I love my new frames and I've gotten so many compliments on them! These are my second pair of Zennis and they have not disappointed! I would definitely recommend getting the oil/water resistant lenses - I went from needing to clean my old pair everyday to cleaning these every week! Plus the lenses are large which means you're more likely to get them dirty.

I just ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical, I ordered progressive lens with a pretty high correction. I was a little apprehensive at first because of the chance of making a mistake and risk losing out on the price of the glasses. They turned out great! It took a little under 2 weeks to get them and I will definitely buy from Zenni again. Good quality, great prices, great service.
I ordered Zenni eye ware and clip on sun glasses last July. The sun glasses scratched off the finish of the eye ware over time. Now I want to reorder the eye ware but want compensation due to the damage caused by the defective Zenni clip on sunglasses. I 'chatted' with customer service with no resolution. I will be glad to look else where for eye ware, but wanted to see if Zenni would work with me 1st.
We could not be more pleased with these glasses. They are so comfortable and durable for our 6 year old. They are our third pair because he can rough and tumble with brothers and cousins without breaking his glasses. They are so cute too! Zenni perfectly filled the prescription.
I love being able to spend time considering frames and not being pressured into a purchase at the time of my eye exam. I am so excited when my new glass arrive in the mail and don't require another trip to the eye doctor. I constantly tell people where I got my frames and how wonderful the shopping experience is.
Still haven't received the product. Checked tracking and it looks like they are having trouble finding the address. Called in to see if they had the correct address and all I got was that we put it in right therefore you got it wrong. Just want the bloody glasses!

They are very affordable and have great customer service. I accidentally put a wrong pd down and they reached out to me to ask which one was correct. They then gave me options to find another frame or get a refund.
I used the zenni try on tool since obviously I don't know if some online frames would work for my face. The try on tool seemed nice and the glasses worked however when I received them, they seem to be made for a child and they are so small!

Ordered a pair of glasses for my son. This was the first time we had used Zenni and I was nervous about the fit because he has a small face for most glasses we tried on in at the optometrist. The measurements worked well and they are a great fit! Great quality and scratch resistant at a great price! Will order again!
I received exactly what I ordered, but the lenses are shorter in height then my old glasses and so the close-up reading portion of he lenses is right along the very bottom edge. I have to tilt my head up to try to read anything clearly. They look great but I need to back to readers to do my reading.

My local optometrist wanted nearly $800 for the same prescription. Bought the best lenses and all for less then$150 for progressive lenses. Followed up with a purchase of cheaper progressive lenses for a little more then $50 for a spare. What a bargain. Thanks a ton!
I ordered 6 frames for a really great price. When my glasses arrived I tried them on and immediately knew the prescription on my left eye was very wrong. I have an astigmatism in my left eye and every pair is different and blurry. I contacted them immediately and they asked me to return them so they can look them over and determine if they were right. I mean- they're not. I can't see.
I have two other pair of glasses and a pair of contacts from different places/dr's offices and all of those are the same and correct.
So, they sent my glasses back after having them for over a month and determined they were "right." There goes $200.

I've been a customer for many years. I ordered two pair of glasses. One of them was the photochromic lenses. They will turn a medium shade in the direct sunlight. They do not tint at all when I'm in my vehicle.
The other pair were child size or something. It didn't say that when I ordered them. I reached out and they were able to give me in-store credit and I returned the glasses and got a new pair. They did etching on the side as I ordered. But the problem was they did the edging right where the Zenni logo is and you can't read my etched message.

Order was simple to make, everything was properly explained, shipping times etc. tracking information was provided and accurate. I wish it didn't take so long to get them took me about three weeks but that was my choice they told me that express shipping wasn't available.
This is an update to my Zenni Bad Prescription review.
Briefly: Got a 2nd pair of glasses from Zenni to match my original prescription. Left lens of Zenni was blurry. My optician found an error. Zenni didn't agree. Only got about half my money back.
Sent SAME prescription to Eye-Buy-Direct and they came back perfect.
PLUS, since my prescription is a little different Eye-Buy-Direct even called me to verify the prescription.
Cheaper is not always the best way to go.

It was my first time trying Zenni out this last year, recommended by a dear friend, so I tried it out and found some perfect glasses that were subtle rainbows so I could wear my queerness on the outside in a loud and proud manner. The lenses were only 30~something dollars - WITH lenses! Incredible. I am used to having used Warby Parker before, which was 90 for one glasses prescription. As a now poorer person, Zenni was there for me when I needed new glasses. Highly recommend to anyone on a budget and wanting really nice glasses! My only thing was I had a big head so I had to take them to Walmart Eye Center to get stretched, but now they fit perfect and I couldn't be happier wearing my rainbow glasses. Thanks again Zenni!

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
