Glasses came as promised but a had to pay to have them expedited which should be included if they are trying to compete with local providers. Be careful of all the add-ons most aren't necessary and can really drive the price up. The glasses for well and overall I like them.
Still waiting for my glasses to be even shipped. We are on week three now. Says it is enroute to distribution center and that has taken over a week to even get there. I would not purchase from here again as being a first time customer, is has not been a good experience. There system is automated response as well so questions don't get answered.
The glasses took a little longer to come but my children were happy with them. They fit, the style was right and they could see. I'm so glad they used the virtual view for the glasses. I would definitely use again and recommend my friends.
Frame temple is bent and I was given instructions to heat it up and straighten it. If you had an inspection process, it would have never left the factory like this, and now I need to work with it before I can even wear them.

Having used Zenni for years now, I am still very pleased with the convenience and quality of the glasses. My teenager loses and breaks his glasses and it's very easy to reorder to have a new or spare pair.
Came in a cute plastic case, exactly what I ordered. The frame combo is a little weird at the hinges and little things that go on the outside are silver but the details on the front are good. Very comfortable though. No issues with anything.
This company seems like providing low-cost eye glasses, but it is really a rip off. If anything goes wrong with glasses, this company doesn't provide any replacement service, only available option is to return with 50% refund or store credit. If the glasses goes wrong again, the store credit will be refund at 50%. For eye glasses service, this policies are unheard of, it is like a scam for consumers to absorb our cost in order to feed them revenue that they don't deserve. In addition, the agents are rude and I got hanged up twice. First time, the agent was mysteriously disappeared when I was asking questions and never came back. They're great honestly the thing I keep doing though is make sure you change your head size to fit your glasses otherwise they will squeeze the sides of your head. But that's is human error on my part but other than that great quality glasses

I used to LOVE Zenni, and now I HATE it! Prices have gone up dramatically. I used to be able to get tints on my glasses, and now there are no options for that. And they try to upsell you on all these expensive add-ons. And the chat help is a joke! Was a disappointment!
I ordered glasses for my daughter. The prescription difference in her two eyes are very different. Within a few hours of placing my order someone from Zenni emailed me to make sure the prescription was enter properly and her glasses would be made correctly. They said the glasses would be here 2-4 weeks from ordering and we recieved them in 8 days. They are great quality and came with a hard case and cloth.

I have purchased over 20 pairs and have been pleased with the quality and prescription. I inadvertently ordered +3.0 instead of -3.0. I was able to get store credit even with it being my error. As a teacher I have been able to purchase glasses for my students for $40 including shipping. Zenni is awesome!
I've used Zenni for over 10 years. Very happy until now. My prescription is getting stronger each year, and now I keep going in circles trying to find frames that will accommodate my prescription. I get all the way through the ordering process to 'submit prescription' and then get a message that the frames won't work for me. I live-chatted to seek help with filters, but there aren't filters available for my issue. Too bad. I liked Zenni. However, I don't have time to waste trying to find frame matches.

I got my prescription sunglasses last month. Thry fit perfectly and really help when I am driving as I need prescription glasses normally. The whole process of ordering and shipping all went smoothly. I definitely will order from Zenni again!
I went to get a new eye glass prescription since it has been 2 years. The store I went to wanted over $300 with my insurance. I said no thanks took my new prescription. I went to my car, it was a Friday, ordered Zenni glasses and received them Wednesday. Wow was I surprised
I've purchased a few pair of glasses in the past and recently placed an order only to get them back and they were made wrong. After calling customer service I was told that I had made the error. Ok. I was advised by customer service to send a copy of my prescription which I did. And after conversing with customer service a few days later I was told that I would get a store credit which I chose because I needed the glasses to be remade all I had to do is pay shipping and handling. Today I received the new pair and they still seem wrong I can't see it's quite blurry. Tomorrow I am taking them to a professional to evaluate them to make sure that they were made to specs of my prescription. I will no longer rely on zenni to make anything right or maybe it's a miscommunication between foreign speaking customer service and me whichever it is I'm done. I have to put up more money to have them made correctly by someone else which is very daunting and frustrating.
