For some reason, my legs were not the same height after the surgery. I tried putting height enhancement pads in my shoes, but they lacked comfort. I had a total of 4 days chat with customer service and they were very professional and welcoming. Thanks for their advice, it helped me a lot. Especially in terms of cost, it helped me save a lot.

This company doesn't return phone calls, emails, whatsapp chat requests. They sent shoes that were too small.
The packages are neatly packed. They look good. Good products. But the happiness ends there. The minute you have a problem...well, forget about response from them. I don't have time for this.

I bought a pair of shoes for the size I usually wear but it was a little small. So I contacted them to buy a new shoes but bigger size, however, the bigger size did not fit at all. I sent back both pair of shoes and lost the delivery fees. Never buy this again.

I bought a pair of shoes from their website which in the first place is third class. I measured My shoes size exactly and followers theirs size chart. Once I got those shoes and wore them they were uncomfortable to say the least and were not fitting as expected. No where on the shoes they mentioned the exact size. On top the customer service is a disaster, it's their problem if they can't make their shoes correctly but they blame it in the customer and wanted me to use a insole; wth why would I buy an insole after paying 150 dollars for your crappy shoes. If I have to buy insoles then I dont need your shoes In the first place lol. Returning those shoes costed me since they don't cover returns. What a useless company. Never buying from them again.

If the shoes are a little bit loose, we suggest you put insoles to ajust the size, sometimes it helps if the shoes are one size or half size bigger. If it can help to resolve the size problem, then you don't have to return the shoes and can help you to save return shipping fee. But if it does not work, you can still return the shoes.

On February 6th, I bought an expensive pair of boots from this company. I even paid extra for custom insoles. Including shipping, it was over $500.
I was sent a tracking number that was linked to FedEx, so I could track the package. I just saw today that my shoes were delivered to an address in Arizona. Problem is that I live in California. I contacted FedEx, and gave them my info, but the customer service representative couldn't help me, because the tracking number I was given has someone else's name and address on it.
I've tried every method I can to contact someone from Chamaripa (phone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) But nobody has gotten back to me, except for one employee on Whatsapp, saying "please for attention", whatever that is supposed to mean. Now I don't know when or if I'll hear back from them, and I'm pretty upset that my $500 purchase is at some random address in Arizona. Not cool...

Unfortunately, they took the money and the item never be delivered. It looks like they produce a very minimal amount of the products but broadcast for several fake things, and if you are lucky to choose a product they have, you will receive it. But if you paid for something they fake, you will never get it, and they will talk about lost in the mail and avoid replying to your messages. When I sent an email regarding the undelivered item, they replied they were on vacation. It was an awful experience.
