I ordered two pairs of Steve Madden "Steecy" heels... Fed ex said Delivered... Cameras said " stop lying" contacted Fed ex and they said that tracking number doesn't exist. So... ZOOSHOO is a SCAMMING WEBSITE! Thank GOD for my cameras or else I would have thought they were stolen! LIARS and THIEVES! BUYERS BEWARE!
I made the mistake of ordering again after not being happy about return shipping being paid for by the customer, but the shoes are very reasonably priced. The second order also felt cheap. In addition to this cheap feeling the second time around, the shoes ran small & it appeared the shipper tried to stretch the shoes with an insert. Would not recommend, learn form my lesson!
I saw a bunch of bad reviews on this site, but I decided to still try it & I don't regret it! I ordered 2 pairs of knee high boots and they, along with their boxes, were in perfect condition! I will definitely give it another go! :)

Shoe straps is tight and uncomfortable fit, Amazon contact the seller for a return label it's over three weeks before seller Zooshoe response. They want me to pay to return item when I am a Prime member eligible for free returns.

However, please note that your order was fulfilled by us at our personal warehouse, and was therefore not eligible for Prime Free Returns. Orders that are fulfilled directly by the seller are not considered Prime eligible, despite any Prime membership. As we mentioned in our previous responses to your emails, we do not currently provide return shipping labels of our own. That is why we suggested that you initiate your return with Amazon Returns, which would have allowed Amazon to provide you with a UPS return shipping label (not prepaid, because, again, your order was not eligible for Free Returns). Additionally, initiating a return directly with Amazon Returns Center would've allowed Amazon to help you with any pick-up services for your package. Again, we apologize for your negative experience. I ordered from them from Amazon. The shoes started peeling after two wears. I requested a refund. It's been 10 days, and they still haven't given me my money back. Don't do business with this company even you like legit return policies. I recieved an email on the 10th saying that they approved my refund. The email said that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days.

Ordered from this company and received someone else's order. I contacted the company to explain the situation and provided them with a picture of the shoes I received, my invoice and a picture of the box the the incorrect shoes were in. They did send me a FedEx label to send the item back, BUT the item was delivered in a shoebox, so when I arrived at FedEx to sent the shoes back, I was told that the shoes could not be shipped back that way. I sent ZooShoo a copy of the receipt for the outrageous price I was charged for the FedEx box for the boots that I did not order (on a mistake that they made) and was told that they would not reimburse me, but they understood "how frustrated" I must be. I then told them to can the replacement that they told me they could send out to me and they sent those out anyway after me specifically telling them, I wanted a refund. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. You would think that since the company made a mistake on their end, they would bend over backwards for the customer. Obviously, ZooShoo is not that company... Buyer beware!
I placed an order for booties, they gave me a date when I should be expecting them, and I did receive them the date I was given. I am sorry to read people had bad exp. In my case, first time ordering and wasn't bad at all, I guess I was lucky. Thinking if I should or shouldn't order again though.
It was a guessing game on want shoe fit true to size! Customer service is not very good, I placed an order of 7 pair of shoes, kept two sent the others back. Didn't get credit but for one. They did not stand by there word. Acted like it was given and wouldn't prove it. I could prove I didn't receive but they would not respond when I did.
I have ordered from this conpany twice and love both my boots and my mules. Since I work within driving distance of their warehouse they have also waived my shipping fee so that I could make a local pick up and everyone at their office is very professional and sweet! They helped me pick out the right size for the mule slides i puirchased and even gave me a cute reusable bag for free.

