I did mistake buying something without looking it was final sale (with is my mistake). It came ridiculously big so called to customer service to ask them if its possible not return just exchange for smaller size the women who was on the phone with me was incredibly mean the way she was talking (i wasn't counting on much to happen but i wanna to try). I don't think i will be buying there anymore, customer service means a lot to me
I returned my item for over 1 month and realized I was missing my refund and decided to call and check on my refund 4 different times. I was finally connected to a supervisor who told be I only returned one item when I sent 2! She said they checked the entire warehouse and cannot locate the item and said there was nothing she can do. The supervisor said my only recourse is to make a claim with my credit card company! I'm totally disappointed with YOOX as I spend thousands of dollars over the years with them!
Need a help. YOOX does not want to return the taxes and custom fees. Talked a few times to customer service. Just promises. Who is in charge of YOOX?
A substantial amount of money from a refund has failed to arrive in my account and after a week of complaining I am getting absolutely nowhere. All I get is "someone will get back to you" but no idea when. I have asked repeatedly for the transaction ID so it can be investigated from the other side but no response to that either. I'll never trust them again.
I have been a customer of 20 years. I made a purchase on 2/5/2022. The order went through, received an e mail confirmation. A short while later I received an e mail from PayPal about a refund for a canceled order. I looked at yoox, cancelled order. Later I saw the last item I purchase was still available, so why was the order cancelled?
I called a couple of days later and was told by a supervisor P. That they do not know why the order was cancelled, yoox is looking into it. He said I should not make a purchase because it was going to get cancelled again until they figure out what the problem was.
Fast forward 4 days later I called again. I think a pentagon is not as secretive as yoox. When I asked if other people had the same problem I was told by A. That she could not give me any personal information.? I did not want to know the names and addresses of the people only a general question if there were other people having the same problem. One of the reviewers on this site is complaining about the very same problem.
She confirmed the issue was escalated to the headquarters that was closed for the week end. I have to wait until Monday to aggravate myself further,
How long will this take? How many phone calls will it take?
By the way, no e mail from yoox about being aware of the issue, working on it, sorry for your inconvenience, can we help if you want to make a purchase? I was told by each supervisor, that I could not make a purchase until they figure out what the problem was.
Yoox you get zero points for customer service. You never reached out to me, I had to call 3 times to see if anything got done. Pathetic!
I used to like yoox but cannot bare with it anymore. My last 3 orders I picked item that cannot be returned. I am ok with the fact I cannot return an item if I bought a wrong size, but I should be able to get my money back for a jacket with the coffee stain or a shoes that clearly been worn for miles. Customer support is somewhere in Pakistan and they don't give rats $#*! about you. Yoox became another scam store. Steer clear, there are better alternatives.
Can't purchase anything from this website, every time I tried to make a purchase (three times) I receive an email stating that YOOX canceled my order! Three times! They keep telling me to use different cards, not sure how many cards they keep on hand but I don't have an infinite number of cards, every card I have used is one their payment portal says is accepted. I called customer service rafter having my order involuntarily canceled the third time and the supervisor was RUDE and spoke over me the ENTIRE time. YOOX doesn't want your business they make it impossible to buy anything.
Whatever you do, don't sign up for a newsletter or for an sms sale message, you will never ever ever get rid of them. I wouldn't buy from them in a million million trillion years so horrendous are they at spamming.
I think Yoox has improved alot over the years. Customer service still lacking, but if things go wrong the returns are free (free postage label included with your order) and they do refund you in full as long as you keep the tags on and the item is unworn. There are many out of season items, some from years ago, and some items are overpriced, but... with so many items to choose from I always find great bargains and unique pieces too! Can't really fault them to be honest
I bought a leather jacket for my partner for Christmas with holiday delivery guarantee 2 weeks before Christmas. The jacket never arrived and now is 27/01/22 and when l contacted them to complain the only thing l heard was that my item don't have the holiday guarantee which is bull$#*! as it was all over the website that any item purchased before 15/12/21 have the deliver guarantee. I had a stressful time as the item never got delivered and had absolutely nothing to give to my partner on Christmas day.
Selection is ok. Very bad search filter. Never improved through years. Rude customer service/attitude. They won't even allow price adjustment or cancellation even before order was shipped
I ordered trainers, all black, as a present for hospital sister who wanted them for work use. They sent a different (cheaper) trainer, and they sent it in a different colour. They offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep them, which I said I was interested in. They then changed their mind about this and said my choice was to keep at full price or return for a refund. This stunt meant I missed the opportunity to return them before Christmas. At this point I also realised they had sent the wrong size. I got them collected by their courier, they then rejected the delivery date and asked for it to be delayed until over two weeks later. Another stunt to delay the refund. They then say it will take 9-10 calendar days to refund the order once received back with them. In total, from me raising the problem to me getting a refund it will be at least four weeks. I accept people get things wrong - but reputable companies do all they can to put things right. Yoox have done nothing of the sort, I would strongly advise you go elsewhere, no matter how good the website looks or the prices sound.
Was looking all over for this yellow designer hoodie, all the other places were sold out in a large but yoox came through with the item. Got what I paid for and it is as what it says in pictures. I was worried that it wouldn't come considering I did not get a tracking number for a week but it came when it said it was supposed to and handled it beautifully!
Order was cancelled by yoox but the money was withdrawn from my bankaccount. Still no solution after two weeks. I will never buy there again. I was a very satisfied customer since 2014. How sad.
I was skeptical of this company. Never heard of them before and, how could designer clothing be so much cheaper than full retail price unless it was knock-offs, right? Despite the many negative online reviews I decided to take a chance. Here is what my experience was like:

