I received children's shoes and a pair of shoes that were too small for my foot. Anyway called get thinks straighten out. Trying to get the shipping label, I had emailed to my PC. Customer service did help me.

The shoes are so comfortable and durable. I will definitely be getting them in other colors. Only problem is they don't have much arch support. But with an insert they are great.
These shoes are not made for 5-7 school/ work hour days. By the time I got to about 2 hours, my feet felt exhausted from using more pressure and energy to walk a moderate pace, than any other shoe I own. It felt as if I was stepping in snow with low rise sneakers.

I bought a pair for me and my daughter in law. I should have checked for WODE for myself but she has very narrow feet and she cannot get her foot in. Way too tight. First time I was ever disappointed with a purchase from JustFab

I bought 2 dresses that were on a 2 for 1 credit deal. The dresses definitely look nice. But one of them is slightly see through, even though I love the color and the fabric. It's still not hot enough to wear them but but I'm wondering if I'll need to wear something underneath to hide my underwear.
Other than that, experience was quite pleasant
First time to order with the site and sometimes I feel like it's iffy as to whether the product will look like you expected or arrive without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised my product arrived promptly and looked and fit just as hoped for!
I used to order from just fab years ago and all the shoes i ordered came with shoe boxes. I just ordered about 5 pairs and none came with boxes. The packaging was ripped and thankfully none of the shoes fell out. I gave 4 stars only because my daughter loved her shoes. Only reason it has 4 stars.
Boots are very comfortable n I like the style of them n trust me I'm going to refer my friends n family. Thank you so much.

Justfab has a lot of cute shoes however it is hard to order from the site because a lot of the time the sizing differs greatly. Some are too narrow, some fit just right and some would need a whole new size to begin with. For this reason it makes ordering hard and even frustrating when ordering items that cannot not be returned because you take a gamble of if they will fit or not. 2 out of the 4 pairs I ordered didn't fit and cannot be returned.
Every time I order it mentions it takes 6 to 10 days to receive, but it looks like its purposely slowed down. They email you saying the package is on its way but takes 3 days to leave their warehouse, and it seems like it sits in locations longer then it should. Again making sure not to deliver before like 8 or 9 days. Plus their tracking service is horrible, it never matched and doesn't update in real time. Again this isn't a one time issue its every time I ordered. That's why I don't order often.

I ordered a pair of boots and they didn't fit right, from the length/width of the boot, to the part that goes on your legs. It was pinching as I walked. So I returned those. I also ordered a pair of clogs, which are not very comfortable, I'm going to try and find something to make them softer--im going to give those shoes a try, but the boots were not gonna work for me. I've always ordered boots and have only had a few problems.

The shoes looked nice with a good color. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't so good. During the first day of wear, it started to rub/cut near the back of the foot and ripped the skin. It was painful. This doesn't usually happen with a good quality shoe. Wouldn't recommend.

I was a little nervous about ordering shoes online. I like to try every shoe on in person, but the offer I received made me jump. I ordered... the shoes are perfect as I'm on my feet all day long in sales. Thank you for the great fit!
I have ordered at least 15 pairs of shoes within 2 months and I have never had as much trouble with delivery EVER! I am still waiting on 2 pairs of shoes it has been a month 1/2. I'm very upset and disappointed, I will not order from here again.

I've been trying to buy a pair of rain boots that I liked, but I every time I order them in size 8, they send me a size 9! It happened already 4 times and even tho I talked to customer service, I am still getting the wrong size. At this point, I decided to give up and just find something else, but I don't understand why they keep sending the wrong size!

I have been ordering from Just Fab for years and have usually been satisfied. I am frustrated that I now can't order certain items because they don't have shipping arrangements for Canada. I called customer service about it last October and was told that it should be fixed by December. Well, I still cannot order certain items for the same reason. Other than that I enjoy my purchases.
I bought done boots for mundane girls and they loved them. The fit colour and style were great. I also bought a duffel bag and was surprised by how large it was. It will easily accommodate everything I need when I travel
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
