They list a loose diamond on their website. I tried to pay for it but it keeps looping back to first page. I emailed the company and they ask me to do a series of steps to lock in the diamond. I followed, two days past and no email from the company despite my 3 emails to ask for payment. Finally, they replied and said they do not ship to Singapore even though it is stated that they do free international shipping! I compromised and said I will use a redirect shipping service so I can give them an USA address to ship to. Guess what? They change their statement and said the diamond is sold. Pissed off, I looked for the diamond on other websites and successfully paid for the diamond on Zoara.
