This is the second pair of these frames I've ordered for my 9 year old. The first pair cracked a bit and were scratched badly, after one year of wear, because he's a nine year old boy Reordering was so simple. He loves these frames and gets so many compliments on them!
I ordered my daughter a new pair. The virtual try on features allowed us to pick perfect frames for her. They are lightweight and comfortable for a 9 yo. She loves them. The ordering was easy. The shipping was fast. She was so excited to wear them.
This is my first time using Zenni Optical. I was nervous that my glasses would have issues and I had lost my money. My glasses are perfect. I wish I knew about them a long time ago. I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars in the past. Would definitely buy again.
I went out of my comfort zone and got red glasses. I love them so much! They actually look really good. Very well made glasses. I got the blue light protection, because I'm a blogger, and they sent me a light to test it out! I will be buying from them again!
Zenni Optical is a very professional service. The website is user friendly. I had an issue locating sunglass clips after my purchase. I sent an email to customer care and within a very reasonable time frame received the information I requested. My order was placed. Upon arrival of the same I was extremely pleased. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from this company. I was advised that the glasses were sent out on September 24,2022 and were received on September 26,2022. I never received my glasses in my locked mailbox. I was never provided an update on their progress despite asking for email updates or updates to my account. I asked for the procedure to receive a refund for the missing glasses and I finally received an email from the company. I was advised that I could not receive a refund for merchandise I never received and I could only receive a discount on a future order. Why would I EVER place another order with this company.
The customer service was great. However when I went to return 2 pairs of (non-prescription sunglasses that didn't fit my face) I was told that it was only a 50% refund because they consider them custom and cannot resell them. UNless I want 100% store credit and then try to find something in their store that works for me.
HUGE RIPOFF! They are only a good option if you know 100% that the shape, exact measurements, and everything will fit your face. If it is not exact, then you will be charged 50% of the cost of the glasses to return them, or risk trying to find something else in their store.
This is a scam unless your measurements are 100%.

I ordered my glasses Sunday evening and checked the tracking Tuesday afternoon and saw that they had arrived at the FedEx hub that afternoon. I didn't expect to receive them until the next day but later that evening I came home from a walk and there was the FedEx guy. I got my glasses! They are good quality and look great. I will be ordering from Zenni again.
My girlfriend told me about Zenni. I'm so glad I ordered my pair of prescription glasses from here. The blue light lenses work amazing as well! The quality of my frames are great (I chose metal frames) and the price was unbeatable! If I ever need another pair I'm definitely ordering from here again.
I purchased a pair of goggles almost 2 years ago for the occasional bike ride I take (to help reduce tearing of the eyes from the wind). In less than a year I found the frames had completely cracked apart. Thinking maybe I had done something, I ordered a replacement pair. In less than a year, I discovered this pair had cracked in two places. I had taken pains to be super careful when using and storing this pair and still they have cracked apart like the first pair. I'm very unhappy that Zenni only guaranties their frames for 30 days - obviously they know that they are manufactured to not last much beyond that.

I have ordered from Zenni twice. The prescription has been correct, and glass frames fit really well. I did have a pair of frames that were slightly bent, but I just contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly. I would say they offer excellent customer service, and I will def continue to order from Zenni, and avoid the big rip-off at the big stores.
Like the glasses and have received many compliments about them. As is always the case the ordering process and delivery are simple and accurate. A way to recycle prescriptions that are out dated would be a great service that Zenni might want to consider.
I ordered 2 pairs of regular glasses and 2 pairs of sunglasses for myself and my husband. We are both extremely happy with our purchases. The quality of the products is great and you can't beat the prices. They also got here pretty quickly.
A friend of mine told me about your website. I loved the idea. I used to spend hundreds of $$ on glasses. I decided to order fade-in glasses to try it out. I loved how easy it was to figure out the size and the fit. The pic feature with trying on glasses is really cool. Delivery was timely and the quality is good.
I received my glasses order sooner than anticipated, they look and feel great! I bought 2 pairs for less than I paid for one at the optometrist, and I am still waiting on that pair... I've had my Zenni glasses for a couple weeks now and have been getting tons of compliments on my new glasses!
I have had soooooooooooooo many glasses made here... and they are great, until a pair is made incorrectly. They are requesting an original rx, regardless that they made 50 pairs for me with the same rx and pupillary distance. So, as long as they do not make mistakes, and the prescription is good, they are great. However, I will not be using them again. Very disappointed. They should request that upfront if they require it, not after the fact, when they are trying to get out of correcting their mistake. I have three pairs of PROGRESSIVE glasses I cannot use due to their mistake. Not cheap.

We were also sorry to learn that you declined to provide a copy of the prescription you used to place this order as well as several other orders, all of which had the same pupillary distance (PD) and prescription, although some eyeglasses were ordered as standard progressives, some as mid-range workspace progressives, and some as near-range workspace progressives. We do not require customers to provide their prescriptions when they order their eyeglasses; we hope and expect that they will enter the prescription correctly. However, when customers report vision problems with eyeglasses they have ordered, we will ask the customer to provide a copy of the prescription, so we can determine whether they entered the prescription values correctly. We see that you have placed many orders using this prescription and PD, so we do not need to confirm that you entered the prescription correctly, although you have ordered different prescription types, as we noted. However, if a customer wants to return the eyeglasses to us for an inspection, we ask the customer to provide a copy of the prescription for the inspection. This is required by one of our regulators, the Food and Drug Administration, and we are also sorry that you objected to providing a copy of the prescription. Consequently, we regret that we will be unable to invite you to return the eyeglasses in frame 1110222 to us for an inspection without your providing a copy of the prescription, and we are also sorry for any dismay you experience as a result.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
