I ordered 2 more pairs of the same shoe since the first ones I ordered were so comfortable and cute. I should have waited to order more, as the first one broke with minimal walking on the first day. It will cost $16 at the shoe repair to have the strap sewn together. I wish I could send the other 2 back. What a waste of money.

I bought two pairs of shoes from this site and received one pair, which was exactly what I order. The site said my second pair of shoes were processing, but it's been about 3 weeks now. I emailed them and received an auto generated email with a claim number. No one followed up, so I called them and got a voice recording saying that I was calling outside their business hours. I called in the afternoon and they close at 5:30. This site is a scam. They send you just enough to keep you from looking under the rug. Avoid this place and keep your money!

I ordered 2 pairs and so far only one pair arrived. The right shoe of the one pair has a strange print indent on the top. It is damaged, but im debating if its worth the hassle of returning them. The box they were in was torn on the bottom too... I really hope the 2nd pair arrives and is in better shape. I have high hopes for this site since it has a lot of good brands. I just hope they're not selling the defects.
Always have top boots in at way affordable price. My boots were not muddy or worn and came in a week.
As a busy guy I don't like shopping, especially shopping in a women's shoe department store. Found this website off instagram and gave them a try. Cheap prices and great variety. Customer service was extremely helpful I guess alot of guys shop for their girls on here as well lol. Got kudo points from my gf!
I ordered shoes that were lipstick red. And they sent me "grapefruit' aka hooker pink. Horrid color. Their error. But they would not pay for shipping. So I had to pay 8:00 to return them. Another pair of shoes I ordered they said they had in stock. But did not. They cancelled the order. But. I was on the website to buy shoes, not to waste time with their incompetence.
I find myself always coming back to Zooshoo for it's great prices and wide selection. They carry all the trendy shoes you see on instagram as well as comfortable shoes for school and work. I always find something i like here, and i admit i've accumulated more shoes than any rational person ever needs because they're all so affordable...
Also, I've never had an issue with quality or sizing, and would recommend you try the live chat function if you have any questions. I find they're usually very helpful, and once the customer service rep even offered to try on the shoe for me to see how they fit!
Amazon. Cok wouldn't let me leave seller feedback about my experience with their 3rd party seller Zooshoo. Zooshoo sent me shoes that were expreenrky worn and had actual muddy footprints of someone's foot on/in the heel. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZOOSHOO.

I heard about zooshoo from some youtubers and instagram posts so I decided to check out the site. The site is really easy to navigate and they have great photos for the shoes. There are literally so many shoes on the website, but there were enough tools (categories, search tools, and filters) that I could find shoes I wanted to buy. Definitely check out the lookbook pages, the styling is super cute! I definitely stole some looks from zooshoo.
I've ordered from zooshoo a few times now and the shoes I received are excellent quality for the price. I have never had an issue with shipping speed with this company. I also tried out the local pickup recently and the girls who helped me out were super accommodating. I was able to try on and exchange the size I ordered to a bigger size since I ordered the wrong one.
I ordered a pair of booties from the zooshoo website and was very excited! They arrived and sadly they were too big. Well I decided to exchange them and get a smaller pair, but their return process is terrible. They are "having problems with their shipping carrier" so you have to request a label and they will take the $8 off your refunded money. Okay, I did this but never received the label. So I sent an email and was told I would be contacted with 1-2 business days, never received an email. Tried calling several days in a row, they don't have an answering service and no one ever picked up the phone even though it was 11am PST. I sent another email, but still no reply. Now all I would like back is my money. I would NOT trust your money with this company... better luck shopping anywhere else.
I shop here for my wife all the time. Speaking with customer service, I have learned so much about women's shoes and they really have helped me pick out some awesome shoes! They are extremely knowledgeable and responds back to me right away.
Zooshoo has aggregated some of the hottest styles of shoes on their site so I know that every time I go there to shop, I will find something thats awesome for my spouse. It is hard to find a place that has shoes around the $30-50 range. I mean for $45 I can buy the latest thigh high boots?! Thats crazy.
Even though they don't work on the weekends, which can affect shipping expectations their staff's speedy response time makes up for it. I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try!
I ordered two pair of sneakers on this site because the price and quality seemed so unbelievable, and it was. However, they did not fit true to size 81/2 is really a 7; in addition to, one of the shoes being used illustrating scuff marks and extremely wore bottom. Worst than a display shoe in the same place for five years. Do not buy from here! Save your money. Their return policy is the worst. Just keep the shoe, and donate them.
