I discovered Footwear etc while looking for a particular Vionic shoe I was having trouble finding. They had it in stock and shipped almost immediately. I received my shoes in 2 days in perfect condition.

Couldnt find these anywhere until I found your website! Thank You! It completely made by day to happen upon this website in my extensive search for these slippers in the color and size and I placed the order quickly so as not to lose them!

I thought purchasing a "higher quality", no-show sock would make a difference, but these aren't any better than the less expensive ones. They fall off of your heels immediately when walking. I will not be buying again.

I bought these shoes for their cute appearance and overall comfort, garnering compliments the first day I wore them to work. But as the day wore on they soon seemed to "loosen," and I realized they're too big. I'm a clear size 7M, for which the accompanying conversion chart advised European size 38 to fit 7-7.5 American feet. I'm now trying to wear thicker socks and considering ways to add padding so the shoes don't "flop" when I walk. Footwear Etc. itself isn't the problem - it's the shoes and advised sizing. The store was incredibly fast and professional with delivery and even included a message in the box from an employee hoping I will enjoy the shoes, which I do love and am hoping I can remedy or replace. Buyers should be mindful of sizing when ordering online with no opportunity to try them on first.

I thought this can only be a sandal like all others. Once I received it and put it on my foot, I could not believe the instant relief and comfort it provided. If you are on your feet a lot and need comfort and relief from a hard days work, get these! I wear them in the morning around the house and at night when I get home from work. You will not regret it! I have never worn a sandal like this one EVER!

I wish I could find promos, discounts, etc more easily but I'm glad they had my relatively rare shoe in stock. The nearest location is like 1500mi away and I'm annoyed there's a $10 return mailing fee. Also, it's the brands fault for not posting the information anywhere but it you had a reviewer write about the width of the normal vs wide fitting shoes, that would be helpful. I'm a regular size on the wider side but after reading many reviews on other sites, I decided to go with the wide version. It would be nice for a competent reviewer to suggest sizing principles since we're online shopping.

I love this store. I always shop@ the Willow Glen store here in SJ & love it. I used to shop at your outlet stores until they were closed. I got my sister-in-law hooked on Footwear, Etc. & love getting the rewards. I've never had any problems with your products & your salespeople are so courteous & helpful.

I was skeptical because I've never here of this company/website. Let me tell you they highly exceeded my expectations. Super nice customer service and got my orders to me super fast! Highly recommend!

This is my first experience with Footwear, etc. I purchased boots for my daughter for Christmas that I could not find in her size at big retail stores nor with big online vendors. Found them at Footwear, etc,, and for less money. I was surprised that a few days later they were at my doorstep in time for Christmas. I look forward to my next purchase with them. Love your Hoka options! Bought the recovery sandals for the whole family since I love to wear mine at home around the house to help my tired feet after working out or just chasing my kids. Shipping was fast, ordering was easy and I know if there are any issues an exchange or return would be easy.

Arrived in 2 days. A week before expected. 100% satisfied with the product, price and efficient delivery.

It was a good experience- never used this company before and was a little hesitant. Customer service was great when I could not find where package was. Erin stayed on top of it to ensure that I received the package for Christmas.

While the process was painless, I do wish the lines of communication was a bit better. I ordered and paid for my shoes and I received no communication until a week later when I got a notice that my shoes would be delivered the next day. A simple advisory note that they have been shipped would have worked wonders. Especially since there was a statement that most all orders are shipped within a day or two.

Not familiar with the brand of shoe that I ordered, I reached out to a few stores to inquire about the fit of this particular boot. All the staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful with the sizing.
The booth is beautiful and stylish, but just not the right one for me.

I wish the shoes were displayed in tabs and not the way they were. It seemed like there was new shoe options everytime I clicked on a shoe and then went to the bottom of the page. If it had tabs with it sectioned by styles it would make for a better shopping experience.

Ordering and receiving was fine. Unfortunately the sandal was too uncomfortable for me to keep and wear. I will say the return process was very smooth, so in that sense it was all good :). I have very tricky feet, so this isn't the first time I have not been able to keep a shoe/sandal ordered online. (Not tried on prior to receiving).

I couldn't find this particular shoe locally, nor on any other website. They've been very popular & even the Hoka site was sold out of my size. Footwear etc. had them & got them to me with free shipping.

Placed an order and everything went fine. I just received the shoes and have only tried them on and they appear to be comfortable but I have not worn them for any length of time. They are quality shoes but again I have not worn them outside yet.
