Simple to use website which is very well laid out and easy to find the part I needed. I would have had to drive over 100 miles to attempt to buy this part locally. I will use this site again for hard to find mobile home parts.
Ordered on a Sunday, received it on Wednesday. Haven't installed the fan yet but, on inspection it is exactly what I needed. The install will be in a couple days. We'll know more then. If there are any problems a post will follow.

Parts ordered were exactly what was need for pre-mfg home. Some items in stock while other vendors were out. Have not installed all items, but appear to be in good condition received and complete. Since items totals was over $100 and qualified for free shipping, received in a very timely manor (UPS), verses a previous order and shipped USPS which took ~2 weeks and was pretty pricey.
I ordered 5 blinds two where not available so got a credit for 2 the other 3 blinds arrived and 2 of of them only had the wands no parts to attach to blinds had to make it work using parts off old blinds. They did fit the windows better than any others i have bought.
Hard to find this material locally, so decided to buy online. I liked the ordering process because it was easy, and the calculator was a definite plus in helping determine how much material to purchase. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but it didn't matter at all to me because I was slightly ahead of plan when I purchased the skirting. I can't speak to how it goes on or any part of installation as that has not been done yet. I did find a local contractor who would have done the whole thing in metal that, at the end, would have been very close to the same money. Mostly due to the high shipping costs for oversize material. That is not the fault of Mobile Home Parts; just the cost of shipping oversize product. Dealing with Mobile Home Parts is a breeze!
The delivery was faster than I believed was possible, that would be 6 stars, but in one package one of the clips was missing, and I had to use (had them on hand) different size screws (6) for the one piece. In the other package no screws, not 1, again I had screws available, but really. Who packed these things Stevie Wonder? After they were installed the product did the job I wanted, so i ended up happy with the finished product.
I have a customer whose bathroom exhaust fan failed and she needed a replacement. When I examined her old fan I saw that it was not your ordinary bathroom exhaust fan. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a replacement. Mobile Home Parts Store had the exact fan that I needed without making any modifications to the installation and ducting. Thank you very much.
Only reason for a four star not a five is the cost of shipping is very expensive, and I think you should have a chart showing how much skirting and such is needed for certain sizes of homes. I did not order enough but I do not want to pay that shipping charge again.
Quite honestly, I was amazed that you got this strike plate to me so quickly. Thank you for that AND the fact that it was easy to install. It also appears to be solid as a rock. I am putting Mobilehomepartsstore on my bookmarks. Obviously this is the place to go, especially if you live Out Here in The Great Quiet and the local Hardware has no idea of what you are talking about.
My order was correctly packed, however, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. They did not deliver to the right place. I had to go looking for it after I got the e-mail conformation on delivery. The shipping cost more then the product.
The fans were received quickly following order and were of the quality that I would expect. The only negative that i would have to mention is that there were no installation instructions with them. I know how to install, but if a homeowner was trying to do this install they might struggle without an installation guide.
The door knob listed had all the measurements including the door width. I compared everything before ordering. I know when I need anything else
I'll check your site first because it is exclusively for mobile homes. I checked other sites before ordering. They said their part was for a mobile home but they would not list the measurements or the door width was wrong.
I had a broken door for several years looked lots of places for replacement parts. Mobile Home parts Store had the exact item I needed for a very reasonable price. Shipping was fast. Wish I found this company years ago. Would have saved a lot of headache and money.

Ordered almond round front toilet bowl SKU ******* with other items one being a wax seal which fits 3-4 inch I was sent toilet with a 2 inch opening you sent me a bowl, a wax seal that does fit now its difficult to find a wax seal for a 2 inch don't you people check what you send it seems to me you got your money and to hell with a correct order.
I found what I needed and it arrived quickly. Only thing I didn't like is the shipping charge which I thought was a bit high for what I ordered. But overall I am pleased and will shop here again if I need something.

Placed order on Friday after 2 pm, and received order on Tuesday. Very please with the way the package was packed and the delivery time. We haven't installed outlets yet, but they look like the right ones.
We purchased a 9-lite combo door to replace our out-swing back door. I love the look of the door not happy with the material of the door its Styrofoam with plastic sheet over top the foam, I was hoping for a steel door which you did not have in my style. It would be very easy to break down that door and gain access to our home as all you have to do is push hard in the top right corner and the door gives. Its not sturdy at all. The door is more for looks than safety. I'm very happy with the company they are very concerned about there customers and that there customers are happy.
