Unit was delivered 1 day early, was as described, except the unit comes with a remote, however it does not work with all functions such as when you hold button for 3 seconds to adjust temp or switch from Deg to Celsius, but does function on buttons on the front of the fireplace

Set of Westin Nerf Bars.The hardware was just loosely thrown in the packaging. There are a lot of bolts/washers etc with running boards and it was a bit of a mess with everything just thrown in there. Hopefully won't be missing anything. No other problems.

I was weary of purchasing from this website as I had never heard of it, and was very skeptical because we inquired about a camper part for our awning that was significantly cheaper here, enough to make you think it's a scam. We decided to take this risk and order the part anyways, and I was so pleased when realizing how fast they shipped the item, as well as how fast I received it. It was exactly the part I needed, and I am extremely pleased!

Looks like a solid product with great instructional videos for installation. It was easy to install and it works properly.

It's a very well built strong rack. Assembly was not complicated. And it will work perfectly for our needs. The only thing is the little plastic end caps for the tubing all came broken.

SCFD #4 is building a brush truck on a cab and chassis of a 2005 F250. When loaded with water the rear of the truck sagged a bit more than we wanted. Installation was a breaze and it worked as promised.

I had questions about the product and wanted to make sure it worked with my vehicle, so I clicked on the chat and confirmed it would work with an associate. I received excellent customer service. Update: I just traveled a few hundred miles with my skis on the rack on my SUV. I'm pleasantly impressed with the minimal wind noise compared to my large car top carrier. I am happy with my purchase.

We purchased this to replace the original 30 yr old one.
Also choose a slightly larger size opening for improved access.
Looking forward to installing it soon

Both pieces - hitch and electrical connectors - came together. Did get the wrong bolts; I ordered for a Pontiac Torrent and it seems I got the Chevy Equinox bolts instead. Came with all the parts though, nothing missing. Good price!

I find etrailer.com to be a great resource for RV parts. They have always been quick and efficient in shipping the requested parts. I highly recommend them!
