Footwear, Etc. provides such a variety of shoes! It is great to know there's one source to go to to find shoes with a great fit that help alleviate pain and discomfort

I reached out to Footwear etc. by calling their closest store, by ordering online and by asking a question through their website. Prompt, courteous and knowledgable responses all three times. The shoes are great and, no surprise, the box contained a personal note asking me to reach out if I had any questions.

I will say that these shoes with elastic and have a soft foot covering are tricky. The size 7 is too large - the sole is too long. But, the 6.5 is a little short on the toes so I cannot wear them for long stretches. But the store and service is great!

It took way longer than I thought it would take to get these shoes. I had to call customer service to find out where they were. The person I spoke to seemed legitimately wanting to help. I did receive them the next day.

Beautiful shoes, but were too small so I need to exchange them. I have had other Rieker shoes in this size before which were just fine, so it looks like the sizing might vary according to the type of shoe.

I may decide to return these because the ankle straps are way too short for my cankles. But they are cushiony, and comfortable right out of the box. I would prefer more arch support, and the color is a little too dark of a caramel. They would be great in a sandy colored leather.

I was in the store and the level of experienced support was impressive! I asked some specific questions about the various fits and styles of Birkenstocks and my sales person nailed it! She was very familiar with the brand and fit. This was something I had asked at another major retailer and they simply did not have this level of knowledge. I have a high arch. I was excited to see that this boot has 2 zippers. I thought that feature would increase my chances of getting the boot on my foot. Unfortunately one of the zippers is only decorative. I can't get the boot over my arch. I could probably force my foot into the boot, but I don't want to struggle with my boots.

Footwear etc. had exactly what I was looking for. The only snag was I never received a confirmation; however, calling Footwear was a cinch and the customer service person was really helpful and nice in confirming the order and letting me know the delivery status.

The delivery was fast and the price was reasonable. But unfortunately, the shoe was not really fixed. My heel kept coming out while walking with the shoes. So I decided to email footwear to request a return. The reply was fast. The store provided me a link for a return. Good customer service.

The shoes I ordered look like fantastic shoes. Unfortunately, a smaller size was in the box. With the Shelter In Place, I cannot return them to the store. Please provide me with my options to get these in the right size or return for refund.

On the website It said if I signed up I'd get a 10% discount. I signed up, did not receive a discount code in either text or email, and did not receive it at checkout. Very disappointing that the advertisement was not fulfilled.

I didn't get email that the order was received or shipped, however I contactacted the seller who answered right away and the email was in my promotions folder! Thanks so much for your prompt response.

The website is very clear and helpful and I was especially happy to find a shoe on sale. It's a design I bought years ago and I was very happy to know. That it is still in stock. The fit and size are perfect, and the delivery came promptly. Thank you!

I went to Nordstrom's and saw this pair of Birkenstocks for $150.00
Got home and found a coupon I had earned from Footwear etc. for $20.
Ordered from Footwear etc. and paid $99. Less the coupon of $20. So, $79.00 was my end total.
Makes me happy when I score a deal especially when the item is a quality shoe.

Expert service, good quality footwear. Always polite and attentive to customers. Coming to the store feels really good. Also ordering online and returning to the store is really easy for me since the store is located far from me.

I was able to find the Haflinger house shoes for my husband in the correct size and at a discount because I ordered black. Placing the order was easy with PayPal even though I have never ordered from this website before

EdSaw a pair of shoes that I was interested in, I like MBT's. Usually wear a 40, which is a 9- 91/2. This style actually came in a 9 and 9 1/2. Thought the 1/2 side would be better because sometimes MBT's slip on's run small, and I wear socks with my shoes. When I received the shoes, they were exactly what I wanted, but when I tried them on, they were to big. Quick called Customer Service, and the rep was very helpful. I gave her my order number, and told her what was wrong. I did not know how to print a return label, and she said that she would print one for me and mail it to me.
She told me that when I receive the label, put it on the box, and take it to a UPS store. Then call back to MBT and tell them that it is on its way, and they will send me out a replacement in a size 9.

My order through anpother vendor was cancelled, so I Googled the tote bag and found you offered at the same price. Unfortunately, a day later, my wife found that same bag from another vendor on sale at 25% off.

We had difficulty finding this shoe in the right size. My husband has 4E feet, which often limits his options in quality shoes. He's new to the Hoka brand, and I finally convinced him to try them. Then, as luck would have it, we couldn't find any in extra wide to try. He tried the wide on in a local sporting goods store, and they were too snug. We searched high and low and finally found this gem.
