Love the selection of frames, lens colors but most of all the prices! I am looking forward to getting my perception sunglasses. Wish I had known about you all before I got my glasses I paid over $300.00 for them and I had my own frames. I will be sure to order from you when I need new ones.
I have a 4 year old who needs to wear glasses. We bought a typical pair from the dr office and she hated them. Always complained. Ended up losing them. I bought a pair from zenni and she doesn't take them off! She loves them. They fit her face and are comfortable! Very happy to have found this place!
Zenni provided clear instructions for measuring your pd. Its easier to self measure and have someone help you. (My pd was off by 2 when I self measured.) The glasses are amazing! I added blokz blue light and chose the high quality lenses and it was worth it. When its sunny out the colors are more vibrant with the glasses on and I can see more clearly. I think its because it has a brownish tint to it. Anyways these are high quality frames and lenses. I will be buying again from zenni.
I followed the instructions and had a prescription from an eye dr to submit.
But the glasses I received are not usable and very blurry. I filled another
Order for glasses at a storefront place and they were fine. I was really hoping the Zenni glasses would work for me
As I wanted to order several pairs.
I am forever happy and recommend Zenni. Great quality glasses for amazing price and they last! Costumer service is awesome, everyone from my 5 year old to my husband use Zenni, we have for years and have never had a bad experience!
Not great. I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone on replacing or returning my order so I had to go through a different company to get a new pair of glasses sent to me that were actually adult size frames.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the single-vision eyeglasses you ordered in full-rim, round, mixed-material, black frame 727021, with a frame width of 129 millimeters. We were sorry to read that this frame is too small to fit you well, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. Even though this order is outside its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, we can make a one-time customer service exception to extend the warranty period on your behalf to invite you to return the glasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for the order. Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you with emailed instructions to return the glasses for the refund option you select. We will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. You may also email us, at service@zennioptical.com, and if you choose this communication method, please put your order number, o3711100221, in the subject line of the email, and in the body of the email please advise of the refund option you prefer. In addition, if you select the 100 percent store credit refund and you plan to use the store credit toward the purchase of a pair of eyeglasses in a frame that will fit you well, we want to recommend the information we provide in an infographic found toward the middle of the bottom of every page of our website: How to Measure Your Frame Size: https://www.zennioptical.com/measure-eyeglass-frame-size-how-to. This infographic explains how to measure the dimensions of each element of a pair of eyeglasses you have now that fits you well and looks good on your face, so that you may shop for a frame on our website with similar dimensions. It does not have to be an exact match. You have a 2-mm leeway on each element of an eyeglasses frame, with a 3-4 mm leeway on the temple arms. We also have information in our Help Center that is very useful for determining the frame size you need for a frame to fit you well: https://help.zennioptical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049904633-How-Do-I-Find-My-Frame-Size-. We hope that this information is helpful, and we very much hope to hear back from you, so that we may resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
I have been purchasing eye-ware from zenni for years now, 10 pairs plus and have generally been pleased but 6 months ago I bought a pair of aviator prescriptions sunglasses and the plating is chipping off and when I contacted them they told be to but a new pair of frames and I asked them "so I got what I paid for?" And they didn't bother to reply.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent order for eyeglasses you placed with us, order o4773410519, placed on May 23,2022.
We were sorry to read that the plating is chipping off the frame you selected – full-rim, aviator, stainless-steel, black-and-gold frame 3222121, with a frame width of 141 millimeters.
Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.
We are also sorry to confirm that this order is beyond its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, we want to recommend that you place a new order for nonprescription eyeglasses in this frame, and you will only have to pay the price of the frame, $25.95, and the Standard shipping fee, $4.95.
Then when you receive the frame 3222121 with the nonprescription lenses, you may remove the nonprescription lenses from the new frame 3222121 and install the lenses from the frame 3222121, with the chipped plating, into the rims of the new frame.
Here is a how-to video, found toward the middle of the bottom of every page of our website, How to Replace Lenses in a Full-Rim Frame: https://www.zennioptical.com/c/how-to#howto-replace-fullrim.
When you are ready to swap the polarized gray standard progressive sunglass lenses from the chipped frame 3222121 into the new frame, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you by talking you through the lens-swapping process.
We hope that this information is helpful, and we also hope that you have a very happy holiday season!
My first time ordering glasses through Zenni, and it was great! I did the "fast frame" option because I needed asap, and they came in 48 hours! Glasses are sturdy and good material. I will definitely order another pair of glasses through Zenni.
