What you see and try on is different than what you actually get. Quality is cheap. Apparently you get what you pay for. Refund are only 50% of purchase less shipping. Purchase instead of refund will cost about 20% more on final order.
I have been ordering from Zenni for over 10 year, I have been an optician for over 30. I most recently ordered 2 pair for my aunt, i feared it to be a challenge since she wears progressives and the next day after getting them she called to see best pairs she ever had, adjust right away. Thank you!

We needed a backup pair for our 6 year-old daughter and I wanted a pair that came with a strap, so that they wouldn't get lost. She was and has been pretty excited to wear them, in fact she chooses to wear these over the ones we got at the eye doctor. Love the variety and prices of your products.
Zenni is terrific. I ordered my new Rx and within 3 weeks I had my glasses. I also had a pair made at my eye doctors but after 2 attempts, they have not gotten my Rx bifocals right, but Zenni did. No problems whatsoever. Thanks, Zenni. I'll be ordering another pair.
You get what you pay for. Cheap price and cheap product. Glasses scratched quickly and easily after 6 months of use and 0% abuse. I've worn glasses for 50 years and never have I had glasses that scratched so easily. One month warranty is a joke and customer service was insulting.

I ordered prescription sunglasses and was skeptical because it was an online store. I was so surprised and impressed when I got them that I ordered regular lenses in the same style frames as the sunglasses and they are awesome. High index lenses. Good quality. Excellent prices. I'll be back Zenni!
Ordering my new glasses was easy. Received my new glasses very quickly. The order processed and shipped faster then I expected. Received glasses in perfect shape. The fit was perfect and the low price was even better. Thank you for providing such a much needed product like glasses to an elderly person so affordable. In this day and age when prices on everything are rising it's great to be able to get my glasses at a price I can aford.
My glasses were way too small and they fit like little kid glasses. I like my last three pair of glasses I ordered from here and they did great on them but this last one was a complete disaster. Will not be wasting my money again.

The process was easy and painless and they had a wide selection of styles to choose from. Overall, the whole process was simple and quick. I loved my glasses I got from y'all about a yr and a 1/2 ago, I intentionally wanted to just order a new pair of those. Unfortunately those had been retired when I looked them up so I scrolled down and several other pairs that were close to those or similar styled were recommended. I saw this pair and while the shape was more square than the cat eye glasses I had been wearing I really liked the pink and black design. So I decided to give them a try and when they came in I loved the way they looked, and I've received so many compliments on them.

I love the frames and the simple experience of ordering with Zenni. High quality and complete with all of the features I want. My only critique is the peripherals/depth perception for these lenses feels a little weird and took some time to get adjusted to as compared to my other pairs of glasses and contacts.
The prescription was not respected at a ridiculous point. This is not a small mistake. When I wear their glasses, I feel underwater. The customer service offers me a credit but I have to pay the shipping. Yet it is not my mistake. It's theirs.
Zenni optical has to avoid or to make a joke to someone.

Zenni customer service was wonderful! My sunglasses never showed up in my mailbox although USPS showed delivered. Zenni reps quickly and efficiently processed a new order and I received my glasses in a timely manner, at all at no charge to me. I'm very pleased with the glasses that I bought from Zenni. I was skeptical about buying eyeglasses online but they exceeded my expectations. My glasses included progressive lens and photo-chromatic lens. They cost $99.00 and I can see out of them much better than the ones that I lost which cost $500.00. I plan to purchase all of my eyeglasses from Zenni in the future.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
