3 of the 5 panels have 4-6 inch cracks in the corner where they are supposed to be attached. These seem to be very brittle compared to the last ones I purchased. Not real pleased with the quality.
Before you purchase from this store be sure to review the return policy carefully. I purchased a door knob which simply does not fit, despite my best attempt to measure. However, and this is a big however: (1) you cannot return items that have opened (without opening I couldn't determine whether it fit) (2) many items you cannot return for *any* reason. (3) They direct you to review the product prior to signing a "receipt;" if you sign the "receipt" you are deemed to have accepted it. (I'm sure the post office would love this, plus, it is now opened.)

In 2015 my wife and I purchased a manufactured house. I'm uncomfortable when plumbing issues arise. After 8 years, the drops began falling in the 2nd bathroom's shower. Our Manufactured house was built in the 1990's and I wasn't sure I would be able to find an exact replacement for the shower faucet that was guilty of causing the drips. I had shopped with Mobile Home Parts Store previously. Mostly for window shades and hardware for our breezeway crank windows. While looking at the website, I came across the StoneCrest 4" Chrome Shower Faucet (we bought 2). It was an exact size fit for the Phoenix RV unit it replaced. In shopping for the Shower Faucet I came across the Design House Satin Nickel Exterior Coach Lantern (we bought 2). One of the previous light fixtures' decorative porcelain caps fell off and broke. The chances of me looking to replace that piece were zero, and we like the Satin Nickel finish on the new fixtures. We also replaced 2 indoor lighting fixtures with the Satin Nickel finish. One above the kitchen sink, and the other is a ceiling light fixture mounted on a slopping ceiling. I installed all of the items I ordered (except the 2nd Shower Faucet). They all work as expected. None of the lighting fixtures came with light bulbs. Once I got access to the back of the old shower faucet, I was able to replace the old faucet without using hand tools. The transaction itself was a breeze. The real kicker was that all these items were part of a Super Saver Free Shipping promotion. Did that cause us to order more than we had originally intended? Honestly, yes. I needed to stop a dripping shower. A lot of value was in this order, and didn't have to pay extra for shipping. The items were securely packed and there was no damage during shipping. The order was delivered very quickly. I would recommend Mobile Home Parts Store if you own a manufactured home or RV, and need replacement parts.
Run! Buy from anywhere but here. At least check BBB rating 1st. Complete disregard for customer and self defeating business practices.
I rated them one star only because no stars was not an option. I ordered fiberglass stairs; my payment cleared my bank the next day. Their website states that they ship within 4-5 days. After NOT receiving my stairs two weeks later, I called and was told that they didn't even have the stairs; that they were waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer. Okay, understandable, but why hadn't they notified me of the delay? I waited another 7-8 days and called again. Still did not have my stairs. I demanded a refund. This company does not care about the customer. I will never order from them again.
Ordered almond round front toilet bowl SKU ******* with other items one being a wax seal which fits 3-4 inch I was sent toilet with a 2 inch opening you sent me a bowl, a wax seal that does fit now its difficult to find a wax seal for a 2 inch don't you people check what you send it seems to me you got your money and to hell with a correct order.
Bought the sink they showed off the image of Sharpe sloped sides an teo over flow holes to match my other sink in bathroom they sent me one with one overflow hole an no slope an say they sent the correct one. So I'm stuck with a sink I can't use since it don't match. Attached is two pictures one of what they said it was the other of what they shipped.
I called 16 days after receiving an email that there shipping was three weeks out and they couldn't even give a tracking date not realizing that they were three weeks out on receiving the product and not getting it shipped straight to me when ask to speak to the manager she canceled my order and hung up on me garbage company do not use
Paid for door October 31st 2020. Was told door would take 3/4 weeks. Now 4 weeks yet to hear a word from them. Call call call message message message email email email. No response. Getting frustrated. Went on better business bureau site looking for them. They have a ton of complaints against them. All unanswered. Pathetic!
I ordered 3 replacement sinks for a mobile home, they arrived smaller than the actual measurements stated on the site. They told me I could return them and pay for the shipping myself. I paid $20.99 for THEM to ship to begin with, but to ship back I'm getting quotes all over $70! The company refused to just charge me their shipping rates and email a return label, etc. The rep I chatted with online just ended the chat when I said this would motivate me to never order from them again.
Ordered parts online, user friendly. Although I did order a wrong part. The company did call me to tell, I appreciate that. Called to have the part switch and the first lady to help me said ok call me back when you know what you want. Uh ok you can't just help me while I'm on the phone with you? She said no! So I got off the phone looked up the part number that I needed and called back. I got someone else this time, she took care of me but then asked me if I heard the tub was on back order, I said no I didn't hear that. She literally talked to me like I was stupid and argued with me that she heard the other lady tell me that moments earlier! The hospitality SUCKS!
Ordered combination door that was in stock. Called 3 weeks later and was informed that they are filling May's orders and have no idea when they will get to August's orders. They never answer the phone and never return messages. I'm going to cancel and will expect a refund or I will contact my crecit card company! Terrible customer service!
Ordered a door and window-showed in stock-then got email saying its delayed. Understandable with the pandemic-but after the time elapsed with the expected delay, a phone call said they got them in but it wasn't my door-gonna be another 3-5 weeks. Still nothing-guess gonna have to cancel. Could have bought more local-would have cost more but at least i'd have a working door.
Purchased over $800 order on 5/25. Shown on site to ship in a few days... Received damaged 6/23 so we refused the order and was ALL sent back (receipts to show). Then Replacement order arrived 7/22 but they only gave us half the order. Contacted to ask where the rest of the order was only to be told they had already gave it to us and their receipt shows we only returned one box and lied saying they spoke with us on the phone to confirm. 100% false. Filing dispute with BBB, and looking into other avenues to ensure my products or money is returned. Very bad for business and I recommend anyone planning to purchase here do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere
Order a tub and back drop for my bathroom because mine broke. Twice the website says it is in stock and ships in 1 day. Once they charge your card and take your payment, they send you an email saying it is on back order for 3 weeks. I needed this now as my tub is broken and their website says it is in stock when I'm fact it isn't. This has happened twice. What a shame to scam customers to buy from them.

