I was told a diamond would take about three business days. I've been waiting three weeks. Every time I call I just get platitudes. Are you a serious company or are you a couple of hippy students pretending to be serious whilst just reselling the services of an overseas company?
HI, I'm looking for settings and loose diamonds. I sent an email yesterday and have had no reply. I've read reviews saying that your response time in replying is either very slow or non-existent. Please note - the negative reviews do put people off, you should address the non reply to emails issues.
