Hello Adam, thank you for your interest in Zoara. Ordering online through Zoara is extremely safe and reliable. Because we only offer GIA graded diamond center stones for our Design Your Own rings our products are often more reliable than many local jewelers. Not all local jewelers use certified stones.

Something new and exciting we introduced is a 60 day return period for most of our Design Your Own rings!
