Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Both the online and instore shopping experiences are excellent. The Los Altos Footwear especially rates and A+++. I have been shopping there for ten years; most of my shoes are from that shop. Great selection and reliable stock of orthotic shoes. This time I purchased replacement Olukai's for my husband and son. I had hoped to purchase my annual pair of new Vionic Tide Aloe sandals for my upcoming vacation, but they were out of my size after I ordered online. The Aetrex Jillian sandals I bought in-person after trying on there over a year ago have been so comfortable.

I am well aware of the message that "this is a final sale and non returnable " I guess I learn my lessons the hard ways - the Vionic Hayes leather shoes " that I ordered online feel half size big but it hurts my feet towards the front (designed problem)and it doesn't feel like leather at all, it feels more like hard plastic. I give up on wearing it. Oh well lessons learned
I have a planta fascitis condition and only these shoes allow me to walk 3 miles daily, I'm very happy with these shoes.
I will have to return them. They are not for my feet. However i will be in to purchase sandals very soon.
You need to put in the "search" for exactly the item you need. Don't just go by them narrowing down your search for you.
