Very helpful and considerate. And they were very good in e-mailing you about the product and if we were happy with them.
Shopping for the needed part was easy, priced right and delivery was prompt. Follow up for delivery was appreciated. All went well and repair was successful.
Return policy is ridiculous send them a model number they in return send a link to a part order it wrong part their answer is look at order policy to bad. There are much better options.
We bought our brand new rig Grand design 247 VH from adventure from start to finish it was an amazing process everybody was so nice not to mention the customer service aspect we had a problem with our RV and adventure took care of it right away I can't see enough about their customer service Kathleen was amazing and the entire service staffing sales staff I definitely recommend if you get a purchase a new rig you buy it from them they will not ignore you just because you bought a rig from them and they're great at answering questions even if they're stupid like I ask
The fan in our 1985 motorhome stove vent had been making screaming sounds for years. I thought there was no hope in replacing it. But I went to your website and found the exact replacement for the fan motor that I needed. No more screaming. Thank you for making these parts available!
Just right part and quick service. Now just to get fight thermostat ordered to go with ceiling unit and will be ready to get cooled.
Better read the fine print! We purchased an air conditioner for our camper. When we opened the box we realized it wasn't the right one. We asked to return. Customer Support said it was a special order item and they don't accept returns on special order items. What a way to make a quick $1,000! If you read waaaaayyyy down their return policy it states that Dometic (most popular A/C brand for RV's) is a "special order item" and returns are not accepted. Never heard of such a thing in my life! They did say we could return the $118 insallation kit... at our own expense AND within 5 days. Big woop! We did not send anything back, BUT we learned a valuable lesson - never order from them again! I have added them to my "NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN" list!
It is impossible to speak with anyone at this business, no one answers the phone number and return tickets are unanswered. Do not buy from them! Wrong items sent and no way to get issues addressed
Wrong furnace and will not answer there phone. They will not respond. Took $850 from me. You cannot reach them by phone.
Ordered a part that was the wrong one for the application. Part was still in original packaging. In the return policy info on their website there is a laundry list of non-returnable/refundable parts and if you do qualify for a return you pay to send it back to be restocked.
I will never purchase from them again. That's why Amazon is taking over small businesses, because of customer service.
They sent me the wrong product and said "Pictures are generic." Really.? That would have been nice to know what I was paying for was not what's in the picture. Maybe "Buyer Beware" would be a better motto for them.? Also, the product they sent me had been repackaged many times and was either used before or other buyers got the wrong product like it did. And then they had the nerve to tell me "It better not look like it was USED or no refund" Oh my... Avoid this place at all costs - they will waste your time and try to get out of refunding your money.
Liars and thieves.
Tried to purchase a water heater but they could not process my ccard. I tried twice on 3/10 and 3/11.
With no customer service, no answer to phone, no response to email... Finally an unintelligible 3-word response to email... we decided NOT to do business with these Rip-Off Artists!
So, Imagine my surprise 2 weeks later when they charged my card $858.22 out of the blue! No order, no invoice, no records, no explanation and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have been calling and emailing this company all week and TODAY i started the dispute with my bank. THEN i got a call from Supervisor Sherry who was RUDE AS ALL HELL on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else or the owner, she told me "It's none of your GODDAMN BUSINESS?" and she hung up.
SCAM company... I see 1,000's of complaints since 2018 and increasing exponentially in 2020 and 2021.
Do not do business with this company-I purchased a part for my RV from Adventurerv.net on 28 December 2020. 2 1/2 weeks later and I still don't have any information on when it will get here or why it is lost in space. Each time I contact them, via email, I am told to log into my account. When I attempt to log into my account, it says it does not recognize my email and will not allow me to reset my account. When I attempt to call them, the message says you can ONLY contact them via text or email. NON-existent customer service... Do not bring your business here. You will spend your money and never receive the product. I will now have to pursue this with my credit card company. Be aware and do not do business with this company.
This site is the worst site I have ever bought from. No phone, No return policy (won't let you return the brand new heater) even if they say they have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: Won't confirm purchase don't send ship receipt poor company. Now have a huge heater that is total useless Won't send purchase reciept
*BUYER BEWARE*
I purchased the wrong size converter for my RV, once received and viewed, I discovered it was obviously the wrong item. I never attempted to install and contacted the service department that day for a return/exchange. They immediately declined and informed me I had "agreed" to the return disclosure statement. After reading the extensive legal disclosures that you are required to click on, I found one sentence in SMALL PRINT buried in the bottom paragraph stating "no return on all electrical items". This along with the other small print that discloses a 25% RESTOCKING FEE on RETURNED ITEMS, and only "IF" at "THEIR" discretion they decide to accept the return. Legally they have covered their@$$, but for the consumer thats viewing the LARGE BOLD PRINT stating
"30 DAY RETURNS"... it's AN EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS MODEL DESIGNED TO TRAP THE BUYER. Short term this company will be Very Profitable due to the fleecing of the naive consumer, but in time I suspect they will lose market share to more respectable companies.
I have since purchased a new converter from Amazon who will accept returns on electrical items, without all the deception.
I ordered a microwave that came with scratches. I ordered a Magic Chef RV Microwave on 11/09/2020 for $149.99. When I received the microwave it had scratches on the key panel and the button to open the door. There was not plastic film covering the panel or the button. See attached pictures and you can see that there are not plastic film edges that can be removed. The scratches were on the panel and button itself. I asked to return the microwave and was sent a FedEx. I was refunded only $127.92 because the company stated that there was nothing wrong with the microwave. The stated that unless it was defective there would be a 15% restocking fee. When I was discussing this return the company never stated the restocking fee, it is hidden on their website not not even on the order confirmation. I would consider this a defective microwave because it was sent with scratches and looked like it had been opened before, even though the website is selling it as new.
Customer service was very quick to respond and after making the change I needed to my account the order was placed. Nice... I'll be back!
Very satisfied
Good Transaction
I would like to talk with somebody from the company who manufactures this RV thermostat as I have hooked it up correctly and it seems to send signals, buy my RV heater and cooler are not responding. If anybody with technical experience on the wiring of this could contact me, that would be great! This Coleman 8330-3862 digital thermostat is replacing an Advent 3 speed fan unit. The Coleman has only two speeds and has six wires to connect. The Advent had 8 wires, with the two extra wires not used were for the medium level fan and the other wire is for the freeze sensor for the air conditioning. The numbers on the back of the Advent unit are: *******, then ACTH11B, then 0048, then 238:1000 Thanks.
Answer: Shady goings on regarding Credit cards. They ran mine weeks after I was on their site, totally caught me by surprise. I had abandoned an attempt to purchase an item from them as I could not contact anyone, eventual email response was so unprofessional that I KNEW it must be a ripoff. So I went elsewhere. Then a surprise charge on my ccard for nearly $900. I found that they have YEARS of VERY negative reviews about customers service, wrong parts, looooong ship times... AND they treat EVERYONE horribly! You've been warned, wish I was! Doug Z
Answer: Best price for the product I needed. Also they supposedly could get it to me as fast as the competition. But that was not the case.
