Xenon pro informed me it was over 30 days for warrnty and didnt have to do anything. Once i informed them i was going to the BBB to complain they were willing to warranty them. Spend alot of money on bulb replacements for them to fail under 60 days?
They forgot to add my camera to my other order, I contacted them and within minutes they were sending me a camera at no charge to me. Very good customer service, thank you Kevin!
Well, overall I went with XenonPro because I wanted to avoid buying off Amazon or another website where I couldn't get support in case the light wasn't right. From what I could tell by searching online, XenonPro seemed like that company. Their dropdown menu system was great, and really made me feel like I was getting the best headlight option for my 2005 F-150. Unfortunately, when the kit arrived, the plug on the headlight doesn't snap in to the OEM wiring harness on my truck. Their is no way to call the company to get support. Their phone number is strictly a sales line, and and support has to be directed to their online chat on their website. Their online chat support states that is open until 11pm EST. However, the two nights in a row that I took my headlights apart to try and get them installed while hoping to talk to someone in the chat support it said they were offline (it was around 8pm EST both nights). The chat bot asks you to type a message, and said it would submit my request to the team. Got no response (even weeks later). When I did reach out to their chat support during the middle of the work day, the guy who talked to me just said I would likely need to modify the plug connection using a file (literally just sent me a screen shot of a file and said I should use something like that). I eventually tried modifying the connector using a dremmel tool, that also didn't get it to connect properly. Eventually I ended up having to take it to a mechanic shop and having them help me jimmy-rig the connector together using zip ties and electric tape since they said the connector wasn't going to ever snap together. I even asked XenonPro how I could return the headlights, and get a refund, again with no response whatsoever from the company. At this point, I would recommend going with a product off of Amazon because at least with Amazon if it is defective and not suited for your vehicle you can return it for no problem at all. Having said that, once the light was connected it IS a huge upgrade from my previous stock headlights, but I would definitely try to find a different company to buy them from besides this non-responsive company.
We have been using Xenon Pro HID's for almost a year now. The first set worked well so we ordered more sets for the rest of our trucks but the lasts sets have brought us a lot of trouble. The bulbs didn't always light up on some of the sets and another issue is that the lifespan of these bulb is only around 100 to 200 hours.
Sorry, its a long one but so was the back and forth trying to make this junk work. Bought a set of headlights for my 2016 F150. Right off the bat the low beams worked intermittently. With and without the antiflicker resistor. The customer service 1 800 number doesn't get you anywhere. Its all chat messaging. Without any questions they sent me a new set of low beams, didn't want the old ones back. Goes to show you how valuable these headlights really are.
So skip to the end I got all 4 bulbs replaced. High beams never worked at all with the anti flicker resistor they said i needed to have (extra cost) The connections are loose and sloppy so everything go zip tied tight and taped and the low beams still work intermittently. They don't flicker they simply go out then a while later come back on again. I've double and triple checked all connections. The issue doesn't lie there. I've had a licensed mechanic look at them and his advice was next time buy quality. This still cost me $570 and I've emailed Xenon pro and have yet to receive a reply. That was 6 weeks ago.
My advice. Spend the extra money and buy quality. How this company has received a rating as high as they have baffles me.
The packaging isn't even the same on the replacement low beams they sent me. Seems unprofessional
I bought from Xenon Pro a pair of RAM 1500 LED projector replacement bulbs. The bulbs once installed would cut in and out while in the on position. I don't drive the vehicle so by the time I got around to calling XP they fellow told me to take out the resistor paks. When I had time to do this a few weeks went by and the lights without the resistors didn't work. So, I called XP and was told for $40 they would replace my order. What I didn't learn was what caused my problem and without paying more they would not send anything. I have put the original bulbs in and I am left with a set of bulbs/resistors they won't take back so, I guess I bought myself and education. Nice people (they would talk to me all I want but not help me) not so good a product. Buyer be ware!
I ordered some LED headlights for my truck. Then I had brain surgery. Therefore, I didn't get them installed... I'm SO dizzy. After about a year, I got my mechanic to install them... but they wouldn't fit my truck. I've been trying to reach someone who is sympathetic to my situation... but they keep on saying it's been too long. The lights have only been out of the box once. They were NEVER installed. All I want is my headlights to be BRIGHT. I'm 73 and need more light. I think they should have worked with me.
I lowered the aim on my new lights to reduce the number of times I get flashed by oncoming traffic. I also had to remove the anti flicker device because it caused the dimming to take 4 seconds. After removal everything works as it should.
Purchased a set of high and low beam HID lamps for my truck after chatting with them to be sure there would not be a heat issue. After 4 days of them being installed both lamp assemblies started to deform due to the heat. Contacted support via the chat and was told there was nothing that could be done other than to replace them with another set. I decided to purchase the LED set which lasted a while. One of them went out earlier this year. Contacted support and the had to have the order information to do a warranty claim. It took several days to find the email from several years ago. They sent the replacements. I already had bulbs in place to get by so I was not in a rush to get them put in. Get them put in after a few months and found that they do not fit correctly, they do not stop at the locking tab, and one of them doesn't work. Electrical is good and the bulb is faulty. Contacted support and they refused to replace them without charging the $40 shipping fee again. After being told that I am not replacing the correct bulb to being told the locking tab came unglued to the wrong bulb was sent I decided this just isn't worth the hassle with this company anymore. I ship parts all over the country and $40 to send the box of light bulbs is an overcharge for "shipping". It would be helpful to make this right.
These or very nice lights they work just how I expected they are too my brightness.they are very cool I like how they have a clear glass to protect the light inside

