Same story as many here. I have been ordering at Spaskin for years. Two years ago I didn't receive a order that was charged to my credit card. Contacted them through e-mail but never got a response. I assumed it was an accident, started ordering again without problems. But my last order from October 15 2015 still didn't arrive, credit card charged, no answers to mails. Clearly this was my last time ordering from that website!

The same thing happened to me too, Ordered Oct. 3rd got an email saying it was shipped on Nov. 4th, never got my merchandise. They don't respond to email, phone or mail. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
I don't know why I ordered through spaskin.com again. I had a difficult experience with them once before. I guess the 25% discount made a fool of me. On December 12,2014, I made an order on-line and my credit card was charged that same day. I ordered skin care items and teas (for Christmas presents). Twice, I emailed them asking about the status. After the second email, they emailed that the package was going to ship. It is nowJanuary 4 and I still have not received the order. I can understand delays, but I expect communication. They have no way to contact them except email and on-line chat. This is the last time I will do business with spaskin.com.
I thought the first time I didn't receive my merchandise it was an accident, as I have been ordering from this company for many years. The second time I didn't receive merchandise I was convinced there was a problem. No response to my emails and no "live chat" that I could see on the website. Fortunately I filed a dispute with VISA and with Paypal the second time and the charges will be reversed.
I placed an order on 12/12/15 and still haven't received the order. I was charged for the order, but the order status says "Payment received, pending shipping." It's been almost three months and still the order hasn't been shipped; however, I was charged for the order almost immediately after I placed it. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, I did end up receiving the order about two months after it was placed. Both times, I emailed customer service and have never had any response from them. This company is dishonest and has zero customer service. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not be ordering from them again.
I have had the same experience as the other writers. I had ordered from SpaSkin for several years and always received my order. However, I recently placed an order which was immediately charged to my credit card but I never received the products. I sent 5 emails without response, and could find no other way to contact the company. After I filed a complaint with my credit card company, I received an email from SpaSkin saying the order was shipped (almost two months later). That was two weeks ago and I have yet to receive the order. I doubt it was sent. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.
I have had no problem in the past with orders but will no longer order from this company as I have lost confidence in them. There should be a response from customer service to inquiries about an order. There is no phone number to contact them at and therefore not a shred of assurance that they are still legit.
I placed an order in October and was charged immediately. 2 and 1/2 months later, no product and no response to numerous emails and voicemails. I'm currently disputing the charge.
I started ordering from spa skin 2009, and never had a problem, now last order never received have emailed the company 5 times, and nothing. I can not get my money back or get my product... hoping they will get this message and get back to me!

Worst website. Never received my order. No answer for any leave message. Live chat never online.
Took order and charged visa. Did not ship merchandise. There is no phone number to call and their "Live Chat" is always off line. Never returned emails. Someone needs to get them off the web. Similar experiences have been reported. Stay Away!
