I have purchased several glasses from Zenni over the years and have been quite pleased. The arms of the glasses I just ordered really began to loosen and wouldn't stay on. This was clearly a design flaw. Because this manufacturing defect was not evident within the 30-day return timeframe, I am unable to return them. I wish only to receive a credit so I can get a different pair. A 30-day warranty on eyewear is ridiculous. Many manufacturing and design flaws on glasses are not evident within the first month of wearing them. I will be going elsewhere for glasses in the future.

I lost my glasses recently. I remembered that I had a few favorites picked out on Zenni and had submitted my prescription several months ago. I was able to go back to Zenni and pick up where I left off. Selection was quick. So was delivery. I'm very satisfied with my glasses. Will be ordering more soon.

I ordered two pairs. First one on 7/3/19. I returned it because of an incorrect PD. Initially, I had thought that I that the prescription was not filled correctly and caused unclear vision. So I had two eyeglass stores verify the prescription on the lenses and was told that the lenses matched the prescription exactly. I got the correct PD from my doctor and ordered the 2nd pair on 7/9/19. This pair is great-good fit, vision. I was impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I had to return the first pair. No problems getting the full store credit. The whole process was very smooth. I recommend Zenni to anyone buying glasses online. Service and prices can't be beat. Thanks guys.

I was a skeptic…. Not anymore!

I wish I had a valid excuse for waiting this long to order glasses online…. But I don't. I can only say my apprehensions were a huge mistake. I thought I'd hate the glasses but they are so beautiful! Sturdy and well built to LAST! I am a believer now.

Perfect and Beyond awesome

I recently bought a glass from one of the retail stores but the glass was coming down and they refused to change or refund. I got to know Zenni and wanted to give a try which cost me (without insurance) way less than the retail shop (with insurance). I followed the guidance mentioned in the website to measure with the help of my husband. The Glass was delivered a week before promised and it is just perfect as the best can be. I love the glass and also the blue laser light to test the blue light filter revealed that the retail store lenses were not blue light filtered though we were charged. The Zenni lenses are ultra blue light filtered and all day wear of it makes more comfortable. Definitely recommended and my family completely changed to Zenni Glasses.

Sun glasses

2nd time's a charm

I got some glasses at zenni bc that's where my coworkers have been going. I used my face for the pics, and ordered a pair I liked. They came, and turns out they looked pretty bad on me (glasses are very new to me, so I had no idea what I was doing) I returned them immediately, easy peasy. Got the credit to my account and ordered another pair, one that I'm 100% happy with! Thanks! I call them my "windows to the world" bc I can't believe how much better I can see with glasses. (I'm still in denial that I'm getting older…)

Bad customer service

Site allowed me to order glasses that were incompatible with frames.

Cust service sent emails that were dumped in spam folder and didn't go thru.

1 pair of glasses was shipped when 2 were ordered.

Cust service refused to offer free expedited shipping and insisted I pay full price when original order was at a discount. Finally offered a publicly available coupon for shipping that didn't work.

Wouldn't recommend.

I was tired of paying hundreds of dollars for one pair of glasses. With Zenni, I ordered 3 pairs, including clip-on sunglasses, for about half the cost of one pair at a local store. The glasses came faster and I didn't even need adjustments! They're exactly what I wanted. The site was easy to use and I appreciated the lens suggestions during the ordering process.

This was a replacement pair

I could not read with the first pair so sent them back. For some reason it was taking them forever to "inspect" them so they sent a replace pair. I still find them difficult to read with. In the meantime, I got a pair from a different company and they're great, but were more expensive. It's the first time in a decade I've had trouble with Zenni glasses, and I'm heartbroken. In the past the frames have been great, the lenses fabulous, and at the very best price!

Amazing! I found out bout Zenni via a friend. I'm never usually happy with my glasses. But I went on site ordered 2 pair and I'm loving me! Fabulous! Spread the word. Ps. I see better out of Zennis glasses then most I ever owned. Ty Zenni!

Great glasses

Zenni is fast and easy to work with. I did have a little problem with getting some of the info like my pupil distance but it all worked out and the glasses came really fast. I liked the way to "try on" the glasses. I have never had prescription sunglasses before but the ones I got were great and such a good price.

Rush Order Ripoff
January 10, 2024

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and paid extra for Rush delivery for an upcoming road trip. One pair was rushed and the other wasn't. I contacted Zenni to learn that they didn't offer Rush on the second pair, even though they accepted my payment for Rush delivery. I asked why they didn't tell me that at the time I placed the order, so I might have selected a different pair. No answer and no refund. Won't use these clowns again.