I ordered a pair of shoes a couple of weeks ago, and when I got them, they were a size too large for me. I immediately reached out to their customer service department, and spoke with Jessica, who was the most friendly and helpful customer service agent that I have ever talked to! She helped me straighten everything out, and I sent back the pair of shoes with no hassle and ordered another pair straight away. The shoe quality is impressive considering the price that I got it for! This isn't a shoe company that sacrifices quality for appearances - they definitely provide cute and high-quality shoes.
I recently purchased a couple pairs of boots from zooshoo and they am very pleased with my order, which came within a little over a week. To anyone complaining, be patient and probably just make sure the shoes you order say in stock! Best of luck
I ordered a couple of shoes from ZooShoo that shipped via FedEx. They never arrived despite FedEx saying it was delivered at my door. I contacted ZooShoo customer service as is the protocol per FedEx, but they took forever to respond. However when they did respond they told me to call the police and the Postal Inspectors, who only manages USPS cases. Very unhelpful. Strangely a week later the package shows up via USPS. When I pulled the label off, there was another label for another recipient. I was relieved to finally get my shoes, but ALL four pairs were 1-2 sizes too small. I have never had that happen. Not only do they not do exchanges, they also do not cover return costs, which will be about $30, nearly a third of the total purchase cost. That means I have to reorder the shoes still not really knowing the correct size and risk another $30. I am going to find the shoes I ordered the first time around on another site that will do exchanges and free return shipping.

As per the information you received about your package not being delivered, and advised to contact the postal inspectors/police, that is only if you believe your item was stolen from the mail. We do open inquiries with FedEx which take up to 72 business hours to be reviewed. At that time, an investigation may be opened and per FedEx, the process may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Unfortunately, we do have to follow a policy with respect to FedEx's shipping terms, in order to properly address missing/ lost/ stolen packages. Once we receive the information after 72 business hours, we move forward with a refund, or a reship if the package is lost. If FedEx advises the item was delayed, but will be delivered, we wait until the item delivers before we address any compensation to ensure receipt of the item in new condition.
We do offer a flat rate return label of $8 for any amount of shoes that you wish to return, however, as per my previous statement, if you would please contact me, I will assist you in the returns process at no cost to you due to the issues on your order.

I had been waiting on my order for longer than I anticipated. After no success with trying to get into contact with a real person through the Zooshoo site and the phone number provided, I read some reviews on sitejabber and found one review with the contact info on Zooshoo's customer care operations manager, Jessica. I emailed her asking for my tracking # since none of the emails I received about my order included it, along with my other concerns on my orders. I honestly did not think I was going to hear back or get help in general because of some of the reviews I read. To anyone reading this who may have similar concerns, I urge you to contact her at *******@zooshoo.com, tell her the issue, and don't forget your order #. I am not getting paid to say this, and I am not affiliated with Zooshoo whatsoever. This is my honest review. I made my order on 10-29 (a sunday), and received my package today. Despite being late, I truly appreciate getting the answers that I asked for, and I'm still kind of surprised that Jessica is not an automated robot.
I purchased two pairs of booties, and neither were sent! I got an order confirmation and my bank account was charged but no shoes ever arrived and it's been close to 4 weeks now! When I email them they never responded, nor did they respond to live chat or messenger! Probably the worst customer service around. Reported to bank as a scam. Don't recommend buying from them at all!

Bought a pair of shoes that said was true to size. They were at least 1/2 size too big maybe even more. I'd called and emailed and never heard back from them. I'd sent the shoes back and I'm hoping I'll get a refund. Shoes had glue stains on them but I was willing to only exchange for a smaller size because they were cute and vegan. Not anymore after this horrible experience. I'd actually lost money after sending the shoes back. Very disappointing but I'll never buy from this company again.
Stay away from this company. I ordered some shoes. They did not fit. Send them back via UPS. I paid for the freight and have proof for the delivery at their warehouse I have called more than 5 times, send emails, fill out the claim form in their website sever times. I tried everything. NO response. NO return. It has been three months. They stole my money. So now I do not have the shoes and they kept my money. Do not buy from them. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

I placed an order a week ago and received an order confirmation, but still have not received a shipping notification (even though the money was taken out of my account). I contacted their customer service because they are supposed to ship within 48 hours of order confirmation and have not heard a thing. I tried to do the online chatting customer service and also sent an email and it is absolutely impossible to contact them. Stay away.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I measured according to the size chart, which was why I was so surprised when they were Several sizes too small. I have attempted to get a return label or even someone to talk to about a retun. I've tried calling, emailing, and even chatting with no response from anyone. They are not willing to talk to their customers. This is not a good sign.