My glasses were great! I was looking at a very similar pair at the eye doctor and they were going to cost me about $500, but, with Zenni, I paid less than $30. Very happy and can't wait to order my next pair.
I tried twice and received very poor lenses. The first time I received my glasses the lenses were not the correct prescription. I was told I could return them for credit and repurchase. I did repurchase and the second lenses were actually worse. Now their response is they cannot do anything. Such poor quality of product and service. Buy from anywhere else!
The customer service was wonderful. I needed to exchange a pair I had bought for my little one and the individual I spoke with was very helpful. I have purchased from you many times and will continue to do so in the future.
I ordered one of Zenni's basic pair of glasses. Cost me less than $20. I LOVE them. They're quality, they're clear. The only problem was I sent them my long distance prescription - now I need to order reading glasses - they'll definitely be Zenni's!
This was my first experience ordering glasses online. I cannot say that I am truly happy with my purchase. I chose the wrong type of frame, style *******. The frames feel like plastic and cheap. Needless to say, I don't think that I would buy online glasses again.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the first order for eyeglasses you placed with us, order o5080194476, placed on September 22,2022, for one pair of single-vision distance eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.
We were sorry to learn that you dislike the frame you selected – full-rim, square, flexible-plastic, blue frame 2017516, with two-tone checkerboard blue designs on the temple arms and a frame width of 138 millimeters.
You order was delivered to you on October 3,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, you may return these eyeglasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for them.
If you would like to pursue returning these eyeglasses to us for one of these refunds, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and please provide the order number, o5080194476, to the customer service representative who answers, and please advise of the refund option you prefer.

We will email you instructions to return the glasses for the refund option you select, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
We look forward to hearing back from you with your choice for the refund for these eyeglasses, and we hope that we will be able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction with one of our two refund options.
The glasses were great, they arrived perfectly fine and fit me well besides the back of the arms which were very tight for me but were easily fixed using their guide on How To Adjust Your Eyeglasses, using the warm water method and some bending. No other issues and the quality is amazing.
Love the glasses. Great price. I have the same frames for normal wear and for sunglasses. I left my sunglasses somewhere (probably a restaurant). Had to order them again. Glad the prices are good enough that I can reorder the same without worrying too much about the price.
I took three different pictures because it was so difficult holding the computer, then the card, etc... and each time it said " You have this kind of face, blah, blah, blah..."and the results were different each time. Just know what you are looking for ahead of time!
Received the 1st pair and the Rx was off (my fault though). Arranged for a return/exchange and was told that I'd have store credit for the exact amount I'd paid, but when I ordered the new glasses I was charged more. No one at customer service could figure this out and I needed the glasses so I just paid the overage. Once I finally received the glasses, they are great! Much better than my Dr office glasses. Would order again but they really need to step up their customer service agents' knowledge
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the two orders you placed with us. We were sorry to learn that you entered an incorrect prescription on the first order, o4433041884, minus Spheres when your prescription calls for plus Spheres. Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result. You returned these eyeglasses to us for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account. We also issued a 100 percent store credit refund of the $4.95 Standard shipping fee on this order as a customer service exception. The total payment for this order was $31.86, which represents $26.91 for the frame, ordinarily $27.95, but the order was purchased with a 10 percent student discount. However, we see in the database record of the order that the frame is listed as $29.90, and the glasses were ordered with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating. A 10 percent discount on a $29.90 frame is $26.91, but we do not know why the frame was not initially listed at $27.95. Moreover, we do not know why the same frame with free lenses and no anti-reflective coating was listed as $37.90, and with the 10 percent discount it was $34.11, on your second order, o4433041884. Insofar as the first order cost $7.20 less than the second order, we are going to ask our lab to refund $7.20 to the credit card you used to pay for the second order, which was the amount you used your credit card to pay. We will also ask our lab to email you to explain the price discrepancy between these two orders. We thank you again for posting your review, and of course we are happy to know that you are pleased with the eyeglasses from the second order. We hope that the $7.20 credit card refund and the explanation we are asking our lab to provide will resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
I received glasses with a incorrect prescription lenses and need them re-made or refunded. I took the glasses I received from Zenni for order # o*******540 to the optometrist who issued the prescription and had them tested. They state that the lenses in the sunglasses are not matching the prescription. Recommend Zenni call Eye Center of Charleston at *******357 to validate my comments and remake the glasses correctly. Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent order you placed with us, order o5076831540, placed on September 21,2022, for single-vision gray sunglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.
