This is my third purchase from Zenni. It was completely my fault, but I ordered the wrong prescription. Zenni was very supportive in the return process and my daughter now has the awesome pair of glasses she was looking for
I originally purchased a pair of glasses that were too small for my daughters face. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful in finding a replacement pair of glasses and walking me through the return process.
Only took 2 weeks! I also got 2 covers for it as well, the nightshades and sunglasses. They are a little awkward to put on especially while driving but once you get them on they work like a dream. The rub bracket part and get a little in your view so keep that in mind if it bothers you.
I ordered 3 pairs for $65 and get compliments everyday! I love having different colors and styles. The quality is great and they come packaged nicely. I keep getting asked where I got my new glasses and love telling people.
Check the BBB. If you just want a cheapo set of single vision glasses, great. If you want to be able to see out of them... not so much. They used to have good quality control and sent you your actual prescription. Now it is a 50/50 on if you will be able to see, and a $50%/$50% on who pays if u can't.
Deanna was very friendly & helpful, and because of her I have two pairs for my youngest. They are perfect for our needs and they have stood quite the torture tests! We needed glasses that couldn't be broken and they have certainly fared the weather!

We love our glasses! My daughter gets lots of compliments on them and they were way less expensive than what they would have been if we bought glasses from the eye doctor. However, the ordering process took way longer and a lot more thought than I expected. We had the prescription from the eye doctor but the glasses on Zenni that matched my daughter's OD were larger than the trials we had from the eye doctor that fit her face nicely. I tried measuring her OD myself multiple times. In the end, we just went with one that was close to her OD.

We were happy to read that your daughter gets lots of compliments on the glasses, and that they are much more affordable than eyeglasses you would purchase locally.
However, we were sorry to read that the ordering process took longer than you had expected.
When you refer to “OD” we believe that you mean “PD,” the abbreviation for pupillary distance, which you measured at 57 mm.
This frame has a PD range of 39-60 mm, so it certainly would accommodate your daughter’s PD of 57 mm.
However, if she has any vision issues with the glasses, we want to suggest that you telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you.

I have bought multiple pairs of Zenni glasses because I liked one particular titanium frame style. I now have 5 pairs of glasses that have all broken in the same place - the right side ear piece at the lens. I have tried to get them to repair or provide replacement and offered to pay for replacement arms. I have purchased their repair kits when told they would allow me to fix the arms. They did not. They don't seem to care and they are very inflexible to fix what must be a very repetitive need. I won't purchase from them again.

I'm super happy with my glasses. The sunglasses are so cute and I get compliments all the time. I also really like my everyday glasses. They both fit perfectly! And they really didn't take an insane amount of time to get here. Over all I'll definitely buy from here again!
I was a little nervous ordering online for the first time, but I couldn't be happier with these glasses. They exceeded my expectations. They feel sturdy and I can see perfectly. I would say they do have a tighter fit, so be cautious of that. The delivery took about two weeks (which is expected with standard delivery). I would say they look even cuter in person than they do online.
I have purchased glasses here and the styles are really good but please no that when you are buying you will be ask if you would like the UV block and if you do not like tint or a yellow hue to your glasses this is not for you. But they do have really nice frames at a great value.
Because of a garbled address, I was contacted by Zenni to correct my address so that I would receive my new glasses. To me that was excellent customer service. I now have them and they fit great and my sight is very improved. The prescription was followed as submitted by my physician.

Thank you for the replacement glasses. They are better than the old ones but the lenses are still a little loose in the frames and have a little clicking sound when sitting on my nose and I reposition them with my hand. But much less on an issue than the other pair.
I wanted to try a pair of prescription sunglasses and a friend recommended I look on the Zenni site. I had fun doing the virtual try-ons. And it was an easy process once I decided. I've worn my new prescription sunglasses a few times already.
I have been buying glasses from them for about 4 years now. The prescriptions' are always perfect. I get progressive bifocals and they are great. I even got a pair that are transitional. Shipping's quick too about 2-4weeks after ordering. I have saved a lot of money and will never buy glasses for 10 times the price at a store again.
As a senior on a fixed income, I couldn't afford (For 15 years!) to get new eyeglasses. Mine were broken and held together with a bandage! Basic, non-designer glasses I found were still at least $350+ because I have a high RX. Found Zenni, ordered my first new pair for less than $90. The frames were a bit too small for me, but I was thrilled my lens RX was perfect! Ordered a second pair, different frame. This time a perfect frame fit and lenses. THANKS a million Zenni!
I ordered a pair from the 2 to 3 day delivery section on Tuesday evening and they were on my doorstep Thursday at 8 pm, coming from Ohio to Washington. I was VERY SCEPTICAL about ordering prescription glasses online but my glasses broke and I was told about Zenni so I made a quick and inexpensive order. My frames were $15 + $19 for 2 to 3 days, $51.90 total. I chose the 2nd step up from their basic lens option (thickness), added anti reflection and they are great. I was worried about the thickness of the lenses or that they would look plastic and cheap (as they did at Americas Best) but they look excellent. You can't tell that I have a inexpensive lens. I'm using Zenni Optical from now on, they did an excellent job in just 2 days!

This is my first pair of glasses from Zenni, but I would order again in a heartbeat. The frames are exactly what I wanted and are high quality. I prefer rimless frames, which I fairly difficult to find in a round configuration. However, I found 2 options, and the one I choose was perfect. Also, tThe prescription is perfect. Great job!

Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...

These mid-range workspace progressive glasses were delivered to you on August 13,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website.
This means that your order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

Please advise that you cannot see objects past three feet away, which is the vision distance provided by near-range workspace progressive eyeglasses, whereas mid-range workspace progressive eyeglasses should provide good vision up to at least 10 feet away.
