Just the information for customers on the website was value enough. I didn't feel like a complete idiot in the brick and mortar stores.
After doing some research with that information I came back to the website and purchased the ring I wanted. She said Yes and loved the ring!
I was very nervous about making such a large purchase over the internet, but the excellent customer care, together with the reviews and GIA certified stones helped place a great deal of peace of mind. I was not disappointed, the service was great!

Ordered pearls for my wife's birthday two weeks before the date. Were asked on the website if it was for a birthday and, if so, on what date. Even though I paid immediately, the pearls arrived a day late, and I had to find another present to give her on the day. My follow up complaint has up to now, a week and a half later, been met with absolute silence. If this is the attention given to their customers, I wonder how reliant their money back guarentee is.

Your order was shipped within the stated time frame on the site but due to the order total it was shipped via Express Mail rather than FedEx. That's why the shipping time took a little longer, but this information was stated on our site when you placed your order.

They do NOT reply to emails. Even after an order is placed and purchased. 10 days later still no response, no shipment tracking #, no update. They do NOT care.
The stone I wanted did not have a number on the GIA certificate!
The stone I paid for still did NOT get shipped. I call them and they say it is FINE. Everything is fine. But they do not reply to emails and still I did not get the loose diamond!

It is the diamond vendors’ policies not to post a diamond’s GIA number on any website. However, we do provide our customers with all of our diamonds’ GIA certificate numbers. With these certificate numbers, our customers are able to pull up a diamond’s information on the official GIA website. The diamond’s GIA number is provided with the diamond upon delivery.
I would also like to apologize for your disappointment in our service. We want to provide our customers with an easy and enjoyable shopping experience, so we make it top priority to dedicate our time to calling and emailing all of our customers. To be honest, I am not the one that purchased the ring - my husband did…
He initially had many concerns about ordering an engagement ring from an online company for such a large amount but at the end of the day we couldn't have been happier with my engagement ring. I wanted a ring with (blue) sapphire side stones and he found the perfect ring for me at Zoara. It arrived within a week, very nicely packed with the diamond GIA grading report. I keep looking at it and can't believe how much it sparkles!
After we got the ring my husband took it to a family friend who is a gemologist and he said that we got a great deal and that no retail store could have beaten their prices.
We intend to get our wedding bands from Zoara as well soon.
Zoara has simply the best customer service of any jewelry store that I have been to, online or physical. They are not pushy at all and seem to mostly care about the customer getting the best value. I originally had my mind set on a VVS2 diamond but they told me that the money would be better spent on upgrading to a higher carat weight. I'm so glad that I did, and now I was able to get a 1.30 carat instead of the 1 carat that I originally planned for. I shopped around many other online sites and only Zoara made this observation. Given that their prices were as good or lower than anybody else buying from them was a no brainer. They were kind enough to ship the ring to Italy for my proposal since I did dally around a bit and was on a deadline... and of course she said yes! Thanks to Zoara from Milan!

I was looking for a sapphire engagement ring instead of a diamond, because my girlfriend really wanted something different. I went a bunch of jewelry stores and most of them weren't able to provide nice sapphires, and a couple places didn't even want to provide it outright, just saying that "we don't do that."
I contacted Zoara with my request and the rep was really helpful, and right away showed me some pictures of sapphires that they had and some rings that they made for other customers. Needless to say, they were stunning, and much more than I expected.
I ordered a half bezel setting and a sapphire that was about 6 mm across, and the price was much lower than quoted by other places, and when I gave it to my now fiance, she was overwhelmed. Now all her friends are jealous!

Everything had to be perfect for my proposal so I was willing to take some time and find the perfect ring that would be fitting for my beautiful wife to be.

We've purchased our engagement ring (4-prong solitaire with a 1.50ct round center diamond) at Zoara and they surpassed our expectations at every step of the way. Each rep we've spoken with was empowered to deal with our questions and concerns and was responsive and professional.
The ring arrived on time and looks beautiful. We took it to a local jeweler to make sure everything was kosher (never made such an expensive purchase online before) and got nothing but compliments on the workmanship and great deal that we got.
I bought a wedding band from Zoara and took it to my local jeweler for an evaluation. She claimed the workmanship was mediocre and needed some improvement. The price was okay. The quality of the diamonds were decent. This was a wedding band with 11 small diamonds so I guess it was more tougher to make than a solitaire diamond ring. The engraving was the worst she had seen in years. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but not fully satisfied. The customer service is top-notch and superb in every way. They operate on a 24-hour and in many languages (Eng, Span, Fren and Chi)

I ordered a couple of pendants for my nieces who are going to be flower girls for our wedding. I wanted to find some kind of keepsake, but at a very reasonable price(wow - wedding are SOOOO expensive!). Anyway, found a nice heart pendant - ordered it, everyhing came on time and was great.
Can't wait to give the pendants to my nieces, they are going to love them! Or HEART them as they say :)
When I called Zoara I wasn't sure they would be able to come through for me because I needed a present for my wife's birthday and I needed it fast. The jewelry advisor was very efficient and knowledgeable and together we chose a blue sapphire ring! The ring was at my doorstep within 3 days and I was able to give it to my wife on time. No doubt I will shop with Zoara again!
I compared more than 15 online companies before deciding to purchase my 1-carat diamond ring from Zoara. I first researched exactly what to look for... not only the "4 C's" but details of the best diamond shape and cut... down to the precise angle and height of the table, pavilion, star facets etc. I was able to look up all this detailed info from the posted certifications on the site. I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé) but she has never been a fan of diamonds. She specifically wanted a sapphire gemstone instead. I had trouble finding companies willing to deal with me if I wasn't willing to purchase a diamond.

Answer: You must have had a bad experience but thats not normal. The reality is tif your going to order stones online you need to get educated on what the general guidelines are for diamonds. You should do this anyway but its easy and they will help. They offer 45 day no questions 100% money back return so no risk at all. You can really save a lot and get a much nicer ring cutting out the middle men at other jewelry stores. The stone I ordered had to come from India and took about 10 days but soooooooo worth it. Its amazing and would've costs almost 50% more if I tried to get the same ring though a local big named jeweler no doubt.
