I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé) but she has never been a fan of diamonds. She specifically wanted a sapphire gemstone instead. I had trouble finding companies willing to deal with me if I wasn't willing to purchase a diamond.

After several searches, I came across Zoara. They were able to provide me with many great options for sapphire engagement rings. They even offered customization if I couldn't find one I liked on their site.

I ordered via PayPal. The purchase was secure and the ring was sent via FedEx with no sales tax or shipping charge. Even more important, it was a stunning ring. My fiancé loves it. The ring came in a stunning box with an LED light that illuminates the stone.

As i lived in Australia i was very worried about buying a ring online. Right from the start the staff was amazing. I picked the ring and then the Diamond. They helped with all the banks transferrs and kept myself up to date with the process. The ring turned up on time and it was prefect... I planned the weekend and then we when out for dinner and asked her to marry me. She cried when she saw the ring and loved it. We are now buying the wedding ring to go with it... The customer service at zoara was, literally, par excellence. I'm an online shopper so am familiar with customer service. What I experienced with zoara was unreal – Dan was like a sort of diamond concierge for me. Was looking for a diamond for our engagement ring, knew not much about diamonds, but had a budget. Dan was SO incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient – you name it. A true PROFESSIONAL. I actually had several calls and chats throughout my decision-making. At one point dan wasn't in, an agent named Shawn knew exactly where to pick up with me, and per my request left a message for Dan to be in touch. Dan of course followed up to make sure all was well, and to close the final details. Besides the fact that my fiancé is obsessed with her ring, I am obsessed with hands-down the best online customer service I've ever experienced. We will DEFINITELY be back for our wedding bands, and hopefully much more for years to come.

My fiancé and i ordered a ring from Zoara and for a little extra we could get in engraved with our wedding date on it and our initials. We thought this was great. We ordered the ring but we ordered one to big so Zoara did everything they could to help us get the correct size made and shipped to us in time for our big day. They were in contact with us via email and we were always kept up to date with progress of the ring. When they said it was shipped it was and when they said it would arrive, it did, they made it very stress free at a time that things can be very stressful.

I have been scammed before for my first engagement ring, so that's why I was skeptical about buying another one. I started looking up the internet hoping I could find something within my budget and yet not being scammed again. After 3 months of looking, I have gained lots of knowledge and I was somehow confidant and know what I was doing and most importantly the hidden meanings of some vague titles. Anyhow, by chance I found zoara by google and talked to Ben Harris. He answered every question I had and the web has a really nice reviews. I purchased a 18k white gold ring with. 21 carat diamond. It was one of my best purchases I have ever made. They shipped it with overnight shipping and I was able to surprise my wife with it and she absolutely LOVES it. I was amazed with the gift box it has a small LED light! What a fantastic gift box. Thanks ZOARA and Ben and Harrison for everything. Ammar.

I worked mostly with David who was extremely helpful. I wanted a 1ct. Or larger diamond that is 100% eye clean without haziness or color, within a budget. David patiently got me information on at least five diamonds, advising me on their clarity, color, cut, etc. as he got more information from the vendors or Zoara's gemologists. At the end, I was able to find a great diamond and a setting. It was a great experience.

I do agree with some other reviews regarding shipping time. 2-3 business days is not enough. However, I was not in a hurry, so it didn't matter. For those who are in a time crunch, expect more than 2-3 business days for shipping. But, also expect excellent customer service!:-)

I ordered a ring from Zoara and they promised that i will get it in 10 days. They couldn't delivery it on time because they screw up (they gave me excuses till the end that they will deliver it. I have to buy a new ring for my engagement on the spot). So i have to cancel it. And asked for refund. I did get my refund back but they took out $130 out of it. Saying they are US company and their is rate difference now. Really disappointed... really wouldn't recommend this to any one..

I was looking all over the Internet for a quality name necklace that would have my name (Naomi) in Hebrew. While I found several sites, few of them had any in 14k gold. I stumbled across Zoara and saw they not only had name necklaces in gold, but also offered Hebrew name necklaces. I placed my order and then called the company as I was nervous if they would be able to spell the name correctly in Hebrew. I called Shawn and was SHOCKED to find out that he knew how to spell Naomi in Hebrew. I bet that if I ordered from someone else they would've messed up the spelling, even with me calling. I think I'm going to call them back to get my name in Russian.

