I'm so thankful that there's a site that has cheap, trendy, and comfortable (at least for the price point) shoes! I'm tired of the boring JustFab, SoleSociety, and even Nordstroms shoes. They have good basics but nothing thats trendy and affordable!

Everybody should take advantage of the awesome assortment they have. It takes awhile to scroll thru there pages, but its acceptable because "more shoes the merrier".

I ordered a pair of platform sandals and they came relatively quick and I was so pumped to get them! I tried one of them on and it fit fine. And then I go to try on the other one only to find that they sent me two right shoes!
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes that arrived pretty quickly. Tried on both and needed to return one that ran a half-size too small and thankfully the return process wasn't too painful.

I bought a pair of blue sandals for my 16 year old daughter and surprisingly enough they arrived within 2 days. She received multiple compliments on the shoes and we'll probably order them in white as well. The live chat representative was very helpful and taught me how to navigate through the filters with ease and had a great attitude.
I ordered a pair of cute platform sandals from zooshoo for $22, then read the reviews of this website after I ordered them. When I read the reviews, I became really nervous about receiving my package because most of the reviews complained about slow shipping and bad quality. However, I recieved the sandals in perfect condition no more than a week after I ordered them, and I was sent an email confirmation right after I placed my order.
I ordered from this website because I have heard about them on Youtube so I decided to give them a try. I ordered a pair of booties for on 05/10 and received the a notice that it shipped the next day. I received the shoes approx. 2 days later which was very impressive. When I opened the box I noticed that the shoe had the same name & number as online but looked absolutely NOTHING like the pictures on zooshoo.com. The shoes I received looked very cheap and not even similar to what I ordered. I emailed customer service and haven't heard anything back. I went on the website and filled out the refund sheet and it says that I have to pay for shipping even though it was their fault! Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. I regret not reading the reviews before purchasing from this website. Extremely disappointed..
Placed an order for 5 pairs of shoes and it took me 2 weeks to get them. I open the box and try on the first pair, only to notice that the buckle from the sandal was detached and in the box. I look up how they do returns and they charge you to send back damaged product then also charge you a "reboxing fee" as if they're going to glue it back together and sell it to the next person. What a joke of a company. Needless to say I will not be purchasing with them again.
The first time that I ordered from ZooShoo, I ordered the same shoe in a size 6.5 and 7. The box of size 7 shoes contained 1 size 7 and 1 size 9.5. So, I emailed customer service to arrange an exchange - they said that they would ship out the new/correct size 7 shoes the minute that they received tracking information from UPS (so, the minute my UPS return package was entered into the system). However, ZooShoo did not send me the correct size 7 shoes until they had received my return package in their warehouse and processed it. So, a week different in ship dates!
The second time I ordered from ZooShoo, I ordered the same shoe that I had previously ordered in the same exact size - a size 7. I loved the shoes so much that when I saw that ZooShoo still had them in stock, I thought I'd order another pair to use when my first pair wore out. The ordered went through - I received confirmation. 4 days later, I received an email refunding me the amount of my order and another email stating that "upon fulfillment" of my order, they realized they were out of stock on size 7 in my shoe! It took them 4 days to fulfill my order and to inform me that I would not be receiving the shoes that I so desperately wanted? All that I have to say is, bad business practices!
I will never do business with ZooShoo again.
I've ordered from this site twice, both experiences have gone well! I love the always free shipping and it is great if you buy shoes from a brand you are familiar with like Qupid. Each time I bought booties and a boot, the products were as expected and arrived quick.
The pictures look perfect but once you get the shoe its quite a disaster. The pair i ordered were scratched stained and dented also the bottom piece was coming off and the making is so cheap. Dont buy
Bought the black soda zuluu boot and it didn't live up to my expectations of what the picture showed. Too baggy and made cheap. Serves me right for paying $20 for boots. Never again. Also, no free return shipping, buyer beware.
I ordered two pairs of boots and had to return both pairs. They were so uncomfortable and cheap as well as felt smaller than the size they were supposed to be. There Was No Free Return shipping! I had to pay $12 just to ship them back just awful.
To begin with, I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes with this company via PayPal and after 2 weeks I had not received any shipping/tracking information... I emailed the company inquiring about my package... NO RESPONSE... I called... Phone just rings/No answer/No voicemail. I sent another email... after ANOTHER 2 weeks... NO RESPONSE! Today I get an email from PayPal stating that a partial refund was submitted... "partial"... They didn't send me any of my items and they did not give me all of my money back! I emailed the company again... NO ANSWER TO THIS DAY! This is a complete scam and I will be filing a consumer complaint!
I was skeptical with the reviews. I heard about this website on YouTube. I had been wanting to find more shoe stores online. I ordered 2 shoes which I received 5 days later. I did not receive a tracking number which I don't like about them. On one shoe the strap was a little loose to wear and the other shoe was perfect!
They shipped it pretty fast. But the shoe didn't fit me so I shipped it back for a return. I contacted them about my return they said it should be prodded 1 to 2 days it took 2 weeks for them to email me after the fact I emailed them first anyways they said they refunded me the money which still to this day I never recieved the refund
I ordered a gorgeous pair of Mint Platform shoes for my wedding day and when I received my package... I opened the brown UPS box and the shoes were in a black soot covered box! My thoughts were, "surely the shoes are ok!" Boy was I wrong. I open the box and took the shoes out of their covers all to find shoes that had holes in them and black scuff marks all over them. The soles even appeared to have some wear already on them. I am very very upset because I have emailed TWICE and called and got NO ANSWER! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered two different sets of shoes from this website. The first pair I didn't like because the material was suede(ugh) so I exchanged them for a different pair and had no issues. The second pair of shoes I ordered I sent Zoo Shoo an email because I wanted to exchange for a pair of shoes that were more expensive. They advised me that I needed to call. I literally called all day and the phone just rang. No one answered and there was no voicemail system. So I sent the shoes back in the packaging they provided with my exchange information. This company opened my package, took my exchange form and my order receipt out, taped the package back together and sent it back to me. I sent them an email inquiring why they sent my package back and not exchanged my shoes, I still have not gotten a response it's been over a week. I will NEVER shop here again.
On went online for some anger therapy shopping. Ha, shame on me. Anyways I spent forever looking for KESIA-12 Iridescent heels and I finally found my size on ZooShoo. I also managed to get a discount, plus free shipping. What really made me impressed was the speed of the shipping. I received the shoes in less than 48 hrs!
This is definitely not a scam, if you were scammed then you went to the wrong site. I was also scared to order, i called them and they replied. I ordered three shoes for free shipping with great coupons and they arrived even before estimated delivery date. I was so impressed and in love with the shoes, i ordered three more and won free express shipping and it came after two business days, exactly as it looked in the pictures and even better. Love this site any day any time.
