I ordered an engagement ring setting from Zoara. My initial experience with them was frustrating, I placed my order on May 30th- with information saying it would ship 5-8 business days. Contacted them several times after it had been 3 weeks since I placed my order. Finally got my item the last week of June! The item was exactly as described, beautiful! I am glad I purchased from them but next time I know not to expect my item as soon as they say!

I ordered an engagement ring from Zoara, even though I was initially hesitant about making such a big purchase online. I called and used the Zoara live chat to ask questions about the return policy and all the diamonds I was interested in, and then decided to buy with Zoara after doing a lot of online price comparison. Their prices and customer service are unmatched and my fiancée loves her ring! I will definitely be ordering our wedding rings with Zoara in the future.

Helped me out in a jam!

The Zoara crew really helped me out in a pinch. I ordered from another website (won't say which) but they really botched my order and I was up against a deadline. I spoke with Ben and Neil who really turned the word upside down in order to put together an engagement ring for me within 1 day! Seriously, where can you get this type of service today?

Ben personally checked the inventory and had a goldsmith modify and size the ring within 2 hours and the order was overnighted to me.

A company that goes so far out of its way to keep a customer is simply IMPRESSIVE! Way to go

We searched at least five different websites before we found zoara.com. The representative (Ben) spoke with us every day, 5 days in a row, helping us find the diamond a diamond that was perfect for us. His level of service, patience and professionalism were amazing. The quality of the diamond we got surpassed the quality of any diamond we saw on BlueNile or any other website for the same price. Also, shipping to France was very convenient (we prepaid taxes through the website). We will definitely buy from Zoara again - thanks Ben for a great deal!

I turned to searching online for an engagement ring after deciding that the retail store experience was not going to allow me to get the ring I was looking for within my very fixed budget. Zoara was not the first site I had come across, but they were the first to impress me with the knowledge their customer support offered.

I spoke with Harrison several times over the course of a few weeks. He helped guide me and always offered me with helpful tips and suggestions in searching for both a diamond and a setting. Not once during the process did I feel pressured. I had done plenty of my own research prior to looking for a ring so I could tell that the information and advise I was being offered by Zoara was truthful and honest.

Even better than the actual buying experience was the ring that I ended up receiving. It topped all of my expectations. I'm going to be going back to Zoara for the matching wedding band and will even ask my fiance to get me my own wedding band from Zoara.

We got the engagement ring and diamond from Zoara. So many options to choose from and the prices are way better than on any of the local stores I visit. The quality of the ring and diamond is perfect!

The website is designed very well- lots of features, and immediate chat help as they see you searching the site and looking through their products. It's a bit startling at first to know that someone is watching you search their site, but I guess, its the same as having a clerk at the store, watching you look through their products and asking you if you need any help. Anyway, i found it simple and easy to buy my wife a present for Christmas- I got it done early and I think I probably found the best prices for it! I got her a beautiful pair of diamond stud earrings at an amazing price and they came in a beautiful box with a nice note from the company too. I'll definitely be doing my Chrismas shopping with Zoara again next year.

I live in New Zealand and recently approached Zoara about purchasing a wedding band for my partner. I was a little nervous about doing this as I have never bought jewellery online before. The customer support is incredible. They expedited my order free of charge so that I can have the ring while I was visiting my fiance in california. Because of their hard work I was able to get the ring and propose during my visit.

Being from Australia I was reluctant to buy a ring from an international site but I am so glad I did. The website is easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! I selected my diamond and my ring only to be informed that the diamond I selected was not available so was given a slightly better diamond that was available for no extra charge. The staff informed me of this straight away and it did not delay my order what so ever. I placed my order on the Wednesday and received the diamond Monday. Shipping was fantastic and I was able to track it the whole way. Packaging and supporting documents were all included and even the box is amazing! I am a highly satisfied customer that can highly recommend this website to anyone and I will certainly be using it for all my future jewellery purchases. Thanks Zoara!

I recently ordered an engagement ring through zoara.com and I am beyond amazed with both the product and the service. =)

I didn't think the diamond would look sooo amazing but it really was amazing quality.

Plus free postage and packaging from US to UK and only took 2 days.

And to top it all off... I know they have a lil section on the site showing the box your ring will come in... But they really need to brag more... I was really impressed with it... When you open it up, there's a little halogen light in there really making the ring sparkle... Excellent touch! Very nice, no longer self-conscious about proposing in a dull light restaurant.

Zoara have really made this an easy and enjoyable stress free experience, can't thenk them enough... Can't wait to pop the question now =)

I had an amazing experience with Zoara, Thank you Dan Lax, Ben Harris and all the Zoara team, I have learned so much from Diamonds and when I look the ring that I received, I was amazed but it took my girfriend´s breath away. I am buying from Mexico and for this kind of ring on my city it would have cost 3 or 4 times more. They even got the pictures for the 0.7 ct options I had in mind and helped me with the correct decision (actually they even recommended a slightly less expensive rock) based on better characteristics. Recommend it anytime!

My fiance and I ordered an engagement ring together through Zoara.
We were a bit scared, as ordering such pricy items online can feel like a leap of faith.
It turns out that we are SO glad we did, as everything went absolutely perfectly.
The ring is the one of my dreams, it is beautiful and the diamonds are very high quality, although we picked "average" specs.
The ring arrived too big but Zoara went out of their way to have it perfectly resized and delivered back to my house.
I warmly recommend doing business with them, they're amazing on all levels!

I got everything I wanted. A perfect diamond, a perfect ring and a 'yes'. Ben from customer service helped me out to choose the right diamond. I accidently chose one with a deep brown tinge and a few hours after my order he contacted me, if I really want this diamond. If i ever need to buy a ring again (I hope it will not be an second engagement ring) I would choose Zoara for sure.