We were sorry to read that you entered your prescription with plus Cylinders, whereas the prescription copy you received from your eye doctor that you provided to us shows minus Cylinders.
Consequently, we apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion you experienced when you placed the order.
When a customer enters a prescription incorrectly, as shown by a prescription copy the customer received from their eye doctor that the customer provides to us, we can offer one of our two refund options upon the return of the glasses – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to the customer’s Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the source of payment, in this case a credit card.
Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and please provide the order number, o5076831540, to the customer service representative who answers, and please advise of the refund option you prefer.
We will email you instructions to return the sunglasses for the refund option you select, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

We look forward to hearing back from you with your choice for the refund for these single-vision gray sunglasses, in the hope that we may resolve this matter with the refund option of your choice.
Look elsewhere. I bought a few pair. Try to get advice from them on a pair that was supposed to get dark outside. See picture that's what you will pay for. They were little past warranty and they were rude. You won't be able to understand them and they won't understand you. Just look elsewhere. There's plenty of other good places for glasses.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of your gray photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) eyeglasses from your order o3915429712, placed on June 3,2021.
We are sorry to advise that you contacted us about these eyeglasses outside the one-year warranty period for photochromic films.
Consequently, we apologize that we cannot offer to accept these eyeglasses to us for an inspection.
Nevertheless, we thank you again for posting your review, and we hope that you have a great 2023!
This is my first order with Zenni & I will def be ordering again! The glasses work great in terms of the prescription, fit, & structure of the glasses. They are comfortable & feel very secure when I wear them.
Answer: Hi. We are sorry to tell you that we have recently and temporarily discontinued delivery to Spain. We hope to ship there again soon and we encourage you to check our website frequently to see when it is available again.
Answer: I had no problem with returning my initial pair of glasses. I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.
Answer: Hi Reginald, thank you for your question! We do not manufacture only lenses, or lenses for non-Zenni frames. I am sorry about any inconvenience!
Answer: Hi. Yes, store credit is one of the options available when you contact us during the 30-day warranty period. And our Customer Service department will be eager to help you with the return. Please call us at 1-800-211-2105, email us at service@zenni.com, or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom-right corner of any page on our website and a representative will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
Answer: Hi. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Doing so will give us an opportunity to address the issue and to offer you a proper resolution. Thank you for posting your question.
Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
Answer: Yes, it costs a little more for bifocal lenses. It does not however cost as much as it does in a typical eyeglass office/store.
Answer: None. There is no guarantee on anything (lenses or frames) beyond 30 days.
Zenni Optical has a rating of 2.9 stars from 4,146 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Zenni Optical most frequently mention store credit, return policy and new pair. Zenni Optical ranks 5th among Eyeglasses sites.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the first order for eyeglasses you placed with us.
You placed order o4946276790, on August 1,2022, after you canceled the order you placed on July 31,2022, order o4944256321, because you had entered an incorrect pupillary distance (PD) of 57 millimeters on that order, whereas your PD is 65 mm.
When you discovered that you had entered an incorrect PD on order o4944256321, you contacted us to cancel the order.
Since you contacted us about this on August 1,2022, within the first 24 hours after the previous order was placed, which is the timeframe during which we can cancel an order and fully refund what was spent on the order to the source of payment, we canceled the order and refunded what you had spent on it to the credit card you used to pay for it.

Please have a copy of the prescription you received from the eye doctor handy when you call, because the customer service representative will ask you to read the prescription to them, so that we may confirm that it was entered correctly on the order.
If the PD is not on the prescription, please confirm how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.
If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will email you instructions to return the glasses to us for an inspection. We will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.
If we receive and inspect the glasses and find any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we will offer to remake them for you for free.
But if our inspection finds no manufacturing errors, we can return the eyeglasses to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.
In addition, we can offer you one of those two refund options when you read us the prescription and it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order.
If the wait to speak with a customer service representative is lengthy, you may have an online Chat with us by clicking the button labeled Support at the lower right-hand corner of every page of the Zenni website.

If the PD is not on the prescription, please confirm how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.
We look forward to hearing back from you, with a copy of the prescription you received from your eye doctor, in the hope that, if you confirm you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we can receive the glasses back for an inspection, which we hope will lead to a successful resolution of this matter.