I ordered a set of LED headlight for my 2003 Ram 2500. The factory locking collars wouldn't fit around the LED lights. I reached out to customer service. There is no way to call them and you can only use live chat or email. The first attempt with live chat had a 30 minute wait. If you close the browser you lose your place in the queue or if you're actively writing the representative you end the chat. During this time in the chat you cannot use your phone for any other purpose. It's basically hi-jacked for the duration of the chat. Finally a representative joined the chat. He sent me the fine print stating that some vehicles may have fitment issues even though it said it would fit your year, make and model. He convinced me to try the HIDs since they are smaller and have less fitment issues. I agreed and he said I had to order the new lights and give him the order number and he would process the exchange. After I placed the order he sent me the RMA number to return the LEDs and said I was responsible for the shipping (which cost me $16). Then he said it would take 5-7 days to see a refund after they receive it. He made it seem like it would be an exchange and I expected they would provide a pre paid return label.
I received the HIDs and one bulb was sent with a small crack. I installed them with the anti flicker and relay harnesses, yet the low beams flashed at the same rate your hazard lights would, so not a flicker but more of a slow strobe. I got back on the chat and they sent out a new kit with the exception of the anti flicker and relay harnesses, he said those could be reused. I got the replacement kit in and had the same problem again. I removed the HIDs and installed the factory lights back on the truck.
The next day I reached back to customer service explained how the product is faulty. They still refused the pay for the return shipping. I asked for a manager and they said one would reach out within 24-48 hours. The packaging for the HIDs is larger then the LEDs so the shipping will cost quite a bit more I'm sure. At this point I'm out around $35-$40 in shipping, many hours of my time and a whole lot of frustration. I also have almost $400 tied up on my card while I wait for these refunds to process. I need to watch my back account carefully to make sure the refunds are processed because I do not trust this company at all.
I also feel like this is a liabity issue and wouldn't put you safety at risk. Even if the headlights worked for you at first I would be concerned they would fail at night when you needed them most.
Very fast delivery but didn't try the products again. No delivery error and seem to have a good quality.

Great replacement lights. I usually have a hard time seeing at night, these eliminated that problem. My only complaint would be, it suggested I order the anti flicker for my model and turns out I didn't need it. Apparently, you cannot return just that item.

Over the weekend, after 3 years of having these installed, one side of the Dual Beam, Hi & Low Beams - 9007 - Full LED Headlights Kit started the flicker randomly. Ranging from small to big flickering. Traveling long distance for Thanksgiving, it freaked me out. Luckily, it held together till daylight.
Don't waste your time messaging them on the weekends since they don't respond to messages outside of their hours. Or get back to you during their working hours. I had to contact them again to finally get a hold of someone.
Anyways after 3 years, I thought I was in the clear since I knew I had the receipt and it had a lifetime warranty. We'll come to find out, you have to pay an additional amount just to fulfill that request. They charge $40 for shipping and admin fees. If it's under warranty, why does the customer have to pay them again?! For $40, I can buy a cheap set for the same quality, then pay another $40 3 years later and still saved more money then what they charge for their product. If I knew about this sleazy lifetime warranty, I wouldn't have wasted my money.
Don't be filled by their LIFETIME WARRANTY BS. The quality isn't any better from what you can get from Amazon. The price doesn't reflect the value of their product. It's a big ripoff, avoid this company at all costs.

I bought these to replace the previous HIDs which were starting to go out. According to both drivers, the LEDs were supposed to be brighter, but not really the case. I purchased the mid range lumens, and its a huge difference from HIDs which were definitely brighter. LEDs are supposed to not run as hot and last longer than HIDs. So I am keeping them for that reason. The LEDs still did their job, just not as good as HIDs.
Instructions... were no where close to what you had to actually do. I had to take apart the LED in order to place a fitting on so it could lock into the headlight housing. Took around 30 mins, wasn't hard, but still had to figure it out on my own.
Sometime the lights come unplug and the light will not work unless I reconnect. It is frustrating at times.

Well, I will have a better understanding once we see how the customer support is. Currently the bulbs do not fit in the low beam housing. Bulb is too large. I have a 2021 Jeep Geand Cherokee limited.

Answer: Hi Robert. For the first part of your question, are you referring to the light output? If so, that would depend on the bulb, wattage, headlight style, etc. As Calixtus explained very well above, high-quality light produced by LEDs generally do not degrade over time, unlike halogens.