I was referred by a friend and I was worried the gladses were too good to be true. I was on the fence about the quality but tried them out.
I legit LOVE my glasses! The quality is amazing its not cheap material at all
The lenses are crystal clear and I even personalized the frames
I was able to use my flex spend account which was a bonus
Im obsessed literally!

Feeling stylish

Great experience with Zenni. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses to try out some new styles. Loved them both. I liked that there was a try on feature of an assortment of people haha instead of me uploading my own picture. People comment on my frames and compliment them quite often!

Problem Progressives

I ordered glasses with a progressive Rx for my husband and I. Ordering was easy and we loved the wide selection of frames. Glasses arrived in a couple of weeks as promised. The frames are fine. Not as nice as more costly frames, but for what we paid they are fine. However, both of us are experiencing blurred vision when reading. After reading numerous reviews, I feel the real issue is how the progressive lenses are manufactured. Now that I've worn the glasses for most of the day it seems that the reader area is very small compared to my previous frames. My eyes have to search for the perfect location for reading. In addition we ordered the transitions add on so the lenses will darken in the sun. Even on a cloudy day they do not darken enough. I am hoping that we will both get used to the small reader section, as the return policy is not friendly. If you don't need progressive lenses and want very affordable glasses Zinni is a decent option but I will take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the two pairs of standard progressive eyeglasses you and your husband received. We were sorry to learn that you and your husband are experiencing blurry vison when you look through the reading section of the lenses of your eyeglasses, and that the photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) feature on these standard progressive lenses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature in both pairs of eyeglasses is not getting as dark as you had hoped. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. We want to mention that photochromic lenses get their darkest, approximately 50-60 percent dark, on cold, sunny days. In addition, we want to advise that we manufacture a style of standard progressive glasses called freeform, which has a 12-14-millimeter-wide progressive reading corridor, where intermediate (computer) and near (reading) vision are placed, with no vision correction on either side of this progressive reading corridor. Therefore, we recommend that customers point their nose at what they are viewing on their computer or reading, rather than moving their eyes from side to side. In addition, we place the top of the progressive reading corridor at 5 mm up from the centerline of the lenses. One of the pairs of eyeglasses you ordered, in full-rim, rectangular, plastic, gray frame 264912, with a frame width of 138 mm, has a lens height of 30 mm. Therefore, the centerline of this lens is at 15 mm up from the bottom, with the top of the progressive reading corridor, where intermediate (computer) vision is placed, with the near (reading) section below that, is at 20 mm up from the bottom. The other frame on the order is full-rim, cat-eye, acetate, spring-hinged, buff-colored frame 4425133, with a frame width of 137 mm and a lens height of 39 mm. The top of this progressive reading corridor is at 5 mm above the 19.5 mm centerline of these lenses, 24.5 mm up from the bottom. We also want to mention that we see on two previous orders, from 2016 and 2017, a pupillary distance (PD) of 58 mm entered on three pairs of eyeglasses. On the current order, o4329316543, two PDs were entered, 65 mm for the glasses in frame 264912, which we believe were ordered for your husband, and 62 mm for the glasses in 4425133, which we believe were ordered for you. We want to advise that a PD never changes for an adult, so if you obtained an accurate PD measurement from an eye doctor, we recommend always using this PD. Nevertheless, insofar as this order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. When you call, please have copies of the prescriptions for you and your husband that you used to place the order, because the customer service representative will ask you to read the prescriptions to them to confirm that they were entered correctly. If the PDs are not on the prescriptions, please be prepared to advise how the PDs were obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement. If you confirm that you entered the prescriptions and PDs correctly, we can invite you to return the glasses for an inspection. We will email you the instructions to return the glasses for the inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. If our inspection finds that we made the glasses incorrectly, regarding either the photochromic features or the prescriptions, we can remake the glasses for you for free. But if it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, or if we receive and inspect the glasses, and our inspection finds them to be correct, we can return the glasses to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for the order. The glasses I ordered were even better than I expected, and so much cheaper than I would've gotten anywhere else. The frames are high quality and fit me perfectly, and I had zero problems adjusting to my prescription. I'll probably be getting my glasses from here forever.

Great Round Glasses

These are apparently too small for Zenni to make them progressives. That's my only issue with them. They are the perfect size -- not too big or small. So I have to buy several: for distance, computer, reading. Oh, and now this last one is for outside when it's sunny. All these have different tints, so I can easily distinguish between them without putting them on. No problem to buy several, as Zennis are cheap. So I guess I like these glasses.
