After 8 years hosting my site (and faithfully charging my credit card every month), 150.com deleted my entire website on 6-1-16 without a word of explanation, and failed to respond to multiple queries as to why. They also ignored the Better Business Bureau. I still have no clue what their problem is, but will never recommend them to anyone ever again.
My letter: "I have been using Network Solutions for the past two months without episode. With 150m, on the other hand, I have had multiple downtime, up to 10% of the month, compared to the 0.01% of Network Solutions. Since 150m has failed to provide the service I need, such as uptime, and I now receive something better for cheaper, can I have a refund of my remaining? It only seems fair, since you failed to deliver to me what I needed: reliable hosting." They promised to give me my $70 back once I canceled my account. I canceled it, and now, they won't even respond to my e-mails.
