They take your money and don't ship. I placed my order over a week ago now and still hasn't shipped. Can't speak to anyone. They say ask our online support, so I ask they say they can't give me that information and I have to submit a ticket. Ok BS but I Submitted a ticket and the response is the general one I can find under shipping details on their website. On my ticket I specifically asked has my package gone out because per my tracking number it has not. They say if the ticket response didn't answer your question to reply to the website with my current ticket number, I enter the ticket number and no ticket found. I've been buying online for the better part of 15 years and this is by far the worst experience I've had and for what so I could save 2 dollars. I won't make that mistake again.
Ordered parts and believed the website as to having many warehouses. Paid for expedited shipping and come to find out all parts are on back order. Website should let customers know when products are on back order as not to plan for products that will arrive extremely late, even when paying expedited shipping. Shipping charges probably wont be refunded either. GOOD LUCK
These guys are jokes. I've been restoring an old camper and buying parts and trying to find the best place to continue to buy my parts. Well, ITS NOT GONNA BE THESE GUYS! I tried to live chat them for help on buying a water heater. The gentleman or lady said I would have to contact a technician. I said that's fine, do you at least have them in stock. They said they have no way of checking. I thought it was phony then, but I went ahead and bought it. I got it, it doesn''t work, I called to return and then it tells me they don't take phone calls. I had to live chat again and they wouldn't take it back because I opened the box. It doesn't say this anywhere in the return policy. Will not be buying here anymore.
You can not communicate with anyone at this place. If you have a question, problem, receive something broke ect... you will not be able to talk to someone. They say live support bull it answers uestions you dont even ask it.
Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from them. Adventurerv has absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a hot water heater (suburban sw6de) and upon installing it I discovered the relief valve leaked. Attempted to call them only to find out the do not take phone calls. Completed an RMA and was told they would not exchange it because it had been installed and was now under manufacture warranty. It was installed all of 30 minutes. They do not care what happens after the sell only that they get your money.

I've made several purchases with these folks without incident. Then they sold me a motor that was "backordered from our supplier" To tell me my order was back-ordered, they used a different email address that was kicked to spam 5 hours after they issued a tracking number! My customer calls asking if I got the motor. I check the tracking number and 10 days later, FedEx still hasn't recieved the package. I try and inquire and their phones are all set to do not answer... use our website. I go to the emails and there is no information about the order number on any of the emails, no part numbers, no prices, no mention of back-order except for the one that went to spam. Now 12 days from order, purchased parts from another distributor, installed and still don't have the ordered parts from Adventure. I'll never use These guys again!
As long as you know the products. I asked about the inner tank changes I order could not get info. On the relief valve. So I ordered a new one then when I got my package found out that one came with the tank.
So I ordered one I did not need
We recently bought a blower motor for our furnace it was locked up so we contacted customer service at adventurerv and of course they say we have to contact the manufacturer of the motor, the tag on the motor is smeared so you cant read it and there was no paper work was in the box! We are stuck with a locked up motor and out the money. These guys are crooks to take everyones money!
Return policy is ridiculous send them a model number they in return send a link to a part order it wrong part their answer is look at order policy to bad. There are much better options.
The good, I received my order in two days:
The bad, I received the wrong part, customer service is a joke, It is not financially worth while to return a part, even though it is not your fault you got the wrong part.
You cannot talk to a live person to resolve any issues
Lastly this is not the cheapest vendor to buy from.
Never again will I do any business with this vendor.
Our order never came. Adventure said it was delivered, but video says it wasn't. USPS does not have record of delivery just a label created. I wouldn't ever order from them again. Wasted money trying to do the most good. You can't talk to anyone and they only communicate by chat or email after they collect your money. Might be a scandal or ponzi scheme. DON'T ORDER!
Paid for 2-3 day shipping, contacted and told them I had to leave and not to even drop it at this point I wouldn't be there. Part arrived in 4 days, after I left. Told to eat $hit. No RETURNS! A $450 mistake buying from these A$$HOLES!
I'm not one to write reviews, this is the first one ever. I bought a Dometic AC unit from them and the shell arrived cracked and broken. I emailed them many and because I didn't open the box within three days of receiving it they wouldn't do anything to help. I will never purchase anything from them again. The worst customer service I have ever experanced. Seems like they will make up any excuse to get out of help with returns or replacement parts. The worse business I have ever felt with. I hope to save one person from the headache.
They took my order, charged my credit card and sent me a tracking #. I asked about the order and they said it was back ordered. I asked how I was going to be compensated for the bait and switch and then canceled my order. So many other awesome etailers out there why do business with these jerks... never again.
About the time I received the order I realized that I did not need the item. I contacted Adventure RV and was told the item is non returnable. Therefore, I am stuck with a $242.19 unused and unwanted item. I will NEVER purchase anything again from Adventure RV!

Last year, I bought a 32 Gal RV waste tank from Adventure RV. It now has cracked.

I did not pay any expediting charges and received my order promptly. Was very happy about that. I don't even think I received a tracking number it appeared so quickly.
I placed an order for an RV toilet The disclaimer says that we shipping it one to six business days it is now 10 days and my FedEx tracking says the same thing it'll be updated once they receive it so not only has FedEx not gotten it after 10 days I have no idea where it's at after 10 days plus another 3 or 4 days to get to me it's only in Tennessee that they ship it and I live in Florida worst customer service you can't call them you have to open up a chat line or send them an email Don't order from here
Answer: Shady goings on regarding Credit cards. They ran mine weeks after I was on their site, totally caught me by surprise. I had abandoned an attempt to purchase an item from them as I could not contact anyone, eventual email response was so unprofessional that I KNEW it must be a ripoff. So I went elsewhere. Then a surprise charge on my ccard for nearly $900. I found that they have YEARS of VERY negative reviews about customers service, wrong parts, looooong ship times... AND they treat EVERYONE horribly! You've been warned, wish I was! Doug Z
Answer: Best price for the product I needed. Also they supposedly could get it to me as fast as the competition. But that was not the case.
