Ripped off shipping charges
September 21, 2017

Came across shoes I've been searching for on Amazon which seller is Zooshoo. Shoes price is $26 which isn't bad at all and advertizesed above add to cart showed if I order with in so many hours and paid two day shipping I'd recieve by 9/20. The date I placed order was Saturday 9/16/17 and I paid $16.95 extra for promised 2-day shipping with delivery date of 9/19. Which technically is 3 days, but figured Sunday they don't process or ship orders. Date changed on Amazon site under my orders to Zooshoo shipped on Monday 9/18 and would be delivered by Wednesday 9/20. Which was yesterday. There was a tracking number provided and carrier was USPS. Package info stayed the same with no updates where package was ect. Yesterday when I received my daily mail from USPS and had no package I was pissed. Under my order on Amazon still claimed to be delivered by 9/20 and USPS carried so I copied tracking number and checked it on the USPS official website which notified me that there was no such tracking number in their system. Went back to Amazon under my orders and clicked contact seller, then chose the option/subject "where's my stuff?" Which above where to type message box popped up package info being FedEx as carrier and same tracking number Amazon claimed to be for USPS. So I went to FedEx official website and typed in number which it popped up with the package information. First off it wasn't shipped on 9/18 it was shipped on Tuesday 9/19 being the day before my promised delivery date, second I won't be receiving it until Friday 9/22 which is two days after promised delivery date and six days after I placed order, and third Zooshoo the seller paid for and used FedEx express saver 3 day shipping. So Zooshoo took my payment of $16.95 for two day shipping and instead got a label for 3 day FedEx saver which probably was much less than $16.95 which I plan to check on FedEx website to get a "rate" on price by providing zip code from Zooshoo to be sent to my zip. To figure out legit amount shipping costs and was paid by Zooshoo.

And with amazon under my orders where I am able to see status of orders I have placed and being delivered Zooshoo is only seller providing false information causing Amazon being unable to correctly update. Zooshoo provided correct tracking number, which is for FedEx though had USPS listed as carrier from Monday 9/18 to delivery date yesterday 9/20 and clearly I haven't gotten package yet they must have "updated" on Amazon I will get between 9/20-9/26 and tracking number again the same, but is FedEx though changed carrier from USPS to regular UPS Parcel. If I didn't click contact seller and where's my stuff I wouldn't have seen it's FedEx delivering package. I'm assuming Zooshoo is updating Amazon with incorrect carrier using USPS and UPS with the FedEx tracking number so that Amazon is unable to see date package was sent and date delivered since amazons unable to provide tracking information due to marketplace sellers sometimes do not provide Amazon with tracking information for their orders. Making them have advantage to rip off customers on shipping fees and Amazon being unable to see that. I've taken screenshots of everything since seller keeps sending "updates" to Amazon that are false.

I plan to attempt to contact seller Zooshoo on refunding me my shipping amount or atleast the difference since they paid three day which is most likely cheaper that two day. If I don't get a response or Zooshoo won't cooperate then I will go forward filing a A-Z claim on the seller. Since I've got plenty of proof to back up that this seller is shaming people out of shipping costs and purposely providing false/incorrect information to Amazon so amazons unable to see this seller isn't keeping up to its promises on shipping. Like by giving a valid or correct tracking number, but will claim the wrong carrier leaving Amazon assuming package shipped but can't get package details due to tracking number isn't valid with the carrier claimed by Zooshoo.