I purchased a diamond ring from Zoara when I was in New Zealand. I told Zoara that I would be in Hong Kong a month later and Zoara arranged a delivery to Hong Kong for me. It was unfortunate that I missed the opportunity to collect the ring in Hong Kong. Zoara kindly recalled and resent the ring to my friend in Hong Kong after 3 weeks. I have got the ring now. The dimaond looks very beautiful! Thank you very much for your precious stone and excellent service!

I did a lot of shopping to find a 18 kt yellow gold engagement ring. Zoara had a great selection of solid 18 kt yellow gold rings that did not have to be resized for me. Not many places have size 10. Even though the ring was yellow gold, I also wanted the strength of platinum for the diamond cage and a six prong setting. This setting also had the little bling on the sholders of the ring of princess cut diamonds in a bezel and invisible setting. I picked a beautiful diamond and the combination was dazzling! I also bought a princess cut wedding band, or eternity ring to match. Great combination!
Zoara even called to see if I liked the jewelry and assured me again if there was anything I ever needed, don't hesitate to call them and ask.

I had an incredible engagement ring shopping experience with Zoara and am very happy with the product I received. I couldn't have asked for a better online diamond selection and guide and I'm glad I decided on Zoara over the other online retailers. I was a little nervous with buying a diamond ring online but it paid off. Similar rings were priced significantly more in store. In the end I spent less than I thought I would need to for the ring I wanted.

Customer service was fantastic and great at reassuring me if I had questions or concerns. I couldn't believe the fast turn around time. I even sent back the ring to have it resized and the diamond slightly re-positioned (no questions asked and FREE) and they had it back to me in 3days. The whole process was as easy as it could be. I'd strongly recommend Zoara to family and friends.

I am happy with the ring my fiancé gave me, mostly because HE gave it to me. It is special to me and I would not trade it. However, it does NOT look like the photo online. The edges aren't nearly as sharp or clean, the soldering is uneven and sloppy, and the double band that is joined to look like one ring is a double band in the back, whereas online it looks like a single band. Very shady misrepresentation. Will not buy another ring from these people.

I went to Zoara after coming to the sobering realization that a 1ct Gia certified diamond engagement ring was way beyond my budget at the many jewelry stores I went to in Southern California. However I was absolutely determined to get a beautiful GIA certified 1ct diamond for the price I was looking for, and Zoara made that possible! I was very skeptical at first because the prices were so far below what many jewelry stores had told me the cost would be (we're talking 7 to 12k range for a 1ct engagement ring). To make a long story short, by buying the diamond from Zoara (a nearly flawless vs1 I color), and buying the setting from a wholesale outlet, I was able to build an absolutely stunning (truly, stunningly beautiful) engagement ring for under $4,000. Zoara's customer service was amazing and their packaging of the diamond was extremely well done and came with a GIA certificate and appraisal, as well as a ring box with an led light that made for an amazing presentation when it came time for my proposal (which went perfectly!). So I cannot speak for the negative experiences that some customers may have had (and was quite surprised to see some of the negative reviews), but my experience was stellar and I paid thousands of dollars less than had I gone the conventional route through a jeweler. For me personally, you get a 10 out of 10! Thank you!

He got himself a two-tone band with a comfort fit while I had Zoara design a custom ring to match the engagement ring that my grandmother gave me. I was a little hesitant to send my ring in, but after a little convincing, I decided to send it in. Zoara cared for it well and used it to create a perfect fitting diamond ring that fits the antique style of my ring. They even cleaned, polished, and resized my ring for free. Thank you Dan and Shawn for helping me put my worries aside and allowing me to get a ring that truly complements my grandmother's ring. She would be proud.

I have been looking for an engagement ring for a long time, since the taste of my girlfriend is very specific. On zoara I found the perfect setting/ring combination but sadly with the wrong stone. I decided to ask about different stone combinations and the customer reps where absolutly fantastic in providing me with alternatives.
Every question I asked was anwsered quickly and extensivly. They send me pictures of different stones to choose from. Overall the help they gave me was perfect.
After I placed the order, I received the ring only about 8 days later which was suprisingly fast. The ring is excactly what I wanted and I am really happy how everything worked out.

I can definitly recommend Zoara.

PS: As I live in Switzerland I was concerned about customs fee, but everything was taken care of with the order.
