It is too early in the season, but I was able to use the adjustable straps to set the sandals up for my foot configuration. It does seem excessive strapping, but clearly these shoes are well designed. I have narrow feet so that may be the issue too. I love my Hoka sneakers, so after a summer's wear I will know more.
Great visuals and selection. I think it such a privilege that I live in a time where these wonderful shoe selections are available. At age 84 they make it possible for me to walk my two dogs 3 - 4 miles a day effortlessly. Hi tech is controversial for sure, but in this instance, it is a marvel. Thank you all so much for your efforts in creating wondrous shoes and sandals.
I went on website which had many selections. I chose one which is not readily available in my area. The shoes arrived in just a few days, even earlier than I was expecting. Shoes are great, right size, right color!
This was my first time ordering from Footwear etc. I ordered Hokas and they were the only site with inventory of my requirement. Previously I ordered from hoka. Com. However they could not fill my order. I loved footwear, etc. product selection, ease of navigating through the site, keeping me constantly updated regarding the status of my order and happily delivering it sooner than I anticipated. I also thought it was a personal touch to get a note, signed by the worker who filled my order. There was a particular style + color of sneaker I strongly wanted. Footwear had all, + the proper size. Super pleased with ordering, shipment time, + delivery. :) Quality sneaker + fit.
I tried another, less expensive Footwear insert, and it just wasn't as comfortable as this one - the customer service team was super helpful in coordinating a return and refund so I could get the exact support I needed.

I ordered a pair of sandals and boots. The sandals were great. I was not happy with the look of the boots so i went to the LG store to see if I liked something better. I found to styles that I was interested in trying. They were ordered and I was called when they came in. I chose one and returned the original. The whole experience was very easy and everyone was very accomodating. I would order again on line with no fear of being stuck with something I wasn't completely satisfied with.
These shoes are very comfortable and provide good arch support. The bonus is that they are actually a cute pair of shoes:)
They do run a half size too big, so order down.
Fast delivery service. The tan color was perfect. It wasn't to light tan. Shoes feel very comfortable.

This my second pair of Regarde le Ciel boots. They are excellent quality, soft beautiful leather & are very comfortable the minute I put them on. I might be getting a 3rd pair!
I buy online from Footwear Etc for many of my shoes. The company is very dependable and there is never a problem in returning. The shoes they carry not all stores carry and they have a wide variety of walking shoes along with dress shoes that are comfortable and stable for walking. I highly recommend this company.
