It's been 4 (9/5) days since I received you email to confirm my order Delivery Confirmation request. My 36' RV cover has NOT been received as of 9/9 and requesting a tracking # to see where it is and when I might expect to be receiving it. Could you check it from your end also and let me know what you find out.

Oredered the item on a Tuesday and paid 68 dollars for 2 day shipping and 7 dollars for "Rush Processing". Ordered early in the day to make sure the product would ship for a Thursday delivery. Did not hear from them until Wednesday and apparently that is when the item shipped as I was given a tracking number shortly thereafter. Now if someone pays extra for rush processing they are asking for a rush to be placed on the order. And 2 day delivery, to me, means 2 days from when you order not from when the seller decides to ship it other than that they were friendly on the phone (they called because my shipping and billing addresses were different which is awesome) and the product was exactly as described. Work on processing your orders faster and I am sure no one will ever have an issue with your process.
I needed a special Lance plug for my truck that I couldn't find locally but I found it easily and quickly here at a reasonable price. They got it to me very quickly and in great condition. Thanks much. I'll definitely look here in the future.
The AC we ordered was the second time we purchased from Adventure RV. We were very pleased both times and will probably place more orders since our RV is and older one and so are we and won't be purchasing a new RV.

I have a series 7300 Power center - this 7155 model will fit into the old 7332 box with some slight modification.

Updated 3/17/15: I received 4 items in three packages. One item had been put inside another manufacturer's box, so I thought it was missing at first until I actually opened the boxes. The electrical services center I ordered came damaged. Either from the manufacturer or from that fact that adventureRV shipped it without any additional packaging materials except those provided by the OEM. Whatever the reason for the damage adventureRV responded promptly, sent me a return address label and I'm sure they'll send out another unit once they receive the damaged one.
Your pre-sale customer service isn't weak. It's non-existent. And your post-sale service is similarly poor. I received absolutely no shipping confirmation or shipping details from Adventurerv.net, but rather had to pry them from you using your rather shoddy online help feature which given to operational fits and hiccups. Overall, I'd say that you sell merchandise at an attractive price, but make the buyer suffer through a total lack of support and normal communication courtesy. I would rather pay a bit more in the future for an expensive item than worry about deliveries, purchase options and so forth.
First - If I choose not to sign up for 'verified by visa' I have no other choice then to discontinue the order (I've entered my card information four times).
Second - your web site is slow and not very friendly (might visit amazon or somebody to see how they should feel)
Third - your postage rates are a bit high for an item that should cost $*.** to mail

Was curious why the reason an item was on the scratch and dent list could not explained but found a similar model with a little better price anyway.

Better read the fine print! We purchased an air conditioner for our camper. When we opened the box we realized it wasn't the right one. We asked to return. Customer Support said it was a special order item and they don't accept returns on special order items. What a way to make a quick $1,000! If you read waaaaayyyy down their return policy it states that Dometic (most popular A/C brand for RV's) is a "special order item" and returns are not accepted. Never heard of such a thing in my life! They did say we could return the $118 insallation kit... at our own expense AND within 5 days. Big woop! We did not send anything back, BUT we learned a valuable lesson - never order from them again! I have added them to my "NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN" list!
Do not order from this company, their customer services is the worst that I have ever seen. I placed two orders with this company and both were disasters. They ripped me off for over $300 sent me the wrong parts and refuse to refund my money! Even after I sent them their parts back at my expense!
Purchased an air conditioner unit for a camper a few weeks ago. Installed it recently and found that is does not work. Called number on website and was advised that they only will talk to you if you are buying an item, you need to use chat or email for problems with orders already placed. Chatted online with a person by the name of Macy, very rude and not helpful at all. She advied me to contact the manufacturer for assistance as the item has a warranty. She would do absolutely nothing. Finally disputed the charge with American Express. Stay away from this company, service sucks.
I ordered a part with plenty of time before I needed it. I received confirmation email with no order #. I called customer service number after 2 weeks and recording said the number no longer worked; use chat or email. I tried chat and was informed I had to go through the email link to get any information about what happened to order. Obviously, I won't be back and will be submitting credit card dispute to get a refund.
I ordered a product on 7/15 and received it just today the 22, it left you on 7/16, I had 3 day delivery that cost me $47.51 extra and got it 6 days later. I think I'm owed a shipping refund. I'm not a Happy camper.
Prior to purchased of a weight distribution hitch, I asked if I could replace the stock shank with a drop shank for an additional fee. They said they couldn't since the packages were sealed from manufacture. That was fine and I understood. Then they opened the sealed packaging anyways to place another part inside the box. Annoying, but no big deal. Then, after manufacturer recommendation of using a 9" drop shank, it was too low to the ground and had to use the standard shank. I asked if I could return the additional drop shank and they said no. Now I'm out $127 with a drop shank I can't use, and after following manufacture recommendations. Great prices, poor customer service.
They take your money and don't ship. I placed my order over a week ago now and still hasn't shipped. Can't speak to anyone. They say ask our online support, so I ask they say they can't give me that information and I have to submit a ticket. Ok BS but I Submitted a ticket and the response is the general one I can find under shipping details on their website. On my ticket I specifically asked has my package gone out because per my tracking number it has not. They say if the ticket response didn't answer your question to reply to the website with my current ticket number, I enter the ticket number and no ticket found. I've been buying online for the better part of 15 years and this is by far the worst experience I've had and for what so I could save 2 dollars. I won't make that mistake again.
Ordered parts and believed the website as to having many warehouses. Paid for expedited shipping and come to find out all parts are on back order. Website should let customers know when products are on back order as not to plan for products that will arrive extremely late, even when paying expedited shipping. Shipping charges probably wont be refunded either. GOOD LUCK
These guys are jokes. I've been restoring an old camper and buying parts and trying to find the best place to continue to buy my parts. Well, ITS NOT GONNA BE THESE GUYS! I tried to live chat them for help on buying a water heater. The gentleman or lady said I would have to contact a technician. I said that's fine, do you at least have them in stock. They said they have no way of checking. I thought it was phony then, but I went ahead and bought it. I got it, it doesn''t work, I called to return and then it tells me they don't take phone calls. I had to live chat again and they wouldn't take it back because I opened the box. It doesn't say this anywhere in the return policy. Will not be buying here anymore.
Answer: Shady goings on regarding Credit cards. They ran mine weeks after I was on their site, totally caught me by surprise. I had abandoned an attempt to purchase an item from them as I could not contact anyone, eventual email response was so unprofessional that I KNEW it must be a ripoff. So I went elsewhere. Then a surprise charge on my ccard for nearly $900. I found that they have YEARS of VERY negative reviews about customers service, wrong parts, looooong ship times... AND they treat EVERYONE horribly! You've been warned, wish I was! Doug Z
Answer: Best price for the product I needed. Also they supposedly could get it to me as fast as the competition. But that was not the case.