I ordered an item from them and received an email saying the order has been cancelled due to out of stock... I contacted them and said the website says it is in stock, the woman said the website is wrong you would need to place a new order. I went online and accidentally placed an order for the same item contacted them immediately and was told that the order will be cancelled again and to place an order for a different item. Went over the list of items with the representative to make sure o order something that actually WAS in the stock. Found an item, placed an order, (remember; I have already addressed the matter of the cancellation of the order for the second item which they said is out of stock at this point) for the item present in the inventory. They sent me the item that THEY SAID, was out of stock, charged me for it, and when I said I need to return it, they said I am responsible for the shipping cost for THEIR ERROR, to send me the item after telling me it is out of stock. Hung up on me 9 times... I have the screen shot of how many times I called them to resolve this. I read them THEIR return and refund policy. Which clearly states upon shipper's error, customer is NOT responsible for the return shipping, and the woman said " if you want to send the item back you can do it on your dime..." asked for the manager and was told "she is busy" and was hung up on again... then the woman Sierra came on the line and said we are not going to accept the return at this point and hung up on me... I have NEVER... I MEAN EVER, have experienced such an unprofessional behavior from a vendor or a seller... now I am stuck with the item that I DON'T NEED with the money wasted on top of it. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER do business with these people ever again...

Answer: I'd rather pay double elsewhere than get ripped off by them again. They lost my business for life. $850 order and hang up on me two months later with a bad attitude trying to say they done sent it to me. Filed a dispute for the charge at my bank and due to the receipt I had to show the order and damage claim from attempted delivery the bank decided in my favor the next day. So that should say a lot about how cut and dry it was but these people were VERY RUDE and hung up on me 3X. Soon as I gave my order number they'd hang up. Apparently they like to keep your money for two months, give you absolutely nothing, then if you DARE say a cross word you're hung up on (by cross word I mean no items and told me dk when or if they'll send them, so i said it's unacceptable, send my $850 order or I'm filing with BBB) ended up reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and filed complaint with BBB. CHECK BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU! Their reviews in there will tell you all you need to know. RUN!
Answer: I would measure my windows and see if mobile home parts store would have them. Or you can get creative and install new windows.
