I bought $450 in shoes. I returned them for a different size. It cost me almost $500 to ship to China. When I chat or email, they told me that they got my returns and will process my order or give me a refund. They also on discussions have said that they have no credit and they never got my return. I sent it federal express so I know they got them.
This has been going on since September 2019.
Just this week they made an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
I have already closed the PayPal for the transaction before they would agree to refund. Of course now they are telling me that they are a different company and are not sure why I am contacting them. Frustrating!
