Boots came very quickly! I went up a half size and they fit great! Would order again. Seems comfy enough to wear out and not kill my feet, but time will tell haha. The red is so fun!

Like most things that sound too good to be true, I had low expectations putting in an order.
Not being familiar with the designers names and not being able to see or try anything on, it was a crapshoot at best.
I was pleasantly surprised when the orders showed up!
The quality of the shoes were impressive and while I have a narrow, low volume foot, the fit is very good!
With my satisfaction comes some excitement as I look forward to my monthly opportunities to save money on high quality shoes!

The quality of the item is great. However I need to exchange the top as it is too large. I wish your company made exchanges easier by putting package info in with the items. Also it's a task to find the skip button.
I've been a customer for almost 13 yrs. JustFab always has a great selection, good quality, and great prices. The website makes purchasing so easy. Their customer service is awesome. They make returns hassle-free. Always a great experience with them.
The title says it all.
In order to cancel, the site made me use their stupid chatbot. This chatbot then passed me off to what it claimed was a real person, but I suspect it was just the same chatbot. I told it I wanted to cancel. It kept trying to persuade me to keep my membership. I had to tell it 4 times to cancel my account before it finally would. It shouldn't be that hard to cancel. I'm not pleased. I won't ever be reactivating my account.
I needed a dozen go go boots of various sizes for a high school show but the funds weren't approved until less than two weeks before opening night. I joined JustFab in desperation and even though expedited shipping wasn't available for my order they arrived earlier than predicted and were the highlight of the show! Much better quality than the other white boots we had on hand too! Thank you, JustFab
Hi, I was so excited to receive my Jean outerwear, pink dress, and 2 pairs of shoes. One pair of Shoes worked out, but the other pair feels way too tight and the clothes just don't look right. Very bad fit in the shoulders for the jeans outfit are very low and make it look very poorly fitted. How do I do a return? Thanks

Items are not true to size, they run way smaller
If you forget to "skip the month" they charge you $49.99 which turns into Reward/VIP credits. Then you buy an item for 1 credit, but NOTHING is worth the value of the $49.99 you paid. The money should just sit as a $49.99 credit, not as 1 VIP credit. Then after a certain amount of time, the credit expires if you don't use it! I finally just ordered something to use up the credits before they expire, but what I ordered ended up being VERY cheap & not worth a fraction of what I paid in "credits". In addition, you have to pay a large "fee" when you place your order. This company is the worst & I would definitely NOT recommend anyone shopping with them.

I recently found this site and while back when shopping for my then-girlfriend and Family. My Father and Mother and two Baby Nieces LOVED the shoes and clothes I bought them and the ones I've bought for myself as well. I pay a monthly fee for their VIP PROGRAM and it's not bad considering what they actually really do give you in return but to mention the SUPER SALES THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY. The service here is wonderful as usual, I haven't shopped here in over a year and it seems like I never left. Quality is great, customer service was kind and courteous when dealing with my concerns. This is what I've always experienced here. Love it.
I had heard great things about this brand which is why I went with this pair of shoes. Unfortunately I was miss informed because when I got them they were wayyy to small, and looked like high heel boots, when I was expecting regular boots. Very unfortunate

I had ordered a pair of boots, and they got lost in the mail or stolen, and they jumped right in and sent me another pair, no extra charge. My original ordered pair was out of stock but I just received my new pair and they are great. Highly recommend this company, just for customer service alone. The shoes are great too
My overall experience with JustFab is negative due to their business model. I need to action something every month to not pay. And then I forget; and pay. And then they have my credits that I paid for expire. So I end up paying for nothing. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I love the feel and look of this top. It's lightweight but nice for cool weather. The sheen is beautiful. I wish Just Fab had more items like this. Love!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. In my shoes. On the left foot. The insole lining was installed crooked. So now when I walk, I can feel the edge of the insole all the way down my foot. My daughter's boots are so cheaply crafted she can't wear them without pain.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
