The online experience was smooth and. Pleasant. I initially didn't receive an invoice and tracking number when submitting my order, but reached out to customer service and they able to send me all the necessary information. The shoes themselves are of fairly high quality and height increasing sole is comfortable to walk in for short periods of time. One thing, the claimed 3" increase is false. The increase in height is more like 2" to 2" and 1/4. Overall pleased with this product.

Nada que objetar a la calidad del zapato. Sin embargo, el servicio posventa deja muchísimo que desear. Compré en noviembre cuatro pares de zapato con vistas a la Navida. Dos de ellos no le quedaban bien a mi hermano, por lo que quisimos devolverlo, hoy he recibido el reembolso, el cual no ha sido completo, ya que al haber usado un descuento no me han devuelto lo que gasté por ambos zapatos, sino que me han descontado también parte de los dos zapatos que me he quedado por no beneficiarme ya del descuento por lo que cuatro meses más tarde los dos zapatos que me he quedado me han salido más caros. No solo eso, sino que el proceso de devolución es caótico. Primero me dicen que si puedo poner unas plantillas, que si lo puedo regalar y me hacen un descuento. Después de decirle que no que quiero mi dinero me hacen devolverlo por mi cuenta teniendo un coste solo el envío de 45 €. Además, no verifican que el pedido haya llegado hasta que ellos quieren por lo que los zapatos llevan un mes en su almacén y ellos tienen mi dinero. Por más que lo he reclamado ha sido imposible recuperar el dinero hasta hoy y ya digo que no ha sido completo. Definitivamente no volveré a comprar porque aunque la calidad del zapato no sea mala no me dan seguridad

No se puede publicar en la página web el mismo precio de unas zapatillas de cualquier talla de las que puedo elegir y si no hay talla 45 en stock me dicen que tengo que pagar más del 50% para obtenerlas. Ejemplo unas zapatillas que cuestan 165 euros si necesito la talla 45 y no hay en stock me piden que paque 89+165=254 euros. No es mí problema que no exista en stock la talla 45 sino del fabricante y en ese caso quitar de la página web la talla 45

I have been with chamiripa for almost 6 years now and their quality and service only seems to get better. Their standards too.Sophia is handling me and I cannot thank her enough for here patience, perseverance and total commitment to the clients needs. May God bless her. The worst online shopping experience! I purchased shoes for my husband, right after paying I called them to make sure I dis everything right, and no one answered the phone! One day later I get a WhatsApp message and find out that it will take 15! Days to make the shoes! I immediately wanted to process refund, but they told me it's impossible! I told them I paid extra 20$ to get the shoes in 4-7 working days and Norah told me I paid to get shoes after the making! Which means 15 days + 4-7days! I tell them I can't wait for so long, and they suggested to make the shoes in 10 days. And again the refund is impossible. I've also written the customer service and got no answer!

Never buy from this company, they just make money, are not customer oriented and for 300$ this is not the service we deserve!

As a satisfied customer for over 5 years I have to say a big thanks to chamaripashoes! Really high quality shoes make me look taller as they promise without sacrificing comfort and without pain... Recommend to anyone who wants to look taller! Advice for everyone, the sizes are different from country to country, you just have to measure the leg in centimeters and according to that adjust the right size. They also have courteous and quick service to answer questions... I'm glad I found this company!

I have ordered 3 different pairs of shoes from Chamaripa, and I have been pleased with each purchase! Not only do they serve their purpose of providing additional height, but they are stylish as well. I've gotten many compliments on how they look. I've even exercised/went to the gym in one of the older pairs and had quite effective workouts. I am very happy with the products from Chamaripa, and I plan on purchasing more!

Bit nervous. Fortunately enough, the shoe did the trick. Jim appeared taller

I bought $450 in shoes. I returned them for a different size. It cost me almost $500 to ship to China. When I chat or email, they told me that they got my returns and will process my order or give me a refund. They also on discussions have said that they have no credit and they never got my return. I sent it federal express so I know they got them.
This has been going on since September 2019.
Just this week they made an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
I have already closed the PayPal for the transaction before they would agree to refund. Of course now they are telling me that they are a different company and are not sure why I am contacting them. Frustrating!

This company doesn't return phone calls, emails, whatsapp chat requests. They sent shoes that were too small.

The packages are neatly packed. They look good. Good products. But the happiness ends there. The minute you have a problem...well, forget about response from them. I don't have time for this.

Be careful working with these people. I certainly won't shop with them again.

These white height increasing pair of shoes/sneakers is very nice and comfortable. I never expected height adding shoes can be so fantastic to wear. The shoes will be a bit heavy but it doesn't bother my comfort much. It increases height for about 3 inches which is quite good plus it has adequate room for foot therefore, its good for small outdoor trips like clubbing or vacation but not for trekking. The lace is also high-quality cotton and looks good material. These pair of shoes look stylish and smart and very eye-catching. Its a must have for all woman to enhance there stylish and trendy look. I would give it 5 stars.

I leant about chamaripa through the internet and decided to give it a trial by ordering a pair of shoes. It was delivered very fast and also affordable. Both official and casual shoes are available for men. They are comfortable, classic, stylish and available in different colors. They can be worn together with outfits such as jeans or suits. Amazingly, they are elevator shoes meaning they increase your height by 3.5". In addition, they are light thus you don't get tired while walking or running. They also keep your feet cool hence preventing sweating. Chamaripa offered me an incredible service. I am already thinking of ordering another pair of shoes. Thanks to Chamaripa.

I would sincerely thanks Sophia for all the assistance rendered while I was trying to order via the website. As my feet size is kinda of small thus Sophia gave many advice on which type and size to get.

I receive the shoe in good order and it is extremely comfortable. Even though it is elevated, it does have some cushion which makes wearing it pleasant and bouncy feeling. I love it because it does not hurt my heel and create any unnecessary pressure to my ankle as it is absorb by the cushion. This is my 1st time purchasing an Elevated casual shoe from them thus I have no prior experience whether it will fit my feet. Sophia is very kind and patience. I would say customer service experience is super excellent in my opinion especially for an online store and response time is fantastic. Reply is usually within 10 minutes or less for my case.

Delivery of the order via DHL is also quick and it is pack in good quality box which prevent the shoe from any damage during shipment.

The shoes in the box came individually and elegantly wrapped, had a very premium feel to it when opening.

Now the shoes, just as promised in every way. First and foremost, very comfortable, well fitting (use the sizing method on their website). They look and feel amazing on the outside, very premium quality materials, can definitely tell. The height increase is noticeable (but concealed! They look like normal shoes)

Please do use the sizing method on their website though. Although, no fear if you get it wrong! I got one pair the wrong size initially, and they were so supportive through the return process and sent me an exchange, this time I used their sizing method and it fit perfectly!

Very happy with dealing with this business, will surely be back for more shoes in the future.
