When the shipment was received one of the cases had broken latches. The e-trailer representative was quick to contact the manufacturer for me, and I had a replacement case within days. Way to go Lauren! I look forward to ordering from etrailer again in the future.

Was good to watch the video to confirm I'm buying the right part.
My "new" truck is a work model, and did not come with a plug for connecting my trailer, ( it had a dummy cap in the bumper)although Chevy provided the wiring for it, it was capped off. Bought the Hopkins twist mount for my year… fit perfectly in the hole in the bumper, and I'm happy with the workmanship of the connector.

I was weary of purchasing from this website as I had never heard of it, and was very skeptical because we inquired about a camper part for our awning that was significantly cheaper here, enough to make you think it's a scam. We decided to take this risk and order the part anyways, and I was so pleased when realizing how fast they shipped the item, as well as how fast I received it. Purchased a double 10" drop hitch for use for a towed vehicle and bike rack, but later discovered it was going to be borderline clearance between bike rack and jeep. Contacted etrailer via instant message and they helped me work the issue, but discovered the hitch probably wasn't going to work. They immediately sent me all the necessary information to return the hitch if I needed to op for another product from another supplier.

Fortunately everything worked out great once everything was connected and completed a trial run. Great customer service and company who stands by product sold with priority being the customer.

When I got an email saying that the etrailer basplates I ordered were not in stock and would take about a month to get I sent back that that it would be too late for me. I had to get on the road sooner than that. That night a representative called me and we were able to get the Blue Ox base plates shipped out right away. Thanks for the great service.

Product was as described and appears of good quality. Good instructional video ahead of order described install. Only issue when installing was some finessing to get the last of 6 bolts lined up and started. Torqued down fine after that.

This is exactly what I wanted, and it was one of the rare occasions that Amazon didn't answer my call, so very happy to find etrailer's easy to use store.

This is a very well engineered product. I am 80 years old and installed it in my garage with a flashlight after dark by myself. If. You have installation problems then you didn't read the instructions.

Ordering and delivery were fabulous. However a couple of the hardware bags were tore open from transport and a 3/8" x 1.25" carriage bolt was missing. May have fell out when I opened box, not going to sweat it, picked on up and will do install this weekend.

Fast and easy. Product shipped and tracking was spot on. Great product too already installed took about 1 hour to do it. Of course I haven't hooked up a trailer yet so we'll see :) .

I have purchased several Curt hitches etrailer. They have great prices and ship within 12 hours. Installation was straightforward after watching video.

I have installed many of these receivers in the past. This particular one bolting up to the Jeep grand Cherokee was super easy. I also purchased the light kit harness. Using the video provided on your website really helps with installation. Thank you for that insight to help the consumer make decisions on whether or not it's a project they can handle. I'd been shopping around for an adapter plate and watching this one for quite awhile. I saw this with the label.of missing most hardware and paint scratches for an absolute steal compared to normal. I figured I had majority of things I might need from my current hitch anyway so took the gamble. All I really need is 3 lynch pins but that's easy enough and now I'm all set to start pulling a 5th wheel again.

1 of my 4 bearing kits were missing due to shipping. There was a hole in the box just big enough for them to fall out and of course they did. Lauren was very understanding and got a new set shipped expedited immediately. I had them 2 days later. Thanks Lauren you are awesome!

I watched the videos and downloaded the instructions prior to ordering, to gauge if this was within my abilities. The hitch arrived on time, with all required hardware. Installation was relatively easy, even without a second set of hands (having a small floor jack helped).
