much as the being ignored and not able to get in touch with them.
Ordered cooker part 8 April now 14 June still no part no replies to emails no phone number to ring, it seems they take your money knowing they do not have the parts con artists will never use them again be warned
I have had the same experience as those above. I ordered a part on 11 Jan. 2012 and the money was debited from my credit card the same day.
Since I heard nothing more, I mailed on 7 Feb. To ask for an update. I got a reply saying they were having difficulty finding the part and could I send pictures of the old part, which I did immediately.
17 Feb. I checked the web site which now had the part listed as obsolete. So I mailed again to ask them to let me know if they could find the part by the end of the next week.
No reply by 28 Feb. So I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money.
No reply by 5 March so I wrote:

To date still nothing.

I ordered a part on 18 Aug, Spares2go took my money the same day but I have not received anything and my emails are ignored. I checked status again and found the part has now been declared obsolete so now I know I will never receive the part - still no reply or refund. Avoid buying anything from these robbers.
I have spent over 2 month trying to get my hoover parts. They say they have sent them TWICE. I have had to go to the sorting office myself to enquire if their was some ficticious postal error. No postal errors. Finally asked for a refund thats when the replies to my emails stopped. Next step is trading standards and small claims. It may only be a small amount of money, but consider if they do this to hundreds of people per year. An amazing money earning CON!.
Let my experience be a warning: I ordered a control know for my blender; they sent a wrong part, did not fit. Cost: ~$35.- I wrote an email asking for return instructions; to my surprise they immediately replied with: "MODEL NUMBER REQUIRED - Hello again - Yes, we should be able to help, but we will need the full model number from the product."
So I wrote them the model number. Then they asked for a photo. I sent them a photo - and after that, nothing. I've email 4 x and never got an answer back. Clearly their web site had the wrong model associated with the part. But they are ignoring my emails, and I am left with a $ 35.- knob that does not work!
SCAM!
Ordered a timer knob for my dishwasher on 31st May 2011. Payment taken out of my bank account on 1st June 2011. As at 8th August I still haven't received the part. They have no telephone number to contact them only an e-mail which when you send an e-mail to them keeps coming back saying the part is on back order. I've subsequently found out that the part is no longer made and as such they could never get it for me. The amount is only £12.83 but that's not my concern. Other people could be losing much more money to this fraudulent company.
I paid 10 pounds for a spare part for a husqvarna hedge trimmer. It was sold as a genuine husqvarna spare part but was in fact a cheap copy which arrived in packaging non conform to what was advertised and to what I ordered.
I would never buy from them again. They're not a serious seller. Just ripping people off.
I returned a part unused and in the original packing. I had opened the packing but not used the part. I was refused a refund as they claimed the part was no longer saleable and 'used'. Do not use this company.
Order placed in November 2016. Still nor received and emails NOT responded to. Would either like the part or my money back! Won't be recommending them or using again!
