On February 6th, I bought an expensive pair of boots from this company. I even paid extra for custom insoles. Including shipping, it was over $500.
I was sent a tracking number that was linked to FedEx, so I could track the package. I just saw today that my shoes were delivered to an address in Arizona. Problem is that I live in California. I contacted FedEx, and gave them my info, but the customer service representative couldn't help me, because the tracking number I was given has someone else's name and address on it.
I've tried every method I can to contact someone from Chamaripa (phone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc.) But nobody has gotten back to me, except for one employee on Whatsapp, saying "please for attention", whatever that is supposed to mean. Now I don't know when or if I'll hear back from them, and I'm pretty upset that my $500 purchase is at some random address in Arizona. Not cool...
