Ever sense I discovered Zinni its been my go to for glasses. I've ordered off here about 6 times. Every time I have been completely satisfied! Last time I went shopping for glasses it costed me around 150 for the cheap pair! Now I get to choose out of a huge selection of affordable glasses and love what I get! I personally love being able to save so much on something that's so important.

I really expected it would take two to three weeks, or more, to get my glasses. Other places I have bought from took every bit of three weeks. Zenni, on the other hand, processed my order quickly and gave me a two week timeline. I was pleasantly surprised to find them in my mailbox after about 8 days!
Love the color and the touch of gold, at first I didn't know if the rounded shape would work with my face shape but I think they're cute. Lens are 10/10 (I added oleophobic and anti glare too). End of the day I can feel they are pinching behind by ears so I'll have to get them adjusted.
The single vision computer glasses I received are just perfect - they fit well and I can see my whole computer screen from a little farther back without having to squint, tilt my head back, or push up my my regular glasses to use the bifocals. I wish I had known about Zenni and done this sooner. I thought about it earlier but did not want to pay an optometrist's price. I just added 1.25 diopters to my distance prescription instead of the +2.5 for my bifocals and it worked great!
This is my second pair of glasses from Zenni, and I love them just as much as my first. I did a medium size this time around, and it's a perfect fit. My glasses came tight, and I love that since my old ones were beginning to slide down. I'll definitely be ordering more in the near future! Thanks for the stylish frames and great prices!
I ordered a pair of glasses. I wanted a new pair of sunglasses. Followed the order process. When I received them I could not see with them. I called and was told they would check them and remake them they even talked to my husband and measured my pd again. After waiting 17 days I reached out to them and was told there was nothing wrong with my glasses and I could have store credit or 50 percent back. I took the fifty percent back. I feel taken advantage of. I will never use them again and tell people to do so at their own risk. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
Unfortunately, I needed glasses and like most people, I can't afford to spend $300 on a pair of glasses. I searched everywhere for reasonably priced glasses and came across Zenni.com
I was kind of skeptical at first, but nonetheless I ordered my first pair! All glasses come with scratch resistant and other extras. You can add anti-glare, and they offer bifocals or trifocals and much more. I added the anti-glare and only paid $19.85 shipped. They were delivered extremely fast and I love them! I just ordered my second pair this past Tuesday and they will be there this Tuesday! Exactly a week, and they come from California! Give them a chance! You won't regret it!
The coating Zenni puts on their lenses rubs off around the 1 year mark. Buyer beware and their customer service inquired with me when I first started noticing the coating come off and it was 100% prior to the 1 year mark. They would not honor their 1 year coating warranty. I will not purchase and no longer refer people to them. Poor customer service and poor coatings applied to their glasses.
Poor quality, poor customer services. My glasses are the sharpest at the bottom of the lens, not the middle, where it should be. Once you've committed your dollars to them, its YOUR problem to demonstrate that you can't see through their product. I have identical glasses from GlassesUSA and Lenscrafters without issue. The customer service response has been lacking... you must prove they produced a bad product. Save your money and your time and go to a quality provider/manufacturer. Most glasses companies would produce another pair with exacting quality checks before they mail them to you... not Zenni. The burden of proof that their glasses are defective is up to you. I've been wearing glasses for 60 years and NEVER had ths experience, this lack of trust in the customer as I have had with Zenni. They treat you as if you are lying to them. Many more reputable glasses folks online. Go with reputable companies.

Once we confirm that both were correctly entered, we ask he customer to return the glasses to be inspected, and if the inspection results indicate that the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, it is our custom to either remake the glasses, offer store credit, which can be used to make another purchase from the Zenni website, or provide a refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. Unless you are an optometrist and understand that "prism" has to do with correcting double vision, don't order progressives from Zenni. They are unable to accommodate that prescription. Unfortunately, you don't learn that until your glasses arrive and you still have double vision. Their solution? Return for 100% store credit (which means I can order more glasses that I wouldn't be able to see out of), or return for 50% refund on my credit card...which means I have to then go to another site and pay 100% for new glasses. Very unhappy customer.

Thank you, I received my progressive glasses within 2 weeks. I'm pleased with lens quality but have to return them because the frame arms are too short. I bought the exact frames last year, used them for reading and not progressive, so i didn't notice the short fit. Unfortunately, I need to return them and buy a different style, which is not an issue. This is my 3rd pair of glasses from you, I am pleased with your products, it's the delay in receiving corrected pair. I would be 100% satisfied if I could use the return credit immediately on my next pair and not have to wait for the credit voucher. This means I will be without glasses 4 weeks approximately instead of 2. The issue is, I've lost my original pair and having to wait means I go without (progressive) reading glasses. Not your fault of course, but I'm sure you understand the inconvenience. Thank you asking.
Been with Zenni for years because they have great prices and a huge selection! This order I had to return the glasses due to the small size that I selected not being comfortable when I got them. I Was able to return for 100% store credit with zero issues! I have always recommend Zenni and will continue to do so.
For years I've paid $500 to $700 for my glasses. I decided to give Zenni a try as my second pair of glasses. I was blown away at what I received. Their glasses far exceeded my expectations! They were super easy to order, I received them very fast, and they look and work great!

Ordering was easy, the glasses came pretty quick, we got the cool case my kid wanted and we personalized them too! Great prices and the glasses work great! A must for any house with boys who wear glasses (and occasionally take them off and drop them and step on them or have friends in school accidentally bump their glasses with a football...) Always have a backup from Zenni!
I love my Zenni specks. I get so many compliments. I have several different pairs from Zenni and have only had 2 issues; the arm fell off from one, just need a screw to fix it, & the other is heavy and slides off my face, so I use those for reading in bed. Easy fix! I always watch for deals so I can get more!
Kept me updated on the progress. It was a bit of a nuisance finding frames that would work with my high prescription, since I went through the selection process a couple times, then had a message saying that it wouldn't work.
Frames themselves are a bad fit-- too small and unattractive on my face shape but it's a pain to return/exchange so I'll consider it a lesson learned.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. I ordered from them. It took three months to get my order, by which time I bought in person. You do not get your money back, only half, or full credit. Given the quality of the product, when I finally received this, I had to take half of my original money back.
These are the second pair of glasses I've gotten from Zenni and I am thoroughly impressed. The style and color were exactly what I wanted and they did a wonderful job on service. The timing wasn't bad either will definitely be shopping for my glasses in the future.
The app is so easy to use. I understood everything it asked. I got the blue blocker in my lens, which is AMAZING! I don't get as many migraines now! The important thing is: Now I can see! (Dog ate prior glasses) I will definitely be using Zenni for all my glasses needs!
I have three sets(pair) of glasses from Zenni and am pleased with all of them. One set is non-prescription for computer distance, the other two regular bifocals. After the first set, I decided to try the next size up, since I seem to be in between. I use all three sets. One of the bifocals is smalll frame, the other large. At these prices, I can have multiple pairs for different uses. I highly recommend this product.
