Zoara website lists diamonds that are supposedly GIA certified. But when clicking the listing for more details, no image is shown and the GIA report is not available either. Clicking the live chat button brings up a box asking for email address and comments. No live chat agent available and no email response either. Thanks for the waste of time, I will shop for my 3 carat diamond at Blue Nile instead.

I was skeptical at first buying a ring online, but was rest assured by the team at Zoara and chatting with the diamond experts via telephone and live chat that all were legitimate diamonds with GIA number and certificate available to check. The customer service was excellent, any doubts or questions I had were dealt with immediately by phone or email. And as per the product, I was blown away, it looked even better in person, the presentation, the ring, the diamond couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend Zoara.

I recently ordered an eternity ring through Zoara and I must say that I am beyond happy with my gorgeous ring!
The whole way through my ordering process the staff were extremely helpful, informative and very patient with all of the questions that I had.
I would highly recommend going through Zoara for their quality diamonds and exceptional customer service and I will definitely be ordering all of my future diamond jewellery though the Zoara team.

These guys have a huge mess going on in their billing department. They want to run all sort of strange verifications (including pictures of your credit card) in order to send you your already paid goods.
They take all the time in the world to reply and of course that takes time away from shipping. This end up ruining the anniversary gift I had for my wife...
Anyways, go to a jewlery store, much safer and quicker

LOVE Zoara!

I purchased a 2ct diamond from Zoara about 4 years ago and could not possibly be happier with the stone I wear daily in the most stunning engagement ring/wedding band combination. It makes me sad that Zoara is no longer available for others now! I hardly know the whole story about the company, but my local jeweler was amazed with my stone and told me he would never had been able to sell me the diamond I got from Zoara at the price I paid. I'm so thankful I fell into this and will always enjoy the stunning jewel I am able to wear.

Terrible Zoara
July 22, 2017

I paid a loose diamond. They said the diamond is milky. I said I don't mind and will waive my rights to return the diamond but they still refuse to send the diamond I paid for. They want me to choose another diamond and said will match the price of any diamonds on other website. So I send them the link to the website which has the diamond I wish for. They then replied and said they could not match the price. That website must have priced that diamond wrongly. I asked for refund of the money I paid since they keep giving all sorts of reasons. I checked my credit card bill. I lose $70 over a course of a week due to currency exchange. So I was denied of the diamond I want, then I have to pay $70 for nothing. Never buy again from this company. They are not the cheapest too!

We just received our halo cushion cut wedding set - it's incredible. Even better than the pictures. Website was super easy to navigate. Chat was also really simple - received great customer service and attention with my questions. Great site, will definitely be back.

Our engagement ring arrived to New Zealand in less than two weeks. It looks great!
The box is very cute as well - it has a led light that reflects on the diamond.
Their service was also very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company to all.

My Fiance is a computer geek (;-)), so he did weeks of research on everything about buying diamonds online. He learned EVERYTHING about diamonds, online diamond vendors, and more.
He eventually chose Zoara which had the best prices. He was also very impressed by the professionalism of their representatives that answered all of his questions (knowing him he had quite a few…).
The quality and price are second to none! My ring is absolutely stunning, and our matching weddings bands are perfect. We have relocated to Bulgaria and the ring arrived here within less than two weeks of purchase.
I highly recommend this website: simple, economical and gorgeous.

It finally happened! I finally received my most beautiful Zoara diamond ring for our ten year anniversary and wanted to tell you how thrilled we are.

Thank you, Zoara, so much for making this a truly pleasant experience and working with me & Jon on selecting the diamond and ultimately our ring. I was hesitant at first committing to such a major purchase from the internet, but your guarantees, customer service phone calls and positive reviews made it the wisest decision for us financially and in all aspects.

It was especially nice of Zoara to ship my ring over night without us even asking. It got here just in time for my birthday weekend too!

Again, thank you so much to all of you. We will be customers for life.

I am so impressed with the amazing customer service team at Zoara and the quality of their jewelry. With the help of Ben, my husband and I were able to purchase the most stunning diamond ring. Ben was truly honest about the different diamond grading labs and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We were very hesitant to make such a large purchase online but it turned out to be the best decision ever. Additionally, their prices were exceptional! We shopped around and the same diamond/ring setting was at least $5,000 more at other stores. Thank you for an exceptional buying experience!

I was hesitant at first to purchase a diamond online, but after reviewing web sites of my local jewelry stores as well as other highly rated web sites, I discovered that Zoara offered the best quality diamonds for a much better cost. Also, the customer service (online chat and e-mail support) was exceptional.

I've been searching online for an engagement ring for over a month. I found Zoara from a diamond price comparison website (Rare Carat). They seemed to have had the best prices on loose diamonds (by far) and good reviews online. The only concern that I had was regarding a few reviews that had to do with items that took a few days longer than expected to deliver. I called the company and they were very helpful in understanding my delivery requirements. The customer service representative insisted on personally speaking with their fulfilment center in order to make sure that they could meet my deadline, and got back to me the next day with a confirmation.
I got my ring 9 days from making the purchase and couldnt be happier! The ring looks GREAT, the workmanship is perfect, and above all I got the best deal ever. Zoara's process are 20% below all other online stores and about 50% below anything I saw in the shopping malls. I highly recommend buying from Zoara and specifically recommend asking to speak with Ben who was very effective, nice and professional!

I saw a pair of earrings i liked on a competitor's site. But I wanted them slightly different. I came on Zoara's live chat and spoke with a guy named Harrison, who was super helpful! I ended up ordering custom studs (with sapphires) as well as a black pearl necklace, which I loved when I saw it (i thought pearls were only white!). Will for sure be coming back for future jewelry presents :)

I was very happy with the entire shopping experience with Zoara. The website is easy to use and looks great. They have some awesome features like 3-D rotating videos of their rings that make it easier to get an idea of what the ring looks like in real life. My fiance and I ordered a preset solitaire diamond engagement ring that looks fantastic. My friends still can't believe that I found it online for such a good price!

I recently ordered an engagement ring from Zoara and found so many great points about Zoara's online experience. To start with, the jewellery is fantastic value for money but the main positive is the customisation options you are offered as a customer and ease of use of the website during the ordering process. This point is especially emphasised when being compared to other websites of a similar nature. The customer service is fantastic, online, and over the phone and the delivery is extremely quick.
