Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I love the items I purchase at Justfab however my last several few purchases, the transit has been delayed by days, at times over a week. Ordering for an event I've learned to order well in advance if possible.

I have been member for approximately 10 yrs. My latest purchase was for half calf black block heeled boots that have a couple of buckle straps, theses are a great fit and look great with jeans. So do the denim knee high
Semi stiletto boots, which were my second boot on this order. They are both must haves for this fall. Multi compliments when I wore them just the other day!

The boots I ordered don't come with a side zipper that helps when you try to put them on to wear them. Without a side zipper, it's difficult to put them on.

I did not want a "membership" and boy was I surprised when I discovered a charge against my credit card. It took repeated insisting to detach myself from the claws of this company but I finally did. Hopefully they won't darken my doorway again. Beware!

I ordered items 8/5/24 got an email confirming the order. Got another almost two weeks later saying low stock. And a few since then saying there will be tracking info once shipped. To date, no tracking info or ETA

I waited in the chat but noone came on. I want to cancel membership. This website is a scam. I lost 3 credits without warning. When I complained I was told justfab sends emails to let you know points are expiring. They did not send an email. I found out by accident. I work hard for my money and since you did not offer me something I do not wish to be a member and I will tell everyone I know what a scam this company is. You should make it easy for people to discontinue their membership but of course you are going to force me to spend time on the phone. The worst website! I will never be a member again.

I have been a member for so long because it was always extremely hard for me to find my size (11) in stores and I was tired of the headache and heartbreak. Thank goodness I found JustFab. I have been able to get exactly what I want. Only a couple block heels I've bought with the backing and single strap have had too much space in the back so it didn't feel secure and too big, but other than that, I've had an amazing experience and will continue to use JustFab for my go-to shoe shopping!
I asked for wide calf didn't get it plus the heels are higher than what the picture shows and where's the return receipt for my purchase? You guys make it difficult to return Items and you took money out of my account without permission I didn't sign up for your merchandise again I'm just not happy with your products your shoes make my feet look really big

The site is easy to navigate and the filters are all ones we appreciate, size, colour etc.
Sometimes my size is out:-( but I always find something else - I'm an 8.

My overall experience with JustFab has always been good. I purchased a pair of casual shoes for my husband and he loves them. They are very nice, and I am happy to be able to now purchase for both of us from JF.
Placing an order is so easy and anytime I need to talk to customer service (which I can count on one hand because I very rarely have had an issue in my over 10 years ordering) they are pleasant and knowledgeable. The description and for are always on point.
When I'm in need of a fabulous boot, JustFAB always produce! The quality and detail of each shoe keeps me coming back for more. My last purchase I added to my collection 8 new pair, ranging from low ankle booties to knee high thigh huggers. I love them all!
I'm still waiting on 1/2 of my shoe order and it's been 2 weeks. I did receive an email with a heads up on the delay which I do appreciate, things do happen. What bothers me is that I received an additional email with a 30% off coupon - why would I want to use it? It's off putting to send a promotional email asking for more business when I haven't gotten what I've already ordered. I definitely regret signing up for this subscription.

I ordered a few things and they came very quickly.
Polo Crochet Dress - very comfy and I love the color.
Belted Trench Coat - cozy. I ordered large to fit over blazers so need to hem the sleeves. Nice rose smoke color matches with lots of my outfits
Rolled Sleeve Blazer and Wide Leg Pleated Front Trousers in Dark Mauve. Great material and love the flow.
Not happy with my last experience. All the dream pairs shoes that have been added do not ship to Canada. And more than half the shoes now seem to be this brand. Very limited options now, so I cancelled my membership.

While these shoes are cute, they offer no support at all under the balls of the feet. Also, some of the areas where the rhinestones are show black. I don't know if it's the glue used or what but it shows just a little bit.

I ordered a sweater. I received a pair of men's size 12 Adidas tennis shoes. Can't return because I never ordered. This has happened multiple times. Starting to think their distribution center can't read orders.

I was made aware of JustFab because I wanted shoes from Target but the price was too far out of my budget. In searching for a similar pair, I found identical ones on the JustFab website, and when I saw that I was able to get my first pair for $10.00, I knew I just had to. Before I placed the order, I spoke with customer service and the employee was very kind and understanding and answered my question efficiently. Afterwards, I was a bit stressed about the delivery window for my shoes, as the last day they could get to me I'd be gone to the event that I needed them for. However, the shoes came extremely fast (before the first date on the shipping window), and they're such good quality. I am so so so happy about this purchase and have told everyone I know about the company.
She explained to me about rules you guys have about my money you guys put into points.as long as I've been with this company. Nobody explained to me. But at the same time if you guys take away my points you have to by law return my 40.00 that's taken out of my account every month