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase from Yoox. Would definately purchase from them again.
I've purchased from yoox at least about a dozen times and never had any type of issues. I never had to return an item so I wouldn't know how well they go about that. Do pay attention when buying final sale items since they aren't returnable. Also, info on products is not abundant so a little research elsewhere is recommended before buying. It is best if you already know the brand you are buying.
After ten years of shopping at Yoox.com I was banned without any advance notice for "unusual use of return and refund policy". Customer service explained that I ran afoul of some undisclosed internal business metric applied by Yoox. Alas, Good bye Yoox, Hello Farfetch

If yall here to find the truth about if Yoox is legit or not, here it is. I consider myself an expert on identifying fake goods and decided to give yoox a try due to them having lower prices than other sites.
I first bought a pair of jeans that came in pretty good quality and looked real ( buttons were legit YKK Zipper, material were good quality, stitching wasn't rushed and looked clean, distress was also professionally done, most legit designer garments have a heavier feel to them then fake garments)
So i decided to give Yoox a another try and bought a sweatshirt from moschino, i then learned about the negative reviews, and when I received my sweatshirt I immediately saw how fake it was, the tags seemed legit but the logo print on the shirt looked so fake and here is the underlying aspect... it was made out of 100% Polyester, one of the cheapest materials... Designer companies do not use this Material for sweatshirts, they make it 100% Cotton, and i confirmed this by going on Moschino's official website.
In Conclusion Yoox is a gamble, like i previously mentioned the Jeans i got, which was a pair of Versace jeans was indeed 100% real, but the sweatshirt was fake as hell. Buy at your own risk and ask yourself if you willing to spend money on a possible fake garment.
I ordered MAISON MARGIALA BOOTS for my birthday $500 and i received POOR QUALITY. The bottom of the boots are horrible. It looks like someone has been ice skating with them or a return went bad.
I called them for help and they advised they will email me.
Okay... I get a email on TODAY from them with "return policy"? Why would i get this email? Is this a joke?
I called them right away and a rep pretending to be the supervisor advised i was lying because i reported this 2 weeks after i received. So what? I opened it on my birthday and it was 2 weeks later not over 30 days.
I then requested compensation and the lady spoke over me etc

She told ME i wore them... how are you going to tell me i wore this if you are not me? What kind of company accuses customers for sending them poor poor quality?

The funny part is after i told them i was going to dispute THE ENTIRE DEMENOUR changed. Interesting.

They are rude. They have tendency to ignore the application of the promotions rhetorically! They do not respond and they ignore the customer and the customers need stubbornly.

Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
