I recently purchased a diamond ring from Zoara, and the experience was so simple and satisfying! I had looked around on SO many websites, but all were much more expensive than Zoara, and many did not return my enquiries. I received return emails very promptly from Zoara, and when the ring I wanted was out of stock, they took the time to send me links to similar rings that I might like. I found the one that I loved, and the buying experience was very simple and easy. I received confirmation emails every step of the way - including one to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase once it had been marked as delivered.
I would absolutely recommend Zoara - they are affordable, and offer great customer service.

I had been searching for a new band for my engagement ring for many months, unable to find a style that I liked where the vendor would provide the ring and the prongs. Finding it too expensive to have one made by a local supplier, I eventually came across Zoara.com. Within minutes I found a band that I really liked and sent a chat request with many questions. I was nervous about buying online. Dan at customer service was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. Throughout the purchasing process I received constant communication advising me each step of the way. Once my ring had arrived I received an email to ensure I have received it safely and that I was happy with my purchase. Which I am. I had my stone set and I love my new ring. The ring is beautiful and great quality. That combined with great customer service, an easy to use website and very reasonable price, I will definitely be shopping at Zoara.com in the future.

I called Zoara about 4 weeks ago as I was looking for an engagement ring. I had shopped around and had contacted numerous other sites. What impressed me most about Zoara was the knowledge of the staff. I spoke to someone named David and he was truly the most helpful customer support rep I've ever spoken to. He took his time to walk me through what the grades on a diamond grading report indicated and was most helpful in making sure I found what I needed while staying within my budget. It was a relief after having had so many sales reps trying to push me over my budget. I felt no pressure when buying from Zoara and was equally impressed when I finally had the ring delivered to me. It was more stunning than I could have imagined.

I knew very little about diamonds and even less about what to buy as an engagement ring. I was a little resultant to purchase online because you don't get to see the ring beforehand. What if the ring didn't measure up to the photos online?
Well friends let me tell you that the ring blew away my expectations. I was shopping around at the local stores and I saw rings that were double the price that cant hold a candle to that Zoara ring. The Zoara team was incredibly helpful as well. A soon as my fiance lifts up her hand everyone notices that ring. They all comment on how its almost blinding. I am usually the 1st one to admit if i got ripped off but Zoara made me look like a super hero :)

I had never heard of Zoara before, and came across them by accident while looking for an engagement ring design. I was initially hesitant about buying jewelry online, but after seeing the price difference between Zoara and other Jewelers (local jewelers, BlueNile and Diamond.com), I decided to give it a shot.

Over the course of a month I spoke to three different people in their customer service department (Ben, David and Shaun), and they were absolutely fantastic. They helped me find a custom ring they had previously made which was exactly what I wanted, and walked me through the whole process, including being amazingly patient as I constantly changed my mind about what I wanted. I ended up buying the setting in palladium with a sapphire center stone.

The ring arrived promptly and looked exactly as I had hoped. I will be recommending Zoara to all of my friends, their service and prices are unmatched.

Ordered my ring and received it within 10 business days in Melbourne, Australia. The online chat, phone and email are really helpful. The ring itself is amazing, I love it! Anyone looking to buy a ring online, please get onto Zoara straight away. The price is much better than any store here. Please do your research before committing to a particular diamond as there are no "real" photos online. You'll be paying additional 15% +$85 admin fee on top of the total price as GST and customs fee. FedEx is abit slow however there were no issues.

I've been researching engagement rings for years... even considered travelling abroad to get the best value for money. When he finally proposed, I didn't have to look any further than the internet. I chose a 1ct certified diamond for my engagement ring from Zoara and teamed it with one of their platinum 4 claw classic settings. When it arrived, it was even better than i'd imagined! The hearts and arrows diamond is a contemporary cut compared with many diamonds i've seen, making my solitaire look classic with a modern twist. Zoara represents EXCELLENT value for money even though the uk price displayed doesn't include taxes (added at checkout) or exchange rate differences (~£10 difference on my cc statement Nov'13). People have been commenting on my "huge rock" but I paid the same price as a white gold 1/2 carat cluster from the high street. Thank you so much for making my engagement the best time in my life,,,, so far;-)!

My wife and I had a great shopping experience with Zoara.com. The matching wedding bands we purchased are very beautiful, well made, and we have received a number of compliments on them. The ring sizer they sent to us in advance really helped us feel comfortable about making an online purchase. After searching in jewelry stores as well, I am also certain we saved hundreds over full retail. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and courteous and patiently answered all my questions and provided much appreciated guidance. I think the website itself is amazing – it is shopper friendly and features a vast selection of wonderful, top quality, merchandise. I got a wedding set from Zoara about a month ago. I cannot name a single fault with their service, which was much better than any other online jewelry seller that I visited. Their information was always on the spot, courteous and they never pushed me to get something that I didn't want to get.

In fact, the guy I spoke to at Zoara gave me some tips to save some money on the buy, and it ended up saving me $600! Not at all what I expected, especially since everywhere you go people try to upsell you.

And maybe most importantly, the quality and appearance of the wedding set was outstanding and really blew me away. Even though Zoara gave me a free appraisal, I had done locally and I was told that my ring was worth almost double than what I paid for it.
