Ordered 5 dresses and a jacket - paid about £130 for my order.
Dresses and jackets look horrible - nothing like the pictures.
Customer service - horrible, pretending they don't understand your e-mail, copy-paste answers
They don't want to refund you even if they advertise online their return policy as being customer focused and if you are not %100 satisfied they will do.
Changed their online policy immediately after I have raised my complained and mentioned what they are saying on the web.
I have photos and e-mail chain comprising 28 e-mails I have exchange with this absolutely ridiculous company! I have wasted time, money and experienced a high level of frustration and stress!
It is frustrating they exist, but will make my experience known on all the channels available so they fine them and close them.
Their business is about fooling and cheating on people with deceiving pictures and online written policies.
They site has a lot of reviews on it. Some good and some bad. Site also attached to another site called vswill.com. The company is located in England... not sure about size. So be careful on that.
Very bad customer customer. I ordered 3 dresses n they have very poor quality and sizes are not right. I will not recommend anybody to order from this site.
